Ever since the overhaul of this app, I have had issues using my rewards. Previously, you set up your whole order and then activated your rewards. Now you select in advance, and there are no prompts to do it or to customize whatever you are activating. Frustrating...the rewards feature worked fine before. Additionally, no one should have to buy an additional item in order to claim a reward. The rewards points build up based on how much money you spend. Why spend more money to claim a free item??

It generally works, and it's not bad for the ordering itself. Where this fails are in things like the buy 2 get 1 free that's currently going on. The app does not have this offer. You have to go in and tie up a cashier, instead of ordering ahead, for lunch. Places that don't have their in-person specials available on their app are discouraging me from using their app. There's no reason to penalize people for ordering ahead. We'll just pick your competitor, instead.

I love the food and the app use to be great but now all I get is error messages and items that are carried don't show as an option to buy them. I end up having to call them to see if they still have the item and they do but it won't let me order it on the app. I actually have started to go there less because of it. Please fix the app. Been happening for months now.

I dont know whats up, but since the update last month, i cannot login to the mobil app, it says my acct does not exist. I can login via the web just fine with the same user/password. I have dropped to 1 star since you refuse to even acknowledge me when i request help. I would like to see a purchase history, to show how many points received. Currently only see rewards and on line purchase. The purpose of seeing all purchases with points is to verify points were credited. Thank you.

Food is great. Service is great. App works correctly less than half the time. This is not a random glitch either. I have been eating at Firehouse for at least 4 years and the app has had constant problems during that time. It is convenient whe. It works but at least half the time I get a message that says sorry, it is not working correctly, please call in my order. The website seems much more easy to use and more consistent. Also, I wrote a less detailed review a few days ago that disappeared 🤔

This app is unusable. I cannot log in, recreate a password, find a store, or make an order. It just gives me the same contact help message. I have even uninstalled,reinstalled, force stopped, and used data and wifi. The app is broken. Their website is as well as I saw that I had to email tech stupport last year when creating an account and it would not let me for days. I honestly think maybe they just data collect with no real intention of making their accounts workable. I am at a total loss!

Works again but frequently send to the wrong location. I have to double and triple check the location. I just picked a location and filled out the order. In the final review, it said the location is like 20 miles away. I tried just changing the location and got a site id error. Now I recreate the order and check the final order and the location is right but half the order is missing. Very frustrating.

Easy to use, though you cannot modify the kids sandwiches to add toppings. However, good luck getting the order to go through. Nine times out of ten, it will throw an error when I attempt to complete the order, and yells me to contact the store. I'm able to order on the website, but that doesn't even give me the text box to request toppings on kids sandwiches.

The new app won't let me connect to any location. I click a location, hit the order button, it cycles through and ends back out at the locations menu. It is so far an infinite loop. I cant even submit an order now. The last time i was able to order all i could order to drink was bottled water and i couldnt order chili either. Something is wrong with the new app.A

Like the majority of the reviews, unable to successfully use this app like I used to. I don't have a lot of time at lunch to wait in line so being able to order & pay via the app, then pick up & GO, was so convenient. I buy a sub at least once a week. Unfortunately, my need for a sandwich has had me going to a sub shop whose mobile online order app has no problems taking my order or my money! I've already sent a private email to their rewards@firehousesubs address. Hopefully it'll get corrected.

Downloaded so I could use a coupon but the second I try to type the "$" character it wipes the whole code. Tried to type in the rest of the code and add it in but it just won't take "$". Plot twist: every coupon code I have includes a "$". That, and it was very difficult to find the promo code input option and I lost my order twice trying to get to it.

It's difficult to navigate going through the app. All the subs that are at a Firehouse aren't listed in the app. Not all vegetables, seasonings, and sauces are listed. You can't add extra anything to the sub. The little 37 letter option note it has to notate in is 5 small words, and doesn't help. There's no dessert options that anybody I've talked to can find in the app. And there is really no control on how I want my sub constructed or built the way I like it.

Constant issues with placing orders on mobile app. Couldn't get past the payment stage (fixed upon restarting phone, but then "something went wrong" in submitting the order). After reinstalling the app, couldn't even get through to decide what to order. Frustrated because I'm a big fan of the food and the company. App sucks- once you have the mobile app you cant order and get rewards online.

Update: I originally had issues trying to sign up for the app. Giving a one star. I am adjusting my review since after deleting the app I received an email saying my sign up was complete. Ironic as it was lol I re-download and the app appears to be working; except sometimes kicks me off when beginning to make an order...either when picking a store or freezes shortly after. Having to redo my order. 12/30/20: Never worked. Couldn't sign up.

The worst customer service. App offers delivery, but never received ordered. If you call about your order, they tell you ordered from a different app that you don't have and not the Firehouse Sub app. They told me that if I wanted my order, I could pick it up after I paid for the delivery. CROOKS!!!

Update: app still sucks. You can't just log into the account. It has to send you a validation code via email and when you put in that validation code it says it doesn't match what was sent. Tried it multiple times and it tells me it doesn't match every time. It's so stupid that you can't just log in. That you have to via email that doesn't work ever. This is one of the reasons why I hardly go here. Downloaded update and it kicked me out. Won't send the email to "validate" and let me sign in

I've had nothing but bad experiences. Every time I've tried to redeem points, it's been a Problem. Employees don't know or understand how to redeem points in store. I also can't order through the app directly because no matter what payment method I put in, the app will always kick back an "Invalid Payment" error. Also, please add PayPal compatibility. At least, assuming that payment method will actually work.

Using the app for rewards is difficult. I had a reward which was digital only, except the only location close to me didn't turn on digital orders, so I couldn't use it. And the fact that ALL your points expire at once is a huge turn off. I lost a lot of points, and they lost my loyalty with it. (I was out of the country helping with a long-term family medical emergency so I couldn't exactly go to a FH subs.)

I love Firehouse, but this app needs some work. On multiple occasions I've tried to order & it will say the restaurant is closed when it's open. Either forcing me to go a location to order in person or go somewhere else. I found out when it does that it means the app has crashed due to traffic of people ordering. Meaning they need to improve the infrastructure of the app. App hasn't changed & I've learned you can't even redeem your rewards on the app! What's the point?!?

The new way to claim points is very user UNFRIENDLY. You have to essentially "sign in" with a code they email you, but every time I'd go to my email to get the code, the app would not reopen to the place I needed to put in the code. I still have unclaimed points I can't get added because it was just to complicated . Also, I prefer to order & pay at the counter as I don't like to enter my card info into apps. Making the deals "app or online only" has made me not as frequent of a customer.
