a few weeks ago I got logged out of the app and can't get back in. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it, I removed biometrics and tried to log in with my password, and I changed my password on the web application. I can log in on the web but no longer have access to the app. disappointed.
Reviews for Hers: Women’s Healthcare
← Back to Hers: Women’s HealthcareThis app was great for several months, and then all of a sudden it stopped providing med reminders. I logged out and back in and reinstalled the app, thinking this would help, and nothing. I texted out to the chat and was told to use the troubleshooting link which covered all the things I've already done. Not helpful whatsoever.
the serum is great. its been three months. my hair is healthy. i use their shampoo and conditioner too. customer service responsive to my questions. recommend product.
These people refused to help me. Just wanted to get back on my anti-depressant. I was told they could NOT help me because I have tried so many meds in my past!!! I freaking guess so, I'm almost 60, and have been meds for different physical ailments since in my 20's. What do you EXPECT???? YOU GUYS ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, AND DO NOT HELP! PRICES ARE VERY HIGH ALSO!
Not very user-friendly. Many features are embedded in weird app menu locations so it's difficult to navigate to find the feature you're looking for.
Facilitates GLP access but light on behavioral support. App has generic dose information but doesn't keep track of your experience. If you want to track food to achieve protein goals seek a better app. Generic goals only. Found lots of repetition with the live connection, which my definition of customized to me.
Hers program is very easy to use. The one functionality issue I run into is, you cannot enter activity for a missed day. And I cannot find a place in the app to provide this feedback.
So far so good with the program but I'm disappointed with bugs in the app. I keep getting a notification asking me if I have started my medication. I've already told the app that I have. Sometimes the notification leads to a blank/white screen where nothing happens. I've seen other bugs as well. Ya'll need to work on your code.
App worked for me for all of 2 months. Now all of a sudden, after I cancel my subscription, it won't let me load anything even though it's supposed to be active until December. Nothing loads. Just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning. The providers who are all supposed to be 'a part of your care team' go back and forth and act like they have no idea what they're even talking about. NEVER AGAIN. WASTE OF OVER $200. Also, providers take up to a week to respond, so be prepared for that as well.
No Support. This is just a way for them to sell medications. I was hoping for something that actually tracks my progress. Every week I get a notice asking if I have started my treatment. It doesn't even save the most basic detail such as when you first start. I've had to find other methods to track my progress. The support from the medical staff seems very scripted and like an auto-response. For the price I paid for my medications, I expected just a tad more support and structure and support
On sign up, they say it will only cost $100-something if you are approved, and then you choose a subscription plan...I chose the "$29/mo plan." They only asked if I was sure I wanted a prescription and that was it afterwards. I see a over $300 charge on my account. I email to ask if I paid for a full year in or if that was my monthly refill cost. It was my monthly refill cost. I said cancel it and they said they can't cancel it even in pre-shipment.
I've been utilizing Hers mental health subscription and have absolutely loved the experience so far! But the app itself is honestly one of the worst I've used. It keeps logging me out and saying I'm using an incorrect password, but I have it saved with my Google account. When I first thought I made a mistake I tried to reset my password but never received an email to change it. The only thing I've found to "fix" it is reinstalling when I'm logged out. Hopefully they'll fix this at some point!
The app is nothing but a shop for trying to make you purchase more of their products. There is no actual "care team" to help and it's certainly not personalized. I keep having to request refills because they don't send them on time, and every time I open the app it wants me to fill out some intake form or another so they can try to sell me something else. I would NOT recommend this company or app and I cannot wait until my subscription ends to never set it again.
Spent over 24 hours with this app. I tried over 20 times, different techniques to use the app. You have to start the process with selecting a category to begin and I timed one instance where I sat on the screen for OVER 20 mins. And the app just kept "thinking". Really great for people with anxiety and depression to have that section just keep rotating, giving us more anxiety about when it's ever going to start. And then put us down more after finally asking for help and it doesn't work correct.
Meds made me gain weight, not lose weight, they don't give refunds and don't tell you that when you purchase it. Didn't provide much info when getting the meds, said it will be in the box when arrives. Not very helpful though they seem to think they are. If you miss logging one day, you can't go back and fix it later, just a frustrating app all together. Plus the meds made me very irritable, so they're getting a 1 star.
I have been using the app for over 3 months and it has gotten progressively worse. At least 1x a week, the only way to login is to reset my password. Biometrics and current password won't work. Seriously, it is so annoying. They need to fix this issue. It would also be great if they would add the ability for you to see your password so you can verify it is entered accurate
I really like this program overall, but am really disappointed in the daily log system because you can't go back and edit previous days. I'm not glued to my phone all the time, and if I don't log things every day, I lose my "streak," even though I did do things like take my medicine and hit my other daily goals. One of the main purposes of the app is to help me stay on track and it's discouraging to have it show me a false tracking that I can't edit.
The app is basically the website to sell you more stuff. All of the things I actually need are way at the bottom of the main page. If you start looking into something (like hair care or skin care), the "complete intake" remains forever at the top and you cannot dismiss it if you change your mind. Any medication doses should be listed with the habit tracker for ease. Lastly, if your program requires habit tracking, you can't go back in your history to record the previous day's info.
The app works fine, but it's just a glorified ad to sell more stuff. Programs and care seem to be about the same. Messaging with care team is easy and efficient though. Nothing else on that tab is useful once you've signed up. Tracking and reminders are a complete failure. The reminders are generic, not specific to a certain goal. And you can't track the next day to confirm you've met a goal the day before. Pointless really. I've stopped tracking in the app all together.
Super slow response time from providers, could not get meds right for me. I just ended up more frustrated than anything. They make it difficult to cancel your subscription (no button to cancel) and refuse to refund when it processed when I was in the midst of discontinuing their services. Overall would not reccommend. The only plus is that it is relatively easy to use, apart from canceling 🙄
