It seems as though this app excerpts only my credit cards and denies my debit in addition if you tried to use the qr code for inside none of the Gulf locations except it so everytime I end up paying full price for gas. Get your rewards system right Gulf because I'm tired of the back and forth game.

Hasn't functioned in months. What's the point in requiring a card on file for discounts if every time I try to use it I get an error message? It wouldn't be as bad if having a linked card meant the discount could still be applied by swiping it or entering a phone number at the pump.

while the app is extremely handy and efficient be very mindful of the price. My debit card was used on the app but I was getting charged credit price instead of Debit price so I wasn't really getting a discount. for some reason the app recognized my debit card as a credit card so be very mindful when using the app. if you're using a debit card on the app monitor the price per gallon to make sure you're not getting charged credit instead of debit.

This app worked for maybe a month. Now, when I go to pay through the app, I get the error message; " Something went wrong. Try again later." I've done all trouble shooting steps.I've tried to contact customer support and have gotten no response.

First attempt to use the app was a total failure. The app found the station so I selected the pump I was at. All the app showed was "Authorizing" which never happened. I tried 3 times with no error message provided. Another attempt on 11/18/24, first the app couldn't locate the station I was at then couldn't activate a pump.

The app and discounts have improved over time but sometimes the receipt does not print at the pump and sometimes an error message failed to fetch come up after the pumping if gas is finished. UPDATE 12/17/23: The login process takes two tries to login and the graphic on the app homescreen is missing. Sending an email to the support address using the feedback button in the app goes to an email address that can not be delivered to. (Email error message, undeliverable). Gulf please update.

hasn't worked for me for multiple months now. tried to uninstall and reinstall with no change. also tried multiple Gulf locations

My neighborhood Gulf has information about this app all over the place, but you can't use it there. Makes no sense.

very fast and comfortable. was my second time, first time went wrong. it charged me $175 security deposit, so my bank blocked it. everything is solved now.

Only used it once . And it was only a five cent discount.Which I guess is better than anything but cumbies is ten

app states "something went wrong please try again later". it has been over a week and the 3rd attempt after changing my debit card Information and contacting my bank questioning for fraudulent activity. I have only used this app twice. until they fix my account. 1 star.

This app is so frustrating. It constantly asks me to update my phone number, and then it crashes when I try to pay at the pump.

the offer of 25 cents per gallon off apparently will only work if the app works, which did not, with my Android phone. neither did contacting support. the GM of the gas station receives 5 stars, certainly not the app. Gulf is on my list with BP, i won't be purchasing from them.

It was fast to use. Nice app. Took a few minutes the first time to set up payment, buy once done it was a simple click on which pump.

Too bad you cannot give an app zero stars. First time I had issue with the app it took OVER TWO MONTHS to get an email response. Current issue, is I had to change my phone number. There is no way to change your phone number in the app. I sent them an email OVER TWO MONTHS AGO with still no response. I am a software dev by trade. They should be embarrassed by this horrible app.

Used to work Great, but won't open the last 3 times I tried to get gas. And text code doesn't go through. No one responds to help, no way to reboot site or open with email.

So the nickel off doesn't always work. I have the receipts to prove that I didn't receive it but they never replied back after I showed the receipt. The other bad thing is it seems that I always have to get a code which I don't always receive. I can't sit there for however long to receive this code with ppl waiting in line behind me. The last time I entered the code it deleted my card info and I would have had to reenter everything while the person behind me waits for it to all go through.

Try to pay with the app and it will ask for location access on your device. Even while granted it keeps asking over and over. Cannot pay with this app so it's completely useless. Gas station attendant said another customer asked for help with it on the same day. Signs all over the station advertising Gulf Pay. SMH.

The old app was bad enough but this one is worse. You can't even get into it to check out the prices or stations unless you first give them your cell phone number and agree to receive marketing texts. And even when you do get in it gives you almost no information for the station. No gas prices or what's available in that store. So what is the point of the app?
