So here's my take on Hemi-Sync® Flow. I've tried a bunch of different meditation and consciousness apps, and this one is pretty solid. The audio quality is great, and I like how it has such a wide variety of tracks to choose from. And the custom mixing feature is also really cool and lets you create your own personalized experiences. In my experience, the Hemi-Sync technology does seem to have a noticeable effect, but your mileage may vary. The only real downsides are the steep learning curve and the monthly cost. But if you're serious about exploring this stuff, I'd say it's worth checking out.

Description

I’ve been using Hemi-Sync® Flow for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you access to a huge library of Hemi-Sync audio tracks to help with things like meditation, sleep, and just general relaxation. The concept behind Hemi-Sync is pretty cool – it uses binaural beats to help synchronize the two hemispheres of your brain.

There’s over 300 different tracks you can listen to, and you can even create your own custom mixes using the built-in mixer. And the app also has a cool feature called DailySync that plays a new track every day. It’s a nice way to build a habit of using the app.

Look, if you’re into meditation, mindfulness, or just want to explore altered states of consciousness, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little confusing at first and the monthly subscription is a bit pricey. But overall, it does a great job of making the Hemi-Sync experience accessible on your phone.

Poorly coded app, no obvious technical support to be found. Charged me for a month despite claiming a 7 day free trial. Very unimpressed, I know it could be so...
