Only so-so. Nice daily graphs of heart rate readings but doesn't display results in 12-hour time. Heart rate categories for a given time period are shown as a percentage of the time period rather than the actual number of minutes. Does not seem to read time codes attached to wrist device data very well so that graphs will have long stretches of no change. Or it may display data during time periods when the wrist device is not turned on and cannot have collected any data. Updating didn't help.

The most you can do is pick your image and font color, font size and location is not customizable making it hard to read depending on the image you select, honestly a bummer 😞
Difficult for beginners. There is no option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or from Kilometers to Miles. It is confusing for many who do not use those measurements. Call and text functions are also a learning curve that we are admittedly still on. This is a good value watch/heath device. However, it's more of a challenge than we thought. I'm not sure we would purchase this item again unless these issues were resolved.
Definitely was a learning curve with an Android because it's more geared for iPhones. I'm only having an issue with my text messages notifying me. I get notifications for Instagram, Messenger, etc., but not my text messages. Also, I can voice text a text message, but it won't send from the watch. Not sure if that's been a big issue. Pulling over my contacts was also an issue. It only pulled over selected ones, which I'm still not sure why.
Sketchy. I just got this watch. Setup was horrendous! First of all one of the First things is setting the right language for the watch. Geez. Took me a while. Then, mention how to navigate the screen and on/off buttons. After a person learns the basics, work on Bluetooth and phone calls, etc. Come on, I know it's a great value, but put some money into the software! I mean you sell this thing through about 10 or more companies, put Something into the more generic versions. PLEASE!!
Only good for keeping time. But that's about it. Bluetooth won't stay connected. Turns on an alarm everyday at 8:30am that can't be turned off (I can't even find it). No stop watch/time. Biometrics no where near correct. Troubleshooting is no help. Have an extra star because charge time is incredibly fast, and you can personalize the screen easily.
It works for what I got it for, which is counting my steps, tracking my sleep patterns, and heart rate. I wish I could turn off the weather feature, or manually input a location, since it rarely syncs to my phone's location or actual location. It has me in the same city name in another state. The watch I downloaded it for works pretty good. It's good, but I thing they're trying to do too much by trying to compete with more expensive apps/devices, but not quite as accurate.
The app and watch is cool and stuff, but can we possibly get more options to customize the watch, like the Galaxy watch? (For example, freely moving the clock, different clock styles, widgets and other stuff.) Maybe make it a little more responsive as well and add better animations and more, then I might make it 5 stars. But otherwise, it's nice. Edit: also add more brightness levels and let us be able to make it darker. Also maybe add themes.
Total rubbish app, don't bother. Just had an update and it's deleted all my saved information from the last 6 months. Despite trying to log on it refuses to acknowledge my email or account. So all the data I had saved are just lost. Was comparing to last year's fitness data. Avoid this piece of junk. 🤬
This app changes the layout on my Smart Watch every night and I can't find any way to get it back to the way I want it!! After the update of 5/27/25, there's no rhyme or reason as to why it is changing every day!! Now I have clock hands, numbers, AND the digital clock on the device. I don't need or want the clock hands/#s!!!
doesn't work half the time. keeps crashing. keeps disconnecting. says bluetooth isn't on or connected when it is "on" on the phone. texts/calls don't show up, says that's not connected too. it's like the dollar store version of Fitbit and it doesn't even include half of the features or functions as Fitbit.
It doesn't ever and I mean EVER stop!! I have shut this app down a hundred times, it just doesn't die lol Aside from uninstalling, it's always running in the background. I have went to settings, FORCE STOP, and within 6 hours this app is on again!! ahhhhh. I can't get away from it. it follows me. it peeks on me when I'm sleeping. it's in the car with me, it's everywhere I am. 😜 Seriously tho. there needs to be a setting in the app to shut it off when not in use.
Just wasted the last 30mins trying to wait patiently for a watch face to sync/download when suddenly at 67% it failed and told me to start over which I don't have time for. Now I can only choose from loaded faces from my watch and I don't like any of the options. New update sucks it used to take less than a minute or two to sync a new face even a custom on from my photos, very disappointing hopefully they can fix this issue quick!
this app has gotten worse recently. overall it the job of syncing with other apps like Google fit, MyFitnessPal, and even Fitbit to log steps and calories burned. I also enjoyed being able to change the watch face every few weeks or months depending on my mood. However, this is no longer the case. I recently tried to update the watch face only to discover that it is no longer possible to download and update. I tried doing this for almost half a day. It always failed!!! please fix this.
Was working great. But recently it stopped showing info and doesn't count correctly. App also isn't in line with the watch. For example, it won't show the weather and calls are no longer coming through the watch, although everything is connected and set up as required. I will go for a walk, Google Fit will say I've done 6,000 steps, the watch and app will show 2000. I can sleep for 7 hours, the watch will say 7, the app is empty with no data.
Just Started and so far. I'm Extremely Happy I got this for my birthday. With constant monitoring and keeping a detailed recording. it seems certain nurses say one thing. And the fitness smartwatch says something different. whereas the hospital attaches all these wires to your chest and have a habit of popping off or the sticky part comes off while you're trying to get some sleep The smartwatch uses lasers on the bottom of the watch to scan for your vitals.
The app does not track miles correctly. I walked 44 minutes and it says 1.83 miles. The next day I did an extra loop, which was 1 hour and it only recorded 1.65 miles. The GPS tracking only shows two loops when I completed 3. Also, I've set everything up in English and miles, but, the announcement during my walk is in metric. No place to change it in the app. My app version does not have this option.
The watch is pretty good, but this app is trash. Major lag with syncing BPM/ heart rate (which is one of the features you want instant results for). Gives literally no access to details. It may show you slept deep for 3 hours. But you can't access what your O2, BPM, movement, etc readings were during that time. Can't save your custom watchfaces, or which get saved to device. No customization at all for display screens. Can't set the "sitting too long" reminder for anything under 30min
When I 1st started using this app for my watch, I loved it. Messages & calls were completely in sinc w my phone. Not so for the past few months. I'd get a call or message on my phone & had already answered/read it & AT LEAST 5 minutes later, my watch would start buzzing for the call or light up w the message. It's very annoying. I've been updating, but it keeps getting worse. The weather don't update on it's own (also annoying). Please fix the app!!
I got the watch 2 days ago and set it up immediately. This morning, when I woke up, it was wonky. It had the temperature outside as Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, like I had it set up, and then it randomly changed my watch face for a few minutes. Now the app wants me to fill everything out again like I did when I set it up. Not good. Changed my rating from 2 to 1. I've now had the Watch for 6 mos. It will not light up when I lift my arm to look at it, although that is turned on in the settings.
