Tech support is awful. The application is very buggy. They are in Eastern Europe so have to wait overnight for a reply. And when they do reply they want you to try all kinds of things as workarounds instead of helping you fix the problem. They also are notorious for asking for information which you sent in the original email of course this delay is a response by another whole day as you wait for them to get up in the middle of the night your time. Couldn't save the file to my device after signing, and despite being able to work with Word documents, my file was changed to a pdf just like Adobe reader would already do, but this app wants to charge for use unlike Adobe reader AND I was required to send using my email I used for the account, which is not helpful when trying to work with both professional and personal documents.

Very handy little tool. I see a lot of reviewers complaining about the subscription costs but I was looking through the plan options and the subscriptions are clearly intended for those who would use it very frequently and therefore worth the $$. But there is also a "pay as you go" option which is simply $9.99 for 10 document credits... that's $1 per document. This is such a save on time and effort that $1 per document is definitely worth it.

Thank you for this easy breeze through app. Simple to use and easy to navigate. Ive used it once and without difficulty. The self signature is way better than a few other apps ive tried. My documents were signed, sealed and delivered easy. SignEasy is the perfect name for this app as it is simply what the name says 😁💯🧡

Just absolutely love how the app decides to stop working in the middle of trying to get a work order signed.. ridiculous. Hasn't opened or worked in days.. but, please take my money again when the subscription runs out. 7/7/2021... and the saga continues.. currently not using the app at this very moment, however it's still draft syncing a work sheet from last week. I now have 171 copies of that work sheet, that refuses to stop syncing..

A very helpful feature would be if all documents automatically saved as drafts periodically, and upon closing the app. It would save a lot of heartache from lost signatures and information. If I close out of the app to open a different one, or if I lock my phone, my info stays, but if I unwittingly open another pdf in my phone, all the previous info is wiped when the new pdf opens, unless I saved it first. In a fast-paced industry where I have to multitask, this is very, very frustrating.

You will not be able to cancel acct after free trial and will be automatically charged will fee. Customer service provide instructions for cancellation thats not supported by apps and not reply to any further queries. Do not give credit card details.

Worst experience- There is no way to cancel this subscription even though it says I could cancel anytime. I haven't even used this in over a year. Support is no help. They send web links to help. Following those to no help. Absolutely worst service. Don't waste your time.
