One of the worst apps. The search new dentists feature doesn't work. Won't search for names accurately. Then when you find the doctor, the click to open brings you back to the map. Search bar continuously trys to update results not allowing me to complete typing.

This app is worthless! Will not let you find a PPO. Just disappeared from screen and you have to sign in again. Which also is not an easy task. Very dissatisfied. Do not bother with them! I'm going to discontinue the insurance. You probably can't use it either! Frustrating to say the least.

If you have ever had coverage through Guardian prior to your current coverage, the app defaults to the old expired coverage and claims that you're no longer covered. (Checking on the website and by calling confirms active coverage). This seems to be a known issue according to a couple of the Guardian agents I spoke to. As such, the app is unusable.

Highly frustrating I've been trying for three days on the website, then try to on my phone, and then tried on this app and all times it is stalling & saying opps looks like something went wrong, please try again later. I'm simply trying to update my payment, and look over my claim & I've been spending mid than a hour each day trying to resolve this while it gives out on me each time even on the app.

The app is improperly named making it hard to find, even if I search "guardian" on my phone. Also, why in gods name do you need my phones unlock code for this app? Makes me very wary from a security standpoint, there's no need for you to have that. Last, why can't I view my plan info here? Overall a very convoluted way of getting my insurance card.

Glitches all the time. Every time I click a link it goes back to the fingerprint login. I press my finger and I'm back at the main menu. Useless! Can't get anything to open! Always re-routed back to the main menu. Can't search providers or see ID cars. Very frustrating.

How is it possible for an insurance company to make so much money, but can not get their app working after literally years of people saying it will not let them login. If you are not going to fix/update this app remove it from the app store all together. It is absolutely absurd that you do not have a half way competent IT department that can atleast allow users to login to view an ID card. You have a total of 12 reviews out of 357 that are not 1 or 2 stars. Absolutely pathetic.

App won't load after I sign in. It just spins or gives me an error message.

If I could give a less than one store I would. I've tried to set up a user name on this but once you get to the seventh character it always pops the error message user already in use. It doesn't matter what I put in or how it's put in the error messages always same on the eighth character. I am unable to make a user ID to even be able to use this app

Waste of time- I figured it out! They make the app useless so you get so frustrated that you don't use your insurance... I will just call, they can do it for me... Nope, it told me leave a message or stay on the line blah blah for 23 minutes. Then it just said leave a message and hung up on me... Didn't even tell me what info I should include in the message or when to expect s reply I did notice it was super easy to pay....

The app still doesn't show providers. Also, the part about having a lock screen being a requirement is uncalled for...especially for an app that doesn't work.

my company tries to go as cheap as possible , you get for what you pay for . I can't even log in , tried calling then the web page goes into error , This app is a joke .

Miserable app experience. Everytime I log in there is no info anywhere on the app, everything infinitely loads even after re-installing. Then I try the website and that's broken too. I just want to use my dental :(

After logging in, the app only redirects to the login screen. This used to work, now I can't get past the login screen.

It doesn't show up in my app drawer and I can't put an icon on a page. The only way I can open it is to look it up in Google Play. What's the actual name of the app? It's should be called Guardian. I can't log in unless I use a lock screen. Whether I use a lock screen is my decision not some app developer. In the comments they keep responding asking people to call them to give more details. Just read the comments! It's all there! Fix the problems that people are complaining about! Garbage!

How in the freaking hell do you get an old policy number associated with an account updated to a new number? Do I have to created separate logins for every policy year. Stupid is as stupid does. I thought the United Health Care app was bad until company switched to Guardian for vision and dental. Still cannot view ID cards on 8/6. Plan start date was 8/1/25. Very disappointing start to the coverage, and will probably have to cancel my Saturday appointment. Keep up the good work!

I wouldn't bother downloading this app. Use the website instead. At least the website is updated in a few days after they upload a new document. And it is very easy to find what you are looking for there. The app doesn't get updated often. It works like an amateur designed it and didn't know how to code it correctly. Guardian should spend more money on app design or remove the app altogether.

member ID information isn't as accessible when trying to use my app when our ID cards (MEMBER ID) isn't working in a location like Costco. We should simply click a link to see if my card is accepted at a place. If a company doesn't participate. If they do not accept. Paying out of pocket to see if a claim is needed or would even work or take me 3 business days to find out via the app when customer service isn't available over a weekend.

The developer thought it was a good idea to name this app "Providers & ID Card", so if you install it and can't find it on your phone, search for that instead. The app makes it hard for people to use a password manager to log in (focus is automatically lost on the fields). After manually searching for the app and putting my password in, my account is locked out and I don't know how to unlock it. The website isn't working and their phone support just hangs up.

What a joke..I open the app and sign in and what does it do? Opens in browser. What's the point of an app if it's only a shortcut to your browser page? You can just put a browser shortcut page to your desktop and delete the app. Update : I spoke to customer service who informed me that the apps are intended for companies. For individuals who purchased it you have to go to the webpage and scroll past the business login to the individual part. 😑 customer service was truely not helpful.
