One of the worst apps. The search new dentists feature doesn’t work. Won’t search for names accurately. Then when you find the doctor, the click to open brings you back to the map. Search bar continuously trys to update results not allowing me to complete typing.

This app is worthless! Will not let you find a PPO. Just disappeared from screen and you have to sign in again. Which also is not an easy task. Very dissatisfied. Do not bother with them! I’m going to discontinue the insurance. You probably can’t use it either! Frustrating to say the least.

If you have ever had coverage through Guardian prior to your current coverage, the app defaults to the old expired coverage and claims that you’re no longer covered. Glitches all the time. Every time I click a link it goes back to the fingerprint login. I press my finger and I’m back at the main menu. Useless! Can’t get anything to open! Always re-routed back to the main menu. Can’t search providers or see ID cars. Very frustrating.

Miserable app experience. Everytime I log in there is no info anywhere on the app, everything infinitely loads even after re-installing. Then I try the website and that’s broken too. I just want to use my dental 🙁
