Reviews for HASfit: Home Workout Programs

My sister told me about HASfit when I went looking for an exercise program. I am so pleasantly surprised. It has so many programs for any level from beginner to intense. I can watch a different video everyday if I choose and save or download my favs. Definitely no time or space to get bored. The videos are fun and upbeat and will get you sweating for sure. They last from a few minutes up to 40 minutes. Its like having a little gym and coach by my side 24/7, which is good for my motivation.

Love the app, love these coaches and this mobile gym. I first did a few workouts of theirs off YouTube and liked their instruction so much that I decided they needed to get paid! The app helps me follow a workout without having to think too hard about it - meaning I'll actually do it instead of saying I don't have time. I appreciate the various programs you can follow. The app streams seamlessly to my roku TV using DEX (an android streaming thing). Worth it. Support these guys!

Great app with tons of programs in many styles! Resistance bands, dumbbells, HIIT, bodyweight only, and many more ways to work out to fit your style and time allotment!!! Also no ads popping up on the middle of a workout like on YouTube!!! Great organization in the app helps you find what kind of workout you want but also let's you see what else is out there to try next time! Coach K and Claudia guide you through the motions and even give you variations to the moves. Join the Tribe!!!!!

I have the paid version and have been happy with my experience. This app really helped me get into a fitness routine. After becoming pregnant, I switched to the prenatal program, which has helped me stay motivated with fitness during pregnancy. I wish the app cast function worked, but I have still been able to keep up by casting the videos through YouTube.

I have used HF Y.t. videos for over a year to help me lose nearly 100 lbs. Signed up for the app to help me stay on track and maintain my new weight and I can say hands down I love this app! Easy to use and lots of videos to choose from. I also like how a lot of the workouts move at a slower pace than some others I've tried. Makes them easier to stick too. I enjoy having the ability to steam to my Roku so I don't have to watch from my phone. The subscription price is reasonable for all it has.

I'm unable to cast to my firestick or via other means. It won't play on my phone either. If I uninstall the app will I be able to receive any kind of refund since I've only used it for two weeks? A lot of the workouts are also called different things but a copy and paste of segments just put in a different order. So there's a lot of repetition in workouts. I do enjoy the modifications though, slower pace, and instructors' personalities as well as sorting workouts by type & level.

5 star for quality and variety of workouts. Easy to use and simple app. No irritating ads, no gimics. Once they invest more in the app technology I'm sure it will have more bells and whistles. The price for schedule accessibility is unbeatable compared to other workout apps, and the coaches are really great. Truly a perfect app to use at home or at the gym. Some things that go amiss: sometimes the video freezes (not sure if this is a wifi issue or the app).

I have been following HASFIT for years! I love their workouts and variety of options to choose from. I decided to download their app and buy the ad free version for the year. Price is very reasonable for a year, I get access to their programs which are phenomenal, and zero ads! This app is also amazing if you just want to use the free version as well! But, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for the ad free version for the year!

Great workout app. You can search their workout video library for specific muscle groups among other things. It really helps you get a good workout in when you have only a short period of time. I have one suggestion: Is there any way to update the app so that a husband and wife can sign up together? Or maybe, allow the purchaser to sign in on two devices not just one? Either way I highly recommend HASfit!!

I just started back exercising after a couple of years. I have had some major physical issues and was terrified of exercising again because I don't want to be in pain. i absolutely love that HASfit has modified exercises and videos for people of all abilities. They also make sure to remind me that IT IS OK to only move as far as I can and not caise myself pain. Thank you for helping me feel capable again.

I found these workouts on YouTube during quarantine and I liked them so much, I subscribed to the app. I love the variety of workouts; there is anything from advanced to your quick & simple 15 workout. I can choose a workout that suits my schedule and my mood/motivation level 😀 that day. The Tribe on FB is supportive, and there is nothing but positve vibes from everyone in the group. I do wish newer workouts were released, but I'm very happy with everything on the app.

Love this app! It's easy to use and navigate. I really like how you can check off each workout as you complete it. I love being able to stream it through my fire stick. Coach Kozak and Claudia are both so encouraging and they really give a lot of good information. Nothing bad to say about the app, the workouts, or the trainers. 5 stars all around!

I have been using the app consistenly since Sept of 2020, M-F for daily workouts. I love that I can cast it to my Roku from the phone and watch it on the TV. The app is cheaper than a gym membership and organizes many of the workouts into monthly programs. If you dont want a program, you can still access a majority of the content through the app, so its worth it for the small fee. Coach K and Claudia are realistic fitness trainers. Not highly made up or very intense like some others out there. They struggle through workouts like the rest of us. Highly recommend.

I started out doing the free HASfit workouts a couple of years ago when I no longer felt safe going to the gym due to COVID. I decided to get the pay version of the app so I could follow the programs that are available. Following a program has been helpful because I don't have to spend time deciding which routine to do each time. The workouts are well put together and Coach and Claudia provide good tips about form, etc. The app has functioned fine--no complaints there.

I initially gave the app 1 star because it just would not let me sign up. I really think this needs to be worked out. Unless you sign in with FB, it is sort of a pain. It took me probably 2 days to finally get it signed up and a lot of reloading and emails... After that though the app itself is great. There are a lot of great workouts to choose from and the instructors are great. It's working out great for a bit of strength training at home.

Great workouts and workout plans that are very efficient and challenging but with modifications. You can cast them to your Roku and other devices if you subscribe. The subscription is a great value. Update: on Android the Roku casting doesn't let you select a Roku device and is therefore useless for me. I have 3 Roku devices. The app casting only goes to my Google home devices. I can do a phone screen cast but this results in a stuttering video.

Been using the app for a year and it's so much better than doing the workouts on YouTube. No obnoxious ads, just workouts. ******** 4 years in and still using the app. I've been paying the annual fee, which is still a bargain for the quality of workouts I get. Coupled with the Facebook group they have (where they pop in and answer questions once in a while), it's pretty hard to want to join a physical gym!

Coach and Claudia make working out both fun and challenging, while also keeping it real. We are frequently encouraged to adjust/adapt each routine to our own fitness level and ability. It's also fun to watch how they interact and play off each other. Also a HUGE variety of programs and routines to choose from. Would change my rating to 6 ⭐ if I could. Thanks for all you do!!

High hopes but big disappointment 😔. I was truly hyped for this app since I started following YT videos, but sadly, it's quite useless. I understand keeping most exercises behind a paywall, but I couldn't even try the recommended program without buying the pro version. A deal breaker for me was not being able to cast videos into my TV - this at least should be something included in the free version so it'd be easier to actually try the app before making a decision to pay for it.

I used to workout from YT. But decided to pay the subscription, was able to stick to it, since on my own I always ended up giving up in the middle of the week not knowing what to do which days or what part of my body work on...Love all the options to perform that they give throughout the workouts so we can adjust accordingly. I also love every single time they say "dont forget to breathe" I found myself holding my breath lol I admire the ability to talk, breathe and workout they both have.
