We visited the first time and LOVED IT! fresh food, great flavors, clean environment. super fast service and we will definitely add this to our list of places to pick up food!

Only downloaded because of their false advertising post on Instagram which is bs. after it not honoring what post says canceled order ,deleted account besides unistalling . Last time I even start to order yet alone eat from them again. Hate dishonest, lying restaurants, stores, everything in general. I'll stick to Mo Bettahs, at least they honor their promotions .
This app is so amazing and easy to use!! I love my free soft serve that I got for becoming a rewards member. Definitely becoming a regular!
Was supposed to get a free plate for downloading the app by May 9th but never received such offer only a free cone, that's it. Too little of food for the price.
I love the food, but don't order delivery they never get it right, forgot part of my order and they won't refund me, absolutely disgusting
new update tell me 14 locations in 50 mi radius but won't give me a list so I can click one to order. please fix
fast quick, easy to digest, when I have stomach problems really good food. also the app is easy to use.
most recent update is horrible. cannot look at account, only allows to order online
I am a bit disappointed that my order was wrong it was 1 lg mixed plate and once I got home one ball of rice and no pasta salad and some meat. I could have looked inside the container before I left but it was only one meal so confusion shouldn't have taken place.
Was forced to update and nothing functions! Cannot log into the account or order. Completely useless!!!
App is wasy to use. Love the rewards. I just signed up last week and was surprised with a nice birthday reward.
Unable to log in to the app or even place an order after a recent update on the app. So, I'm not ordering there today because of this issue. Great job, corporate office. Just lost a lot of business from everyone with the same issue.
The food itself is absolutely delicious. That said, after the latest update to the app it doesn't actually let me order anything. It keeps telling me something went wrong. Very annoying. Please fix this issue if you want your customers to use your app.
I think this is the absolute worst food ordering app I have ever used. it clears your order out. it times out and crashes tonight. it charged my card but didn't actually go through so I had to use a different card because it wouldn't let me process the order with the card it had charged and not used. hopefully they find a real developer that can develop something that doesn't absolutely suck
Overall good but could be better. Ordering on the app is easy and the food is usually ready when you arrive. Ways to improve the app w include allowing the use of more than one gift card at a time. Also allowing the person placing the order to described their car so the employee doesn't have to come out and ask who you are and then go back in to get the food. Otherwise a great app.
I absolutely love Hawaiian Bros and I use the app for the rewards. A couple of features on the app need refinement. 1: When placing an order the app does not make using a previous payment method easy. 2: It never saves my pickup vehicle details. Most of the time when I'm ordering, I'm ordering the exact same thing from the exact same location in the exact same car with the same payment method. I wish it was easier to place my order.
Decent app, I can order and pickup my dinner fairly easily. But it could be better. It doesn't allow me to save gift cards or any type of payment to it. It also doesn't have food discriptions on the first order page. You have to select the item to see it's description. I also frequently send someone else to pickup the order, so the "check-in" button is useless unless I send my phone with them.
First, the fact that I have to spend $70 to get $3.50 credit almost offends me more than an app without any type of rewards. Just leave the imaginary rewards off. Second, it's not as bad as the sonic app but it's pretty clunky. Slow to let me click on anything. I couldn't get out of the drink menu unless I went all the way home and started over again. Annoying.
