Okay, it's only been two days, but I'm loving this app so far! The focus on mindfulness and creating neural pathways to guide you toward healthier behaviors re: food, exercise, meditation, and focusing on the present moment appeal to both my psych background and my spiritual and philosophical beliefs. So much better than "going on a diet" or "starting a new exercise program." Change your mind, and let the other things sort themselves out over time!

I Download it and it doesn't want to open and keeps closing again then it told me I didn't have space and made me delete a lot of my apps untill the bar said "ready" after I deleted them I download it again and it showed me the bar thing again, so there I go and deleted MORE apps until the bar said "ready" again, then i tried one more time it showed me the thing AGAIN!!! I was done at that point.

I stumbled upon this app while playing an on line game. I don't generally click on learn more but this app sounded like the concepts were similar to the Naturally Slim program I am going through that is supported by my employer. I downloaded this app and immediately viewed about 8 of the videos after the initial set up. I am so happy this app found me! It will be a great companion to NS. I have a way to go to get to a healthy weight and this program will help me get there.

ive never used it & i opened it today and i dont find it helpful at all.....I weigh 136lbs & im 5'4" & would like to basically tone since my stomach is really flat but needs to be a little tighter...But this app doesnt give me any information on how to firm, not sure if its a diet thing or what? but im just going to uninstall

So far, so good. Has a thorough and easy setup, will return if that impression changes

I'm still learning on this app (9 days) So far I have learned a lot. Like setbacks are not "failure" but a learning experience. I like this app, it has helped me NOT overindulge on vacation. I'm redirecting my desire to eat on walks on the beach, drawing or small watercolor paintings. I have made progress redirecting my anxious moments to activities instead of consuming unneeded calories.

Why are you like most apps? Please address not eating enough both in times and amounts. When I'm hyper focused I can skip eating for days. Not because I want to but I don't feel hungry. Please give choices like "eat balanced meals", "eat more regularly", and "eat breakfast". Not everyone looking to lose weight overeats. Become a more balanced app... Start a trend

Wow, it got everything I was looking for in one place! Motivational and educational videos, habit tracking, community, tips, and more! I can't wait to earn my first habit badge, it's going to be rewarding. I am learning so much about habit building after reading Atomic Habits, and this app really seems to support that! Thank you for this app. Appreciate anything that helps me in my health journey

I've tried soo many apps and I love this app. Feels calm. I don't feel anxiety using it. It's simple set up and non pushy way has made it easier for me to feel comfortable to really open up and be honest about what I want out of it. I love the mindset training, the very non blaming view of just redirecting focus when something doesn't work instead of quitting. I haven't had that positive feedback from other apps. Thank-you! ❤

so far I have kept to doing the things ive intended to do. I love this app. its not asked me for one dime and im grateful for that as well. the community is wonderful and the app is so well put together.

I like that I don't feel super guilty if I forget to log for a while which recently happened and the team support really helped me feel less pressure and I wanna try again which is so refreshing! I love this app and the support it brings when I'm at my lowest point. Fantastic devs keep it up

Whoa! I'm pleasantly surprised at the content of this app. The videos are very neurodivergent friendly, precise, has beautiful and engaging graphics with easy-to-understand concepts -- perfect for ADHD and autism (even learning differences!). Many of the videos were from 2 to about 5 minutes but even longer ones(I just downloaded the app) are engaging. I love the ability to hear from and engage with other users. This is by far the best self-development app out there that is free and accessible.

A great app for talking to others on their weight loss journey and to share life situations.

this app is genuinely life changing. it doesnt feel real for how amazing it is with also being free. it helped create so many good habits and get rid of so many bad ones. being able to speak to a coach, have personal goals outlined for me. it is truly amazing.

So far, from what I've explored, this app is limited to motivation, journaling, good-habit building, and community support. For those purposes, I give it a five. The videos are informative; the advice makes sense. I enjoy journaling. I'm not into community sharing and usually skip that. I'm not sure how long I'll stick with it, but here at the beginning of my diabetes diagnosis, the videos are quite helpful to me. Clean, efficient app, nice graphics. No glitches yet.

It's overall a great app for positivity and wellness. The part that lacks is the interface. Could be more organized and look more refreshing than just text boxes on top of text boxes. Also, it feels like the finch app. There's not much to learn, but more to practice upon yourself, I guess. It could use more professional help and advice, but that's just what I think. EDIT: Scrolling down in the tribe posts is a bit glitchy when you go too far down.

It's a great little app. Very straightforward and simple to use. One thing I'd like to see is when a card is sent that the name of who sent it is shown. Not saying so we can reply directly, but more as an additional little boost of ones self confidence. Especially since there are a limit of the type of cards to pick from so if I get.

This app was suggested thru my insurance to help me manage stress. All the ideas and tips are things I've either already tried or already do. I don't need a weight loss app. The constant notifications cause me more stress because it's something else I have to worry about finding time to do in my already hectic schedule. It's a good idea and fairly easy to use but it's not for me.

I've been recommending this app to many friends and clients since I started using it. I always feel more positive after sharing what I'm grateful for and have noticed that setting a specific intention truly keeps me on track. This app is absolutely what I needed. I've lost 9 pounds in the last 6 weeks, I'm more patient during difficulties, and I've increased my self-care drastically. GET THIS APP if you are ready to take better care of yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually!

As someone who uses these apps to help build routines and healthy habits not related to weight loss, I don't really like how focused the app is on weight loss. The app doesn't really help much with giving reminders/alarms to help me complete tasks, just really generic check-ins. It's not a bad app and it can be helpful for positive mindset, I just think there's a lot of untapped potential.
