If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. This app is like a sloth, but about 3 seconds behind it. I have this app on an iPad AND a One+. Super slow on that iPad. Press a key, and it's at least 5 seconds before anything happens. Dialing a number is about a 30 second process. It's marginally better on the Android. Only 1/2 to full second delay on keypress. Also, the search function takes forever on both platforms. At least 3-5 seconds to get a result after you type the number or name. If you are forced to use it like I am, then it works, but I would rather watch gear oil drip out of an old car. Other issues is that this app is the top battery use, even though I only make 5-6 calls a day. One plus 5T keeps notifying me of excessive battery drain in the background. If I didn't need this for work I would dump it.

using my phone to attend meeting was a bit awkward to deal with. Visual too small and difficult to focus on areas pointed out. but...when I used my full computer monitor in the previous weeks, the display, audio , and all features were easy to use. So, on a phone audio is great. But for visual you need your larger screen. highly satisfied with the service.

It kept ringing after it connected. Even with a good Wi-Fi connection other person sounded like he was talking in a barrel. This is no better than the app it replaced. Update 11/21/2020 App is still unreliable. Will not connect consistently, and I'm on solid Wi-Fi 7 ft from an access point. This is the point where you design a new app not try to fix this piece of junk.

Update 4/23/2020 - Since the new work from home, I've had to take calls from this app. Still the app consistently does not notify me when I'm receiving a call. I've missed 3 calls this morning and 5 yesterday. Luckily I've set it up to ring over to my cell after 20 seconds, but I shouldn't have to do that. Terrible app. I have missed calls all the time when this app. Jive mobile worked way better. I just noticed I missed 20+ calls because it doesn't ring. Jive mobile I never missed any.

As its been a long time i feel the bugs still haven't been addressed. Its a good app but it has so many bugs. Just now i tried to send a message and it would scroll but not allow me to open/send a message. Doesnt always call through on cell phone. Cant end a call on hold and more. Its been a long time and it hasnt been fixed so i felt it was time to leave a review 😔. I need a working app to handle my clients effectively. Not sign me out randomly without telling me so i miss calls.

The new version of this app does not work well. It glitches every time I'm on it. Either my chat messages send twice or not at all. Or it lags so far behind that I can't participate in the conversation. Or I get kicked off completely because it freezes. I need to be able to use this app reliably because my online school uses the GoTo platform for some of their classes. If I didn't have to use the app, I would get rid of it.

The product has greatly matured and improved. One thing I am noticing as of the latest release is that SMS messages to and from internal numbers in the phone system are not getting delivered on the mobile app. They are only showing up in the desktop app or browser. We are only able to send and receive to external regular cellphone numbers. So we are constantly missing important internal communication as a result.

One consistent issue has been my clients getting an echo of their voice. Its never on my end but only theirs. I'm constantly having to call from my own number which defeats the purpose of this line. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. It doesn't happen every time, but I'd say about 85% of the time I can count on someone saying it is. If it weren't for that I believe it would be just fine. I've deleted and reinstalled, checked my connections, logged out and back in. I'm using it mobile only.

I don't think I've seen worse app recently. Instead of calling within the app, it dials from your regular phone. Once you hang up, all you get is a black screen. Enough for me to delete it right away and see how bad it is, not to use a more harsh word. Forgot to add, if you start calling and disconnect, you will see a pop up showing initiating that will stay there until the app is on. Useless app.

I've found quite a few bugs with this app. Frequently when making calls the ringing continues even after the recipient has picked up the call. Less frequently but more than I'd like, the ringing will continue even after I've ended the call. Also, I've found that in receiving calls the app will briefly ring but the call goes to my voicemail without further rings giving me time to answer.

The app only works a fraction of the time. It does not always update information when you refresh the page. I miss calls constantly because it randomly decides to go into DND mode. Also, not sure if its part of intended functionality, but when a call comes in, the ring cannot be silence, it requires you to decline or answer to stop ringing. I wish I could give it better ratings, but having to force stop it several times a day and reboot daily at inconvenient times is not my idea of efficient.

A terrible application with many problems. Won't hang up calls without force stopping the app. Will usually half ring once then end the call stating it was missed. Won't ring or show a call came through. Just state that there is a missed call [if you are lucky] or a VM. Crashes and reloads frequently on the Note 9. I recognize that I am using an older phone and version of android OS. But this is a soft phone app for a PHONE. It fails at the very thing it is supposed to be able to do.

Edit: once again a generic response to this review. I have reached out to support who are clueless. They say they only see logs for 7 days and after that cannot help you. So when you submit a ticket, they wait while before responding, then count the weekend as part of the 7 days and tell you they no longer can help. SMS function is limited.Non stable. Unreliable. Misses calls. Refresh does not work well. App gets hung before it is able to connect. Terrible UX. Support seems clueless.

Good, but has a dial link bug. Generally good but does have one bug. I have my phone set up to use GoTo when I click on a phone number in Outlook. On a regular basis, the app "remembers" the last number it called from Outlook and tries to dial that number. Just now, someone called, we talked, and I hung up. Right away, the app dialed the last Outlook linked number again. This should be fixed.

Jive Mobile was bad but this is far worse. When I'm on a regular cell call and a Jive/GoToConnect call comes in, my phone starts ringing at full volume (while I'm on the phone), converts my cell call to a speakerphone call, and won't let me decline the incoming call. Then, I can't switch my call off of speakerphone. NOT working on a Samsung S10. Uninstalling and hoping for an improvement in the future. Very frustrating that I can't effectively get notified of calls coming in for our business.

I'm writing this review after 5 months of daily use for a business. GoToConnect is incredibly frustrating. If you use your personal cell phone for business, it forces you to import all of your personal contacts, no other option. It defaults the contact list to all contacts. Load time is very slow on all pages and the meeting rooms are unusable. The app only rings through if you have it open and are actively looking at it. Won't work if it's running in the background. I don't recommend this app.

Needs work. The small company I work for has been using this for about a year. If you're on a call & a new call comes in, it mutes the line. Super inconvenient. Glitchy. If two calls come in at the same time, it can freeze the app & you can't answer either. Sometimes it rings & no button appears on the screen to answer. There's no way to tell if the call is to just your line or if it's a general call!! (That's the worst!!) Sometimes the lagging makes it hard to even dial out... :/

I need to use this app for work as it is compatible with our phone system and for the most part it works fine. However, I would like to customize the Ringtone so that I can easily tell the difference between a work call and a personal call on my cellphone. I feel that it's kind of essential for that to be a feature. Also, it does ring slightly delayed which often makes me worry that by the time I answer the person on the other end will have hung up, but so far that hasn't happened. I did just read that the ability to change the ringtone is coming, which is great. I hope you'll post an ETA on when we could expect that update to arrive.

This app is in need of top to bottom bug fixes. When transferring on mobile I cannot scroll through contacts. I used to be able to click the letter on the right to bring me to other contacts but that no longer works either. I am now limited to my top 3 alphabetical contacts. And that's only one issue of many. 9/4 rating update. I've dropped this to 1 star. Call log does not refresh. If it were not critical for work I would not use this app at all. UI is a huge issue.

The app is okay, but it certainly has a lot of issues that I've discovered. It freezes constantly, and it loses connectivity often. It doesn't seem super user friendly, and it can be difficult to find what you need. Also, I'm confused with how sometimes names show up on messaging and sometimes not, even when you've got the number in your phone already. With that being said, I do appreciate having the number of everyone in my company in the list of contacts.
