My son loves listening to the songs, but unfortunately the complete timeline song is not included. i assume because you only cover a few events a week. It would also be nice if you could zoom in on the picture especially for the geography section.
Very disappointed. having to reset the week with every subject is very frustrating. It really should have the time line song Total waste of money. I thought I could use this app in place of the cds but ended up buying them anyhow because the app just doesn't feel complete.
Replaces CDs! I'm so excited! This allows me to replace the CDs and now we can review all the work without needing to always carry the book. So glad I gave it a shot. Other reviews convinced me not to get it last year. I'm glad I tried it out for this year because it appears to be exactly what I am needing!
Cycle 1 is not as good as cycle 3. We loved the cycle 3 app!! The main problem I have with it is the geography section. The maps are often off the screen and we cannot see where the labels are pointing and cannot even see some of the labels! Somebody needs to fix this. Thanks!
The app has a simple design, and the customer service people are quickly responsive. Unfortunately, the audio for the history files does not play on my Google pixel phone. The audio will play on our Samsung device. Unfortunately, I had this same issue with the cycle 3 app last year. I was offered a prompt refund. They are aware of the issue but do not know how to replicate it. I hope this issue can be fixed because the app is so useful for class use.
The bottom part of every page is cut off. I have a new Samsung phone with a huge phone screen and it's not formatted for my phone for some reason. Can't read anything on the bottom of the screen. No songs either. I don't understand why they could put the songs on this app. Wishing I didn't buy this app now.
Just purchased the app 1-23-2022 and they have set up recurring monthly drafts on my debit card. Contacted Classical Conversations who directed me to Google who keeps hanging up on me. Now I have to go to my banking institution to cancel and request a new debit card. So frustrating. If I had it to do over again, I would stick with the cds.
I am so frustrated to have paid so much money on an app that is BEYOND difficult to navigate as an adult let alone a child. I purchased it solely because we dont have a CD player in our car so I downloaded this app for my phone while driving. DO NOT BUY. The weekly lessons skip, every sentence is cut off so you can't even hear what fact you should be learning. Equally annoying is that if you play from week one you have to manually skip to the next week. It doesnt play continuously. WANT REFUND!!
So expensive for such a poor quality app. The image is cut off in history and science constantly, rendering it useless! Get rid of the ugly border so we cam see. The time line does not use the iconic song, so we have to pull it up elswhere, making this not open and go. And the audio quality is often terrible. Why??? The program and the app are so expensive, they can afford some quality. Should have saved the $15.
Biggest disappointment is that the app is not compatible with the version my android tablet is running on, so I cannot download it. Also, it would be nice if the timeline song was included and I miss the history and science tidbits as well.
