Hands down the best tuner app I've had to date with the most tuning options. I am able to fine tune much better than I was before. All free, no ads. Kudos to the people who created this app! thank you
Reviews for Guitar Tuner - LikeTones
← Back to Guitar Tuner - LikeTonesLove this! It's the only one that gave a 12 string guitar tuning option. I wanted to get a Nashville tuning for my guitar and none of the other 6 downloaded apps gave me this! Thank you so much now my guitar sounds beautifully different!
easy to understand, from the basics in the very beginnings of your guitar lessons straight on through your progression for as far as you can go this is the app to get you there but you can't say this will give you the tools and the music notes and stuff you need to play to learn the songs and exercise and blue skills and what have you. when it comes down to is your skills and how many hours of dedicated hard work and practice are you willing to put into we all know that question because you reac
No Ads and many Tunings with a simple interface. my only complaint and why I'm not rating it 5 stars is a lack of customization and the inconvenience of the order of the tuning list. (e.g. having to scroll halfway through all of the tunings just to get to Drop D.)
Accurate percentage display. Best ever. I prefer this app to any other for my stage performance tuning. I don't need to carry my physical tuner around. Good for setting strings at slight percentage changes for effects.
good as Eb but not as sensitive to guitar sound as GuitarTuna(which doesnt offer standard Eb)...I can tune me unplugged electric with Tuna app pretty easy with light background noise...this app doesnt seem to hear my unolugged strings as well...but when it does catch the sound it works nicely.
No ads, no BS, and also has chromatic mode where you can quickly tune to any tuning you have already memorized, or use it to check intonation. Non standard tunings aren't paywalled like in other apps.
It has a free and very easy-to-use interface. I think it is one of the best tuners I have ever considered. The only thing here is that you have to manually select the string being tuned. Apart from that, the app is awesome.
I didn't really get on with a cheap clipon tuner. I found this App, to be much better & easier to use. Also, you are not bothered by endless adverts. Highly recommended.
honestly it is as it says. there's no ads. it's really light weight and basic and perfect for me starting on guitar learning as I wait to get a proper physical tuner in the mean time.
Small app, simple and effective. It comes with reference frequency, plus option to add multiple instruments as new apps. Besides that no ads, no privacy invasion and completely free. The best guitar tuner.
Performs well, so far very accurate and so easy to use. Simple but functional display. Picks up the sound of an unplugged electric guitar easily. Was so impressed with it and also the fact that it's free, no ads, that I downloaded the mandolin version. Yet to use that but expecting a similar experience. Would 100% recommend as it's just as good if not better than paid for or ad supported alternatives
I found that the tuner works quite well and I like the fact that it includes a metronome The metronome although very simple works very well unfortunately it only has one sound however it's a high pitch sound so if your phone speakers have low volume or even regular volume the sound will be considerably louder and you will be able to hear it while you're playing All in all I gave it five stars thank you, s7ven
This tuner is the best that I have found. It's a little bit touchy, but I guess that's a good thing for getting your instrument dialed in. It has all kinds of different types of tunings for whatever music you want to play as well. Thanks for a great tuning app.
This is exactly what it says it is without any of the bollocks that some sound-sensitive apps can be. And it's good for alt-tunings. Considering all of the stringed things that we've got laying around, it would probably do good to keep them in tune....all of the 6 and 12-strings, 4,5, 8, 10 and 12-string basses, the mandolin, the banjo, the bouzouki, any frequency, any tuning. Thanks, guys!
You will be very pleased with how easy it is to get what you need to tune your instrument(s). Like me, you will be pleasantly surprised by the uninterrupted process of tuning your instrument(s) to the desired level. Nothing hidden to popup and impeed your progress. I really love the alternate tuning options. Well done, chaps. Cheers 🍻
It has become the primary tuner that I use for any nonstandard tunings. I highly recommend this easy to use app. The chromatic tuner really helps in training your ear. I would recommend this tuner for anyone looking to explore alternate tunings for guitar. Thanks!
Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! 1. Tuning by letters (C, C#), not by digits (-20, -40) That's the only reason why I downloaded this app! 2. It's already what I looking for to tune with letters, but there's many ready-made presets that makes tuning much more comfortable! 3. Appearance: styled and simple UI, appearance setting are present. 4. Reference frequency: feature which makes me delete Guitar Tuna. 5. No ads, no purchases, pure free-products. As an open-source enjoyer: THANK YOU!
The app is very easy to use! No ads make it even better! I really like the range I have when using Guitar Tuner! I've tried a couple others and deleted them in favor of Guitar 🎸 Tuner! They had more downloads but thats just because people haven't tried this one! Give it a try, you won't be sorry!
good really touchy. I use manual mode. I LIKE that when you select the string, it gives a short sample GREAT when restringing a guitar. I think you should give yourself a week or two of use with this to get use to its sensitivity before forming a negative opinion At first, I felt that it was too touchy and unusable, but after a couple of minutes, and manual mode, I'm more comfortable-as I get more comfortable with it, I'll use auto mode. VERY CLEAN. SIMPLE. 👍
