Seems like it's maybe a great app but no free trial limits options considerably. Most workouts, features and options are Pro and you can't even sample them without purchasing. Also, there's an AI fit coach that seems pretty interesting but evidently you're extremely limited on what you can ask it. I had two 30 second conversations with it and was cut off before my second message was sent on the second convo. No warning, just put on page with a bunch of purchase options. Pay first then try? No TY
Reviews for Fitify: Fitness, Home Workout
← Back to Fitify: Fitness, Home WorkoutThis app is awesome because it includes pre-made workouts, and you have the option to customize it, as well. The app has cardio, dumbbell training, resistance band training, and body weight options. There's also yoga, and stretching. Best of all, you only need this app and the equipment you already have. This is great for beginners, as well as more intermediate fitness levels. No gym required.
I love this app so far. I came from the body building world, but initially started doing gymnastics. I lost a lot of mobility so this app is really helping me gain it back. My knowledge was also limited on body weight exercises. I'm learning different movements for different parts of the body and I love it. I've eliminated weight training completely for pure calisthenics and cross training and this app is a major factor. Love the equipment variants too. The only thing I wish was different is yoga for beginners with different progressions. 5 stars from a premium user.
The ability to select what equipment I have at home and have a workout program built around that is fantastic! I've been looking for this style of workout app for ever and I'm so lucky i found it! Workouts are engaging and easy to follow. Some people complain about the going back and forth to grab different equipment but I preview the workout to gauge what I need. Plus if it's that much of a hassle you can pause it to get adjusted. If you have any doubts about this app, please don't, it's 💯
I'm enjoying it. Definitely one of the better apps I've tried, HOWEVER, I do wish they allowed to change a workout for a similar alternative. I don't have the best knees and I even selected that on their app. Most workouts are great but a few are hard on my knees and I can't switch them. I want to workout and not skip a part. On top if mentioning my bad knees I also gave those workouts a thumbs down and I'm still getting them!
Looking for a new app with free services, this one had a ton of downloads (so it must be good right?) however, after taking my body metric data, assessment data, email address, and personal name I hit pay wall. Granted it seems relatively cheap something like $30-$60 depending on plan, it wasn't as low cost as I was looking for. Not transparent, as it takes all your data and info first then hits you with a pay wall to use it's advertised services, because of this I do not recommend it.
I LOVE it. select exercise , equipment to use and position , standing or on the floor. I love to use kettlebell standing so i just go in and find the ones.I LOVE that there are video demo of the exercises and there is a preview of the exercise. i get rest time so i dont feel like i am dying. The ability to customize so many aspect of my workout is a game changer.. Con: I would love if there was an image showing the muscle groups being work so I know I selected the correct exercise.
Well! I'm a 43 yo M fitness buff. I've been using bodyweight, pull-up bar, and dumbells for years. This app taught me new ways to use what I already have. It syncs to Google fit. You can start creating only one custom workout "right out of the box". You can use this app and your favorite music app at the same time with a Bluetooth speaker\headphones. The free version is very limited, so I'll be switching back to one of my old apps that I only had to pay once for.
This app makes you jump between excercises in cycles, instead of grouping all excercises of each type together. This means you'll spend more time adjusting your weights than actually working out. It's ok if you have at least an hours for a workout, and you don't mind putting weights on and off. Update: I reduce it to 1 star because I sent two emails to the developers and got no response for over a month now. For a paid app it should be better.
Good app but hope to see it get better. The workout selection is great, but each exercise is usually 30 seconds long. I would like an option to choose any length. In the custom workouts I can choose a length, but no custom average lengths for generated workouts. A favorite folder where I can easily add workouts to would be nice. The app has no cable machine workouts. It also doesn't have parallel bars, or gymnastics ring workouts. Overall a great app that will hopefully get better.
I really love this app. I lost 10lbs in one month but I'm also doing a calories deficit along with the workouts that this app gives me. The only thing that bothers me about this app is that the AI coach, it deletes messages everyday, even messages where you ask it questions about certain workouts or diets etc., more or less, the important stuff that I might need to go back to. But it's always gone. That's what bothers me. Other than that, I still give it 5 stars.
by far one of the better fitness apps I've used! the AI technology is quite helpful and is used appropriately.. the exercise regimen is customizable, and it allows you to adjust what you do in each exercise. easy to follow. also has recipes and mindfulness exercises to follow. overall, I am glad I am using this because it really is helping me stay on track and looking forward to each workout!! I highly recommend it to anyone who is new to fitness or is intimidated to begin working out.
I paid for this app expecting to create custom workouts and track my progress properly, including the weights I lift. Shockingly, there's no way to enter or log weights at all, a basic feature for anyone serious about training. Without the ability to track load or progression, this feels like a glorified timer with preset routines. For a paid app, this is a huge letdown. Save your money and look elsewhere if you care about actual strength training or progress tracking.
Most fitness apps are not free, neither is this one. Description says it is a free app. After spending the time to make a profile with all the usual gender, age, weight, height and 101 questions about what you want to achieve, eat, how you want to workout and your cousins baby daddy, you get to the goods (at least you think). Everything is locked...until you pay the fee...for the free app. I guess the app is free but everything in it is not...just like all the other fitness apps! Rrrr!
Save your money. Free version may be suitable for basic use. Glaring issues to contend with while working out... Randomness of the exercises for warm up and workouts some times don't make any sense. Intervals between exercises (especially with equipment) doesn't allow for getting set up. Clearly the developers never worked out before. No tracking of sets or weights. Doesn't sync to watches, or Google Fit, or whatever the samsung app is. AI is worthless. Don't waste the $70.
at first I was hoping to pay as little as possible for an app when I could just work out for free on YouTube. but then I got into the app and I saw everything it came with. the AI body imaging which gave me an almost accurate measurement of each part of my body as well as telling me my mass index lean versus fat. then I started my workout and it was intense but I loved how specific it was. It was tailored to the parts of my body that I want to actually work out.
This may be the first workout app I haven't gotten bored with in the 1st few weeks. Not only have I seen results, but some days, I can't wait to see the next workout. Currently, I've been following the plan the app set up for me, and so far, I've lost 8lbs and several inches on my waist. I like the personalization of the app and how it's tailored to your specific goal and fitness level. This app has customizable workouts, an AI fitness coach, and tasty recipes that are really good. Great app.
This app is really good if you want a visual guide for exercises but I personally just wish it had more toggles and more stuff in the free version. Like a detailed tracking of your exercises and a rating of whether your workout is healthy or not. I'd also be happy if you could adjust the times for warm ups and the mode whether it will be generally considered hard, easy or medium. Sorry if this review made no sense, I am trying to get better at the way I explain things. Overall I love this app😁
So far so good. Still in my first week and the exercises challenge me enough while also not pushing me too hard. Some feedback - I wish I could reorder the exercises list so all my ground work is in a clump and I don't have to get up and down a bunch of times. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough. I also wish I could add a few extra seconds transition time after some exercises, as I am still getting back up off the floor (see above). Overall happy with it, though.
I love this app. Workouts are short and somewhat customisable based on your equipment. The rating of the workout is simple and not time consuming. AI coach is good. However, there are significant drawbacks: - Can't filter workouts based on body area, even doing a standalone workout outside personalised program. - Future workouts are influenced by workout and rating but if forgot, can't go back to rate. - Language is sometimes Portuguese, sometimes English. Can't recommend to English friends.
