Been using the Fastic Weight Loss & Fasting app for a couple months now. It’s basically a fasting and nutrition tracker that helps you lose weight naturally. Pretty solid app if you’re into health and fitness stuff.
Here’s what you do: you set fasting schedules, track your meals, and follow high-protein recipes right in the app. There’s also a protein fasting mode which is pretty cool. And the app gives you courses and challenges to keep you motivated – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
