The power of the hemisync technology is so refined and safe. I always rely and enjoy their endless creations.
Reviews for Hemi-Sync® Flow
← Back to Hemi-Sync® FlowPoorly coded app, no obvious technical support to be found. Charged me for a month despite claiming a 7 day free trial. Very unimpressed, I know it could be so much better. Many of the Hemi Sync albums are not included with the subscription either, making it pretty apparent that money is a high-priority here. I wonder what Robert Monroe would think about the service they now offer. Would he be impressed or ashamed? Edit: From the amount of bad reviews, there is no intention to fix it. Avoid it.
It is great to be able to have these tracks in one app. Once again, like other reviewers said, the interface is not friendly. On a tiny screen, trying to see the volumes of gateway albums is difficult. Organization is not intuitive and once that I started using it, how can I go back to browse the entire collection, when favorites and recommendations are all over the screen? Please come up with a friendlier user interface My biggest issue is that titles are truncated, ex. gateway experience
I'm very confused out of the gate of how to use the app by the time they asked me to rate it. I'm obviously intrigued, just confused. So this is my current rating after 1 minute in the app.
I love hemi sync and I really happy that they went to this route of a monthly subscription. However, there might be needed a couple of months until they have mastered the model and technology. The app has bugs and time out errors, asks you to login many times, and unfortunately, does not offer unlimited access to hemi sync library. Their most popular albums are still for extra charges (gateway, journeys outside of body etc). I will stick for now, hoping that incremental enhancements will come up
From my experience, although well intentioned, the ppl behind this app have put very little in its functionality. The app is sluggish at best, won't let you log in at times (with the right username and password btw) and the help service leaves a lot to be desired. The amount of free stuff is fair in relation to the subscription price which makes this a missed opportunity for what could have been a great product.
Don't get this app. Here's why: You pay to access very little content. You need to pay again for each album that you want. The app is clunky, slow to load. (Note 10+) Canceling the subscription is a pain. When you try to do it through the app, it just asks you to pay for a year instead. When you hit skip, you have to wait for the front page to load again. I'm so frustrated that I even bothered to download this. It's meh on the ratings for a reason. Please don't waste your time or money.
3+ Years of everyday usage - Honest Review. I started using the Gateway Process in 2020, but didn't do this daily until 2021. Subscription cost is worth it for the Audio Tracks and Audio Content. Not for the Application/User Experience itself (clunky). The Mixer's F10-F21 do not sound the same as the Gateway Process Audio's. Also missing a lot of stuff that's confirmed for my subscription (Gateway Processes). Audo Content 4.5/5 Application itself 2/5. Overall 3.5/5 (somewhere in the middle)
I use it all the time, but there are big issues. The content is great, I love the hemi-sync albums and as a writer, it's super valuable to help focus. However, when making your own mixes, when the screen shuts off it stops streaming your mix. I have one that I like and to listen to it I have to keep tapping the screen before it times out. The search feature rarely works. You have to go hunting for the one you want (and there are lots, which is great, but makes a search feature more important)
I regret subscribing! There is no way to cancel! It is very clunky and not user-friendly. It is too difficult to use, and the meditation tracks do not have modern sound quality. I prefer the Calm and The Tapping Solution apps because they are user friendly, more modern and relaxing, and since there is no way to cancel the subscription in app, I will have to cancel my debit card, which will cause me a great deal of hassle! There should be a way to cancel built into the app!
The concept was nice but the app didn't work most of the time. The membership did not include much and wasn't really worth the monthly fee in my opinion. Ultimately I found it easier just to buy the tracks I wanted and download them onto a different music playing app because that was more reliable.
Worst app ever! I got charged for my free trial. This app so many issues. To start I was charged a monthly rate for my free trial also there's absolutely no organization to this app no way to change the settings and even control what language things are in they have bits and pieces of programs but not complete programs it's just a rambled mess. PS please refund my 8.99 I was only on there for about 2 minutes when I realized what a rip-off it was.
The subscription feature doesn't work, but the content and idea behind the app is perfect. There appear to be issues with authentication as well as my single sign on worked in the app, but the sso feature wasn't on the website. Finally, even though I paid for the unlimited subscription, it didn't seem to communicate that back to the app and I can't access all the content.
Very limited app. Most albums and tracks are not available to listen to without purchase, even with a 12.99 per month subscription. App crashes often. Library is useless; click "add to library" all day long, pop up says "added to library", library announces "you don't have any tracks added to library yet, start browsing HemiSync". None of the albums have descriptions. Many cost around 80.00, with only the title to go by. Brilliant idea, making Hemi-sync subscribable. Very poor execution.
I've been a long fan of Hemi-sync. It is absolutely tried and true. I've tried other guided meditation and nothing is even close to on par with this. However I do have a few gripes with it. The software sometimes randomly stops in the middle of running. The IT needs to do some serious work on this interface, as it can also be laggy. Also, why not raise the prices slightly so we can truly get unlimited? Invest in marketing to bring more clients and both issues will be resolved.
Hello! Each time I open the Hemi-Sync app I see this error, "The single returned by the mapper is null". In addition, although I paid for the annual plan I'm still being presented with a message to purchase it. GooglePlay keeps asking me to open the app to validate the subscription plan but it's not syncing. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this with the app. The tracks are great otherwise.
Misleading trial program and subscription issues. The trial version of the app makes it appear that if you subscribe at the base rate that you get access to all of the albums including things like the gateway experience, etc. These do not work nor do they work after the trial period expires and you are billed. Per the support team from Hemi-sync, to have access to all of these functions requires a $299 subscription. Very disappointing for such a promising product.
Love the cds not the app takes too long to get into the app. Sometimes I can't get in at all it times out it just keeps buffing. Because of this there should be an option to download your favorites to have accessible offline. Also there's no way for the app to remember me. You have to sign in every time you want to go in after an a few hours have passed.
while the main function of the app does the job, there are a lot of bugs and issues present. if you can get past the outdated appearance, the glitches when trying to browse the selections, and the overall lack of bells and whistles... it's definitely worth trying out. they do have a lot of free content for you to listen to, and they do update it with new audio (somewhat) frequently.
Me No Likey... As far as I can tell, you pay $12 a month for acess to a store where some things still cost 15.49 per track/album. It may be super awesome stuff, and worth every penny, but I'm not made of money. $15.49 adds up quick. I Also, found several free-to-play tracks that were either "404 not found," "playback error" or it stopped playback randomly. For a $12/mo subscription I expect things to work. I know these things cost money to make and develop but honestly. :(
