I love that I can wear and forget, and it records all my meetings and transfers the information using Ai technology into professional meeting notes.I am able to be present throughout every engagement, with clients, upper management and staff, and present staff meetings without requiring anyone or myself to scribe. love that I can wear it as a normal necklace under my clothing also. Has been a game changer for me as a person with ADHD, I am so grateful for this product, game changer!

I am experiencing an issue where the app isn't starting. It doesn't progress beyond the initial Fieldy page. I need assistance and no one on the Facebook page has been responsive. I will amend this review if and when I get help.

Transcribes well, I have connected Fieldy to 3 different phones and it keeps disconnecting, So far battery life is 2 days if moderate use,

This app keeps kicking me off my full subscription and the customer service team are not helping resolve this!

If they spent as much time fixing the obvious software and firmware issues as they do posting fake 5 star reviews, it would probably be worth it. All the 1 star reviews are real people. Ye hath been warned.

My experience with the Fieldy AI note taker app has been extremely disappointing. Despite its promising features, the app simply does not work as advertised. I have repeatedly encountered issues where the app gets stuck or fails to function at all, making it impossible to use for note-taking or transcription purposes. I want this to be great... First day was fantastic, but since getting partial conversations and missing conversations throughout the day. little clunky exporting memories at times, would like this to transfer to an app on my desktop. Update. Wont record anything today. No recaps. disappointed.

Has worked well for me. Especially at doctor appointments. Misses some of the fast-paced back and forth at meetings, but not much.

this app has been showing a lot of progress since I got it. my initial rating was a 1, but now is 4 because they are listening to feedback and working on it. if they keep this up, I will need to change it to a 5. more to come.

Why don't you have an app for Windows11 on a PC? Great idea, but poor execution IMO. Needs work. Also must be able to turn off the indicator light when it is on.

This has been the most extraordinary journey. It's so far with this thing. absolutely far better than I was expecting. and the customer support has been nothing short of perfect. they have a fully interactive customer support system set up, so anyone who needs anything is given their due

worst app, all has to be done on phone, connectivity is infuriating. alAs someone with ADHD, this is the most ADHD unfriendly devices that could help so much, too fiddly

Great device, amazing support. Highly recommended if you want an AI note taker that does not record audio but goes straight to text. Amazing for people with memory issues!

constantly disconnecting. so frustrating. the device should have its own storage. this app is sooo unreliable. every single time I look at my device it's disconnected

The device itself works fine. The Android app won't export conversations or summaries, a crucial function that seems to be broken. Tech support is very unresponsive as it took 12 hours to get an initial response and then another 6 hours to respond to my response. I was then told there was a problem with the app that would be fixed within 24 hours. I am still waiting with no guidance from tech support. If you buy this device be prepared for app frustrations as it does not work as intended.

I love this I noticed this runs on the record by default. it helps me remember things that I normally wouldn't. I can't remember everything I can go back to what the conversation was about in the exact things that were.

honestly it's just too beta to be charging anyone. Disconnects every 10 minutes, misses transcriptions, loses connection when you move wifi to cellular, majority of tasks get missed by the above mentioned issues.

The app transcribed fairly well and the summary templates do a good job of arranging info into a logical order. The device is very sensitive and good at separating background noise from speech. The reason for 2 stars is that the Bluetooth mic randomly disconnects from the app, losing conversations. I've reported the issue as have many others. I'll give the system 4 stars when the problem is resolved and 5 stars when the neck cord is made a couple inches longer. Hold off buying until it's fixed.

I’m in sales and bought the Fieldy device to record client conversations. It worked great at first—easy setup, accurate summaries, and customizable templates. After a software update, it stopped pairing, then the power button failed. Support only told me to hold the button for 10 seconds, which didn’t work. Now it won’t turn on at all. After less than two months, I’m left with a $150 CAD paperweight and no real help from Fieldy support.
