App won't open/load for about a month now. I've updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled several times now to no avail. What happened?

Great product. App is super user friendly. Text reminders of refills is so awesome and easy to do. My numbers are where the are supposed to be!

I like the app but it is not easy to switch between providers. It says just click their card but it never works for me without signing out and signing back in under the provider I want to look at.

I like that when my doctor set a plan it goes straight to them. The only down part is the shipping fee and the 7-10 days delivery. Amazon has the same items and same price with next day free shipping.

Full script is very easy to use and the reminders are so helpful.

can't believe this place has such good reviews. I've used it multiple times over many different months and nothing but problems. not to mention my items show up hot in the mail with the ice packs melted long ago

i was skeptical at first but with the multitude of specialized vitamins I have to take and at the random times throughout the day I have to take them this app had seriously made a huge difference in my ability to keep track of ordering them, taking them on time (even if its multiple doses), and it even provides a discount. All in all I wish more health care providers had a system for medication they could use like this.

There is currently something preventing switching between dispensaries. The switch option is easy to find and follow the guide, but it does not work.

These are high-quality supplements and work really well. I love how you can manage frequency of how you get them and get a discount.

To my pleasant surprise, the issue I reported was promptly addressed and resolved! I rarely leave app reviews, but felt compelled this time because the ingredient list in the description dropdown is essential when choosing the right supplements. The free version hardly works and the page describing the premium version is disgustingly misleading. "Free trial", "no commitment", "cancel anytime".. except what that page doesn't make explicitly clear when they say that they "won't charge you until after your free trial ends" is that they will charge you after that free trial ends regardless of when or whether you "cancel anytime" beforehand. Horrible business practice.

This is such a great app! My nutritionist put in what I need to take and how to take it. I can order it all at once or individually, put different items on recurring orders, and it lets me know when I need to reorder something! It's so helpful and easy to use!

Convenient way to get and track the supplements I take, with safe and secure payment options. The app is easy to use, and offers one time orders as well as recurring orders so I never run out of what I use regularly. My provider can make recommendations right in the app and also see what I order on my own so we can partner on my health journey. Great app!

I was excited to see you finally got an app for Android and see all the great reviews. However was disappointed because it's not available for practitioners. The time I could save with a dedicated app on the phone as opposed to the awkwardness of the phone browser or being tied to a computer to fulfill orders and research supplements. Regardless great job.

The app is... okay, but the UX is really bad. For example: on the home screen, there is a list of all of the supplements I'm taking, which is nice, but I can't reorder anything from there. If I click on a supplement from that list, I can't reorder it from the supplement screen either. I have to go to a completely different section of the app to reorder anything. It's so dumb. Once you get to the place to reorder a supplement, the checkbox is almost impossible to mark and unchecks itself.

I cannot say enough about this company! honestly, if you're buying supplements monthly like I do, you better get an account with them. They have the best deals, they always send within a reasonable time and if there's a problem like a lost shipment, it's taken care of as soon as you bring it to their attention. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! Thankyou FullScript!
