The smart watch works great. Sleep tracking is a pretty bad, just because I'm not moving dosen't mean I'm asleep. That's why I wish the app would let me adjust the sleep times. Also when I had fitbit it would let me record my weight, why not have that on this app? lastly I'm allergic to nickel, I get a rash from the area that it recharges at so I have to paint over it with nail polish, annoying but manageable.
Reviews for FitCloudPro
← Back to FitCloudProNice app, but should do much more. For example, it should allow you to select which email accounts you want to get notifications from, It should be able to display local weather that is available on your phone, etc. Also there ard a lot of inaccuracies. For example, the step count is way off, and I cant get all of my notifications to work. The app doesnt display ads, which is so nice Its user friendly, it just needs more work to make it great
Constantly barrages you with notifications. There's always a permanent, cannot be dismissed notification that it's connected, which is annoying enough. But then, because I chose not to connect audio, it keeps interrupting me to ask to connect, then sends another (whether I ignore or cancel) telling me it couldn't connect. Then it asks again. I had this happen 5 times in as many minutes while trying to listen to an audiobook. And, as for the data, there's no way to look at yesterday's stats.
Sadly, this app disappoints me. The Bluetooth often drops off. The weather is rarely ever accurate. And my text messages will not show on my watch. When it comes to the calling feature, instead of the names associated w each phone number popping up, only the phone numbers show. I do enjoy the 'find your phone' feature! It has saved my butt several times when I could not locate my phone. Overall, I guess I just expected more from this app/phone than I should have :(
It's silly that you have to have the app in order to set the time on the watch. It also would be nice if there was some way to contact your phone without having Bluetooth connected to it all the time, as I like to use Bluetooth for speakers. Finally, I got a strange message from my camera saying that I could not record video "while on a call", which I wasn't. As FCP was the latest app I'd added to my phone, I disabled all of its permissions and then was able to use the camera for video again.
Decent app that allows you to manage some of the settings that the watch does not. Can't disable Bluetooth auto connect. Disappointed to realize you can only swap out 1 of the 5 digital dials and are stuck with the other 4. Any time you download one, it takes up the same slot. Strangely when you download a dial it asks you to pick the slot and shows the preview of the one being replaced, but you can't change that slot. Reached out to support and never heard back.
The watch is pretty good. It's very similar to the Galaxy 7 watch. I have found the weather is not always accurate on the watch. If I sync the watch with the app the the weather is fairly accurate. After a while or the next day, the weather/temperature is way off. I agree with other reviewers that there needs to be an automatic sync at least once a day.
I can set up this app to receive push notifications on my watch for almost every other app on my phone, even the Chick-fil-A app… but not my calendar. In addition, I don’t get notifications for group texts or any text that has an image. The sleep report is also off as it said I have several sessions of “deep sleep” when in fact I was awake, looking at my watch.
The App is ok, I use it with my dry strike smart watch, I'm unsure how accurate it is considering I was always taught to take vitals from the underside of the wrist and was also trained by the ARMY to do so as well..... My only real complaint so far is the limited selection of watch faces to choose from... It's be cool if they added new selections every once in a while, including some from Pop culture that would make it 5 stars in my opinion
Ok so far. Received my watch yesterday. There's a few things I'd like to change about it, but the biggest issue is the weather is not accurate to my location and I cannot work out how to fix it. Location is turned on. Weather widget on phone is accurate to my location. Weather is turned on in APP. But temperature and forecast is incorrect and does not match my phone. I even downloaded several other weather apps to see if that was the issue. I still does not match.
Is there another App that i can use with this watch? So disappointed, I've only had this for 3 days. Weather is off and so is the sleep tracking. Update 3/17/23 The only thing this watch/app does well is tell you when you're not being active and when to drink water. Phone calls are clear enough to have a conversation. What's off with this app is the tracking ,Weather, and some texts come in multiple times. It only records my bp and other stuff if i go in and press it.
I don't have the option to set the watch face from the ui store in the app, as the instructions say it is. Edit: moving to 5 stars. I found the option I was looking for. It's listed as "Dial Library". So look for that if you had the same trouble. Also, saw on another review, if you pair some headphones on top of your watch, a double pair, the audio goes to your headphones, not the watch.
The app and watch both have the potential to be great useful things. However, the watch doesn't stay connected to the app, when I play games on my phone it is constantly trying to connect to the app, which makes the games glitch out. The steps are not accurate, there's a path that my wife and I walk that's exactly 2 miles down and back, it only records half of my steps. I had a cheaper watch that had better functionality. Also noticing there doesn't seem to be any real customer service either.
Overall the Fitness App is easy to use. Most of the features work. However; some do not track daily like O2 and Heart Rate. What I find lacking and the reason for the rating/review is the panic the phone goes through. If my phone and watch are 30' or more apart; the app pings the phone incessantly. (it doesn't matter if it is day or night). This stops when they are repaired. The basic feature of using the watch sans phone is defeated; unless they are close to each other.
It's very basic and has some minor inconveniences, such as being unable to customise the fitness trackers to only the ones you use. It gets annoying to have to scroll through all the pre downloaded and the ones that aren't downloaded to get the trackers I want.
The app does what it needs to do and it's been easy to set up the watch I got but please, I would like for more watch face customization. Setting a custom image is halfway there, but there needs to be more dynamic settings for font, size, and color choices to help match the image used. The stock set of faces are also functional at best but a majority of them are not pleasant to look at. Otherwise the app works as it needs to and has more freedom than tyoical Google or Samsung health apps.
The watch is nice with plenty of watch profiles. The app is a bit odd. I go to sleep every night around 1030 local, but the app always records my sleep starting at midnight. I don't know how to change that. Also, the sleep graph is grey scale. That makes it difficult to read, IMO. There's no way to view historical information past a week.
the reason that I'm giving this 3 stars is the app itself. I love the watch. For the price it worth it. I can read my texts, answer calls and track some health data. The issue is the app and weather. no matter what, my watch says that it's 84 degrees? Also, if you do not physically enter the app and sync, it will not save your step data. There are days on my watch where I walked 7000 steps, but the app says 0 or a number lower because the data didn't sync automatically
It's okay; I mean, I can track everything, but the tracking of my steps and other activities isn’t accurate. The app continuously disconnects from my device, even though my Bluetooth is connected. It keeps prompting me to connect and pair my watch, despite the constant disconnections. Additionally, it reconnects to Bluetooth on its own when I'm using other devices or Bluetooth headphones, even after I've specifically turned off the features I don’t want in the settings.
at first this app and the watch were pretty awesome. I was blown away by the quality for the price. However , it's been a few months and I'm so frustrated! I'm not sure if its the app or the watch but it is always disconnecting from my phone. I love the find my phone feature except now it doesn't work. if I look at the screen it'll say my watch isn't connected, but then someone will call me and the watch will answer the phone so I KNOW it's connectes.
