Worked before. Broken now. Just loops around not letting you sign in. Update 12/8/24. Still broken. Same issues.
It works fine for me. I have been getting my checks it does take a little bit to get them. It has also helped with my doctors bills.
App doesn’t work, cannot upload a document with the app or submit a claim
I’ve never heard from them one time and got all kinda medical bills to prove they suck don’t let them do the same as what you can do!

My husband has had two eye surgeries and we got both co pays back. He goes to a chiropractor once a month and we get those co pays back. Getting your doctor or nurse practitioner approved takes a little time but worth it. We are very happy with the app and highly recommend signing up.

My employer uses garner assist with employee benefits and there’s no info telling me which doctors are and are not accepting new patients which just wastes time. I called several different locations only to find out the nearest doctors accepting my insurance are 75 miles away.
Search feature feels rudimentary and intentionally bad. There is no option to search by location, or even alphabetize providers.
Great service. They will help you find a doctor in network and reimburse you all your co-pay. Not hard to sign up.
It is so hard to find providers through this app. there are not enough details when looking at names first glance and not enough options to filter what I’m looking for.
