Terribly low pay for very long distances. There's never any spots available for scheduling... I'll update to say that the offers seem to be a little better, and the miles aren't as far as before. There seems to be more orders coming in. This app has indeed surpassed the other app that I used to use. There are many instances that I would arrive at a restaurant to pick up, and the order has been canceled or not even received. I don't get compensated for the time and gas wasted on driving there.

My experience is not the worst but it could be better, for me it's system issues with orders I'm really hoping is available and ready, and that's an issue with me, over time I've been left with a few dollars from a considerable higher paying order, get to the restaurant and the order is not showing up in their system what's up with that? Another thing too!! Don't text if an order unassigned send an alert. I've had issues with that as well.

I hate this app. Trying to find what I need is so difficult. But for me, the worst part is the app switching me to Unavailable even when I'm doing an order. It's so frustrating!! They really need to fix this. Add in, I'll get a notification for an order, I'll accept it, then it doesn't show up under Tasks, and the order just disappears. If all of the delivery apps could merge their apps together, maybe there'd be a perfect app.

I've had problems with the app more than once. Specifically, if I get two offers with pickup at the same location. Recently, the 2nd order wasn't ready yet, I pressed "There's a problem" and said it'd be late. When the order WAS ready, I couldn't mark it as "Picked up." I tried everything, and it just sent me in circles. The app absolutely WILL NOT let you bypass anything & the orders were waiting. The help desk refused to fix it, just gave me addresses. My driver status was hurt. FRUSTRATING!

Too many ghost orders due to poor notification system. The amount of offers I get labeled "missed" is 99% of the time due to the fact that I don't hear the cowbell ringing, even with my notification sound all the way up. And if I do manage to see it on, it's gone in 2 secs on the screen. Doesn't even give me a min to accept or decline the order. There really should be a floating notification like with other delivery driver, just fix the damn issue. This is ridiculous.

I just came back after taking 3 months off for surgery and the app seems to be broken. I am "missing" so many offers that I was never even notified for. The notifications are no longer audible. When I do get an offer, it disappears in the 2.5 seconds it takes me to pick up my phone and open the app, and then shows that i missed the offer. I am at 100% for scheduling adherence, 88% on time, and 40% (!!!) for acceptance. The app has become unusable and I may have to switch to a competitor.

Wanted to work specific zones , and they extended the zones. It says to go to Hot spots lite up dark red. However, you get there only to have it vanishes, and then you have to travel to another spot(wasting gas)for it to at times to yield nothing. What I do like is that if you reject an order, there is a list of reasons (like if I'm going in a different direction) saves on the doubling back when you are out of range. All the blocks fill up fast so you may or may not get one

Too Glitchy. I have finally finished my application, after a year of being on waiting list, and now that I start using it the app it's pretty glitchy. It sometimes doesn't notify me that there is an order, and if I miss it, then it starts ringing every, let's say, 30 seconds. If I miss three orders that again, the app didn't notify me for some reason, then the app just won't work properly and it starts sending me notifications every second. I had to delete the app for it to stop.

The app itself works fine, but the company is unreliable and opaque. I drove part-time with no violations. After some time off, my account was paused due to inactivity. When I tried to return, they refused to reactivate it, claiming a vague accusation with no explanation. I was never notified of any issue and they won’t provide proof or allow an appeal. If you drive for Grubhub, know they can remove you without warning, reason, or accountability.

App is completely useless. Have to exit out and restart app every time I am arriving @ a restaurant or a customers house or else it says I am not near the location. It also frequently freezes up &has to be restarted when I swipe complete delivery. The app is counterintuitive the way buttons are set up to complete deliveries. If I click to see what items an order has the app will glitch once & send me to the top of page before working. uber eats is better

edited: Well, the app is back to not telling you about an update, and the heat maps dont always update without closing down the app, then reopening it. also, I sit in hotspots and don't get orders with many mornings, waiting and wasting gas for anywhere between one to two hours. orders usually don't come in until 11 am, and with my second job I have to stop at 12:30 so it's just wasting my time

GrubHub has a lot of potential to be a great app. Some things need to change. People are tired of hearing. I will note it on the computer. if you're doing a delivery and the place is closed or oder is taking forever to be done, drivers should not be penalized, especially during missions. it should be counted as done. change the missions if you pick up the order it's counted toward the mission. so many times I have gotten screwed out of the mission pay because food is taking to long lines long

App not working correctly. I click to schedule and get a tutorial on how to schedule like I'm new or something. The option to skip, or go to the next screen is at the bottom under my phone screen buttons, and they are grey so I can't click them. I can't schedule blocks anymore. Ridiculous pay for the distance to restaurant and delivery. All delivery apps have gone in the same direction paying less to drivers, charging customers high prices for food, delivery, and service fees. PURE GREED!

have called 3-4 times in 2 weeks. app has issues where it'll pop an offer up and it will only show up for half a second then immediately expire, which lowers your acceptance rate. its lowered me down to nearly 20%. customer support says its a technical problem and they'll send a report to technical services but nothing has been done or fixed. do Uber eats or something, cuz at least u get to accept offers and make than 30 bucks in 6 hours (which isboth tips + deliverance pay in total]

GrubHub used to pay so well, and now it's hard to get double-digit orders without going crazy far. It also seems like the more the customer tips, their base rate drops. Yet, if you look at their breakdown, it's not supposed to change. They are supposed to pay based on mileage and time. I've had a 22-mile order before, and the customer tipped $15, and GrubHub only paid me like two or three dollars.

This app doesn't help drivers. Due to technological errors, it sends you far away and to the wrong address, and they even lower your offer commitment because we can't accept offers without being able to complete the delivery due to a system error. The drivers themselves are the ones who pay the price. Even if we do our best to complete the delivery, we're still going to be affected in some way.

The app functions, it's not like it doesn't work, however there are some features I do not like. Orders that are small in value, yet have you use more gas to travel long distances, bring down your record if not accepted, which isn't fair. There is no feature to deliver food within an area, just what restaurants you deliver from. There is little organization of what restaurant you deliver from next. This is fine if you want a little change on the side, but still lacks in some aspects.

Stopped working awhile ago. I get notification of offer sounds and alert in notification bar, but no offer actually comes through on app. Then it says I missed 3 offers (when I've only gotten one notification), says it's gonna kick me off, then the whole app goes absolutely haywire. This has been going on at least 6 months and it's been absolutely unusable. Uninstall/reinstall, etc doesn't fix it.

They changed the notification. here's the thing, if you're not on the home screen after you decline an offer you can be on any other page of that app for example schedule. The notification sound just keeps ringing and ringing after you reject it until you go back to the homepage. the whole app is clunky. who wants to go to whole bunch of different pages just to pick up an order one screen for that another screen for leaving. all the information that feels like you're reading a novel.

Constantly send orders far away or going a different direction from where I'm driving. It's like you don't know where I am or just don't care. And taking away a good order when I'm already heading to the location. Only sending orders if I have another order with another gig app. Otherwise I'm just waiting on orders. It just makes no sense. Your pay is the worst for high miles orders. I just don't bother using your app anymore....it's just a complete waste of time. Fix your app GH!!!!!!
