They fixed one issue, but the app is still garbage. I have an expired coupon stuck in my bag that I can do nothing with. I try to order something completely different "sorry we can't apply this offer", I try to order what the coupon was for "sorry something went wrong", I try to add a different reward "sorry only one offer at once".. there's no way to remove it. This is the only fast food app I've had for months and wanted to use on several occasions, but it's too buggy to be usable.

It's a mixed bag of issues. I've loved and hated the app. Hardees has the best fast food breakfast menu in the restaurant game. Unfortunately after you've spent your money on the app for purchases, you get points but I've lost about 2000 points and they didn't expire. My total just hit zero one day and I lost all the benefits that my hard earned money was supposed to get me and I have no one to reach out too, no help at all.

App works great for ordering. But I, too, have run into the problem where scanning receipts for Stars comes up with an error code. Manually inputting the barcode number has the same result. Let's face it, the rewards are the only reason anyone puts up with an individual company's app to begin with. Without that they're practically useless. I'll gladly update my rating to 5 stars when I can start getting my stars in-app. After all, the rest of the app works great.

Can NOT get the app to work at all. I can no longer log in. I've changed my password, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It's not allowing me to log in anymore. What is the deal?? Browser should have absolutely nothing to do with it as it states. I've been using this all for years and never had an issue. Y'all really need to get this fix. I've got free food in my rewards that I did want to use. Come on people please fix this.

Scam app to get you to show up more, not worth the headache. I've used the app for 3 weeks now, and after 5 or so visits, only once was did my "rewards" work. I bring up the QR at checkout, they scan it, and there's always -SOMETHING- keeping it from working. Either the employees are completely incompetent, dishonest, or there is a concerning disconnect between the app and the restaurants themselves. Bravo, you got some money out of me, see how much you get when I CHOOSE not to give you anymore.

One of the better fast food apps. You can literally get free food just for signing up. Compared to other apps, the reward system is generous and the app itself isn't clunky, buggy, or difficult to use. The only bad part about it is that I live like half an hour from the nearest Hardee's lol.

The app worked fine until now. Whenever I log in, it requests that I input my phone number to complete my profile. Then, it shows that an account already exists. The aggravating part is that I can't remove that screen without having to continue as a guest. Therefore, I'm no longer signed into my account. I've contacted hardees corp and never received a response. This is so frustrating!!

it would be nice to be able to customize the items the way you can in the store. some customizations are not typical to what the options are. maybe have an "on the side" and offer each item available, and we can add it ourselves when we receive the order. For instance, pickle on a hot dog (same as relish to me). Also, an option to add condiments to the bag.

99% of the time, the app is glitching and doesn't allow you to input a card number. If you're lucky, you can order on the app once every few months. No matter the location picked or device chosen. It's a blatant app issue...at least on all Android devices. Cost you guys a lot of business. EDIT: Am on the most recent version. Had multiple coworkers try and the same thing. Tried on PC browser, same exact thing. Your online order system is just broken.

Prompt in fixing a glitch that messed up their breakfast deals, back to 3 stars! App, and the food is fresh. Good deals/rewards with good limited-time deals. Would be a five-star, but for some reason I tried scanning my breakfast receipt and was told I had reached my point-earning limit for the day already...when I haven't placed any orders and it's 8 am. This needs to be fixed.

Easy to use and works well. I have used the app several times. One last time I used it there was a problem with a special they had advertised but it did not work in the app. I contacted the developer and they gave me a credit to use on my next purchase and fixed the problem. The app is working 100% correctly now.

Rewards don't work at all due to bugs in the app. Reached out to customer service and they were not helpful. Update: after emailing customer service, they told me they are working on my issue, and I haven't heard back after weeks. They also told me just to use the website to order to get my points. Well I tried that, and my points don't show up on the website now at all. I had over 300 points. Now my account, on a desktop computer, shows zero. Bojangles it is, I guess.

App is good for free food via credits for prior purchases. Had trouble with getting credits when ordering from app initially (but they always made sure I was credited back in the restaurant), however everything works as it should now. *Update* Hardee's canceled me from the app, canceled (stole) all my points, and will not let me rejoin. When contacted, they cited "irregularities" but gave no specific instances of anything I had done wrong. I suspect they didn't like me using the app daily.

I just moved to Alabama. The Carl's Jr. app worked great in Utah, but the Hardee's app has given me nothing but issues. The only way it would let me create an account without an error message was to link my Facebook. I really don't like that I had to create an account that way, but it is what it is. The issue I have that bugs me the most is when the app isn't glitching, every Hardee's within a 30-mile radius has online ordering "unavailable." In short, I can't even use the app.

doesn't let you use coupons. as a first time user and the offer doesn't work. quick Google search they've had this issue and don't fix it. was given $5 credit but some of the free items are more then $5. guess I just won't eat here. update. instead of fixing the broken app. they issue a credit for the account. had to hit them up again because they wanted to give less then what that free item is worth. Still can't use the mobile coupons to order ahead. had to manually order and provide a QR code

As of this moment, none of the rewards offers work. Even a store employee confirmed that they couldn't get it to work. When you select the reward offer it just takes you to checkout and doesn't add it to your bag. The only way I got this to work was to go inside the store and order at the register. Please fix this issue, thanks. Edit: please, re-read what I said, in regards to your reply. I received the item, in the store, not in the drive-thru.

Submitted order on app but after pushing submit it said error and that the order didn't go through. The Hardee's location never received my order but the app took my money out of my account. the local Hardee's says they can't do anything about it and that you have to contact customer service through the app. I contacted customer service via the form provided but 8 days later and NOBODY has contacted me or returned my money. This is a mistake that will NEVER happen again with Hardees.

great for ordering and deals. not so great, you cannot add cheese to a sausage and egg biscuit?? really?? no way to customize selections, not that I can find. at least not in the 2 for $5 tab, not options when you hit edit, only allowed to choose different item selections, no customization choices at all. First off, the local Hardee's staff are wonderful. But I find this app is quirky! It constantly "forgets' that an item added to the cart was a reward and then still charges for it instead of applying the reward requested. This often happens after you edit the item to your preference (no ice, extra pickles,etc.). The other constant issue is trying to scan the 'my code' at the counter. The counter scanner won't take it unless the moon is in the right phase.And yes my Pixel is always up to date...

DO NOT install. you will be sorely disappointed. The Hardee's app has not only lost months of revenue from me it's pissed me off. I have lost all the points I had accumulated. I have reinstalled dozens of times only to not get past the verification process of logging in. Don't waste your time installing this app bc prior to it not working at all now. The previous hit and miss was aggravating in itself. Check online to see the problems with the app,and it's been happening for a while. FIX IT!
