Been using Fitness App: Gym Workout Plan for a couple months now. It’s basically an app with tons of different workout plans to help you get in shape, whether you’re trying to lose weight, build muscle, or just get more fit. Pretty solid app if you’re into fitness and working out.
Here’s what you can do: there’s a bunch of free 3D exercises you can follow along with, and you can choose plans for specific goals like fat burning, conditioning, or just a full-body workout. It’s got a workout planner too so you can track your progress. Took me a while to figure some of that stuff out, but it’s all pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re trying to get fit and stay motivated, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a comprehensive workout app.
