The past two times I've tried to use the app it won't finalize the payment and doesn't go through. Your promo gets deleted and Habit Burger won't honor your deleted promo code. Waste of time and money if you want to order online. Poor customer service in store regarding the issue. This has happened in multiple states. App is slick and easy to customize your order, you just can no longer successfully order.

The absolute worst app I've used to order food. It is criminal how much I go to HB and don't use the app. Simply because it has never worked for me. As of late all I get is a message saying "An unexpected error has occured" and am completely locked out of doing anything on the app. All it has is a "retry" button that doesn't even do anything. I have shut the app, force stopped, uninstalled and reinstalled and still... "an unexpected error has occured". I have tried with this app for YEARS.

UI is impressive, looks really clean, and scales well to devices. It has almost every feature one could want. The only place there is room for improvement is more customization options, and a "comments" or "other" box to type in an customization options not present in the menu. The only technical issues are location privacy, payment security and encryption being a little lacking, and the phone number prompts being unable to accept a country code before the ten digit phone number.

(See update)I used to love this app. Now it's nothing but network errors and bs. It never let's me finish an order. Bummer because it's down the street... Update! I uninstalled and re-installed the app and it seems to be working, mostly. I'm updating my review to 4 stars. It seems that if your local store doesn't offer delivery, it just says "error on the form". If I order for pickup, it's fine. Maybe we can fix this?

I attempted to place an order but upon submitting, the app reported that it was "Unable to verify payment". I deleted my card and entered it in again just in case I had mistyped but it would still not go through. I tried a total of 3 times and checked my credit card's app to see 3 pending authorizations. Edit: looks like it was because my card was declined. Error message could be better.

Curbside pickup options rely on GPS location to determine when you've arrived, which would be fine if I wasn't ordering from home and having someone else pick up. There's no way to tell the store you've arrived so your food just sits there getting cold until you lose patience and have to walk in, completely defeating the purpose of selecting curbside pickup. Same thing happened back in April and I was hoping they got it figured out by now (August) but nope. This app confuses everyone.

Horrible App! I've been trying to place orders every once in awhile for over a year with no success! This includes on a new phone I currently have. It always gives me an error saying something "it's not you, it's us...an error occurred" after I try to finalize the order and pay. That's right, the app is junk! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. UPDATE: I did send the details and received a reply that my feedback would be shared with your IT team. 🙄

I like the Habit Burger restaurant, especially the veggie burgers, but the app sometimes doesn't work right. Sometimes I can't order because the pickup time won't work. Other times a special offer won't work. All that causes extra time to get an order, so I generally won't order if there's a problem. It might be easier to just order online, without the app.

The app used to work until recently. On my phone it says it's up to date. However, every time I try to checkout via the app, it will pop up a message stating to update the latest version of the app first. I uninstalled, re-download, signed out, installed with a different device, tried to order on Google, and it still states the same thing " update to the latest version". I'm only able to use my e- gift card via the app, since the people at the register said they couldn't figure out how to takeit

I downloaded the app for the free Char-burger with cheese after purchase of a drink. The app was easy to register with. Works great and as it should. The promo did arrive within the hour as it said. I think it took about 15 to 20 minutes because I didn't check the time. I really like how you can customize each item you order. I didn't know some options are available during all those times I ordered in person. I will probably just use the app from now on to save time and customize my orders.

Decent app so far, but there are kinks to work out, and there could be much more flexibility in order options. The optional add one have "no", "no change" and "none" as options. There's no "yes" option. And two of the options are of redundant. Adding extra patties or cheese to a burger is impossible. Both can be added to a burger in store. On the app, there's no option for extra cheese. A side of patties is available, but there's no option to add any to a burger.

I was given a birthday reward for a free char burger! (I was excited) I used the app and made my order, but when I got to the checkout section, the app crashed, and my reward is gone now ! I tried to contact support, but they were less than useful. I guess I'm gonna skip dinner tonight. Don't bother using the app if you rely on consistency and transparency.

Very easy however, the app changed my location without alerting me. Calls are not taken at the store so I was unable to cancel it. But, the store in which my app is usually set for (Henderson) kindly called to cancel the order and made my order for me at their store. Very very kind of them as I should have looked closer before placing my order. I will check that each time going forward.

My ordering experiences have been great. The app is easy to navigate and complete an order. My only complaint is that there are options not on the app that are available online, in person. Like the option to add tri tip to a salad, request Teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping French fries into to , or to add an extra portion of Tri tip to your sandwich. These seem like simple items that should be in drop down menu. When their added I'll review with all 5☆'s.

The app used to be a great way to order, but currently it is a confusing mess. If I order a Double Char WITH Cheese, I can add mustard. If I order it without Cheese, there is no option to add mustard. Without cheese I can get extra pickles, with cheese, I can either have pickles or no pickles, but not extra pickles. Cannot substitute bread type anymore. Annoying and confusing. Will get food from there less often.

I like The Habit,. but I've had problems with its app a number of times. The app wouldn't open twice this week, so I went elsewhere. Today I asked at the counter if they could honor their online offer of a free Double Char with a $5 purchase, and they said they couldn't. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still doesn't work. I'm not likely to return. The app started working again a month later. The app started working a couple months later and was good for a while, but it crashed again

Would be great if the app worked half the time. Unfortunately, more often than not, it just says "an unexpected error has occurred" and tells me to try closing and reopening, which never works. Occasionally uninstalling and reinstalling works, but it's not something I'm willing to do every time for an app that seems to be broken more often than it's functional.

STAY AWAY !!!! Complete Garbage App !!! Hard to use . Totally disconnected from text message and click thru offers that don't add to order. Store ignores orders waiting for pickup after texts sent and didn't add all food items to the bag ordered. Completed order doesn't show in app to show to store ! Uninstalled ! Not going back to that store again ! Burgers were good, but was ripped off with charge and lousy service!

app is alright but I have to order a la carte to choose sides for my combos, causing me to pay more. This could be perceived as a predatory tactic to gouge customers into paying more than what they normally would with a combo upcharge. please add a feature to switch between sides when choosing combos rather than just sauce and salt.

1st time using the app & compared to the other fast food apps I've used, this has to be the easiest. Straight forward, fast, even the processing of the payment was faster! The food speaks for itself. Sure, it's a little expensive but when you're hungry you want something that is going to be delicious, and won't make you late getting back to work, then you're gonna pay a more. They fit some great deals too. Keep it up Habit! Pretty soon you're gonna have to open up a clinic & call it....re-hab.
