This is another one added to the list of: " won't do business with Cash App" I also had trouble linking to other accounts. That's the one drawback I have found his. It's not linking well with my other accounts

I heard about Hiatus APP advertised and "checked it out". A few weeks ago. However, I never did download the app onto my phone 📱. ***>TODAY, My debit card alerted me to an ATTEMPTED $10.99 CHARGE. NOW... ? I have to now go check into whatever may have caused this erroneous charge. *I never accuse right away. I may very well have accidentally pressed a button while holding my phone. I just am not ordinarily that sloppy I'll revise my review accordingly upon finding that info out. KG

Worst app ever. first of all it doesn't show me all my bills and income and it wouldn't let me add my second bank account. It also wouldn't let me add my own bills and income I could only track what the app thought I had. They also charged me $10 even though I never signed up for premium and they were able to take it because they had my bank account information for tracking my bills. support is no help and refuses to help me get my money back that I didn't sign up for them to take. there's more.

Edit: The ads for this app are all lies and are definitely deceitful. They mention NOTHING of having to pay for a premium package 🙄 I was super excited to find out if I have any subscriptions that I never canceled and get them resolved finally. But, I have to by the premium package for that. Like, come on!! Seriously?! I want to cancel all my subscriptions and find out if I have any that ai never knew about. Not add more to the dang pile.🙄 Super disappointing and not worth it.

It's easy to use and it does indeed show the content and services your app is promising to provide but... You have to pay for it all. Ruins the point of getting this honestly when I could've just took it to my phone provider lol. Maybe work on making it a little bit more accessible to people who don't want to spend more money or you know... Make another subscription to get rid of all of them?? Lmao anyway.. 2 stars bc sadly didn't provide the one thing I got the app for. 😂😂 Fair well.

"cancel unwanted subscriptions" sounds great but it just puts into another unwanted subscription. When I downloaded it, I found out that I needed to pay to get the help with my subscriptions.. so I uninstalled it. Now, just an hour or so ago, I got sent a notification that the payment went through for a subscription from hiatus that I don't have. And now I'm struggling to fix it. I don't know my log in for it so I'm stuck with this subscription.

Misleading & thoroughly disappointing. Entering my info at the start was a breeze and seemed promising, but before I ever reached the homepage, up pops a pay wall. Sure, there's a free option, alright, but it does NOT include the app's most basic function: Subscription Management. 💰🧱😭 To quote a line in a competitor's description: "why add a subscription when your trying to CANCEL subscriptions?!"

Downloaded the app with the expectation of canceling forgotten subscriptions and managing my spending habits. Whilst setting up an account, my CashApp was charged for "Hiatus Premium". All I could think was to deactivate the account, email customer service/support, and request a refund. We will see what happens after I lost money, as well as respect for these types of apps. Very displeased!!!!

Tricks you into a subscription for $10 I didn't realize I signed up for until I tried to delete because its not even a very helpful app. Didn't even recognize half my subscriptions as subscriptions, and wouldn't let me add some that were subscription. No actual subscription management aside from "hide subscription". I knew more than the app, and that's not even close to how it's advertised.

After signing up for a free account, i tried to cancel a subscription. When asked for my card information (which i wrongly assumed was for verification, because there was no information given about why it was needed) and immediately after entering it i was charged $10 and signed up for premium. Horrible. Predatory. Will be reporting. They also made me apply for a refund after talking to support. And they will not give me a support number to confirm they have none of my banking data. Delist pls.

Scam to take your money. I tried canceling my Disney subscription, and it told me it wasn't a guarantee they would be able to do it. However, when trying to have the subscription canceled, it kept "processing" the request and never ended. I tried couple times and the next day too. After getting tired of not getting results, I ended up canceling the subscription directly from the Disney app and then, removed the Hiatus app, not expecting to be charged $7.00 for Nothing I want my money back 😤

Do NOT use this app. They market it as an app to help get rid of subscriptions, but it found none of mine and now this is the subscription I can't get rid of! I'm charged monthly despite only logging in once and cancelling it immediately when I realized it couldn't find any of my subs. For months and months they've been charging me and I can't figure out how to log in.

Don't bother with this app. They charge you without consent even though I selected the free version and it does not show an indication that you have a subscription with them on the app or under your subscriptions in Google play. I didn't realize till recently that I was being charged for months. So I had to download the app again and find customer service to cancel the subscription that I never subscribed in the first place. They at least refunded me some money. The App is a scam!!!!

I followed the ad,, downloaded the app. Set up my account, and it asked what I wanted to pay monthly. I picked $0, and the screen said that I wouldn't get premium features. Ok. I set it up yesterday, 11/28. I open up my bank app today to see one of my accounts was charged $8. I used the chat, got ahold of customer service, and even though I picked the $0 option, they said that choosing that does not mean I won't be charged. Why was it even an option if your gonna lie about being able to use it?!

Do not recommend. I tried it to see what the hype was about and when I went to get more information about a negotiable bill I was signed up for the premium subscription. I never agreed to pay for anything and the second I noticed it I cancelled which was within 2 minutes. They still charged my bank account and when I inquired they stated they do not offer free trials but also don't tell you they'll access your bank account to take money.

I love the concept. The reviews concerned me but I moved on. Then it asked me for money before even letting me preview the app. It was well written and you can skip - but I didn't like that. As a cyber security professional I'm also not a huge fan of their privacy policy. They can sell aggregated data, data is retained indefinitely, they don't guarantee data protection (use at own risk), and they say if they're bought out that all data transfers (which could be with new terms!). Uninstalling.

I opened an account and didn't even use it for an hour. it wasn't bad, just not a good fit to me. The reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is cause today I logged into my banking app and saw a 10.00 dollar from charge when I have clearly deleted the whole account literally right after opening it. there's not even a number to call, and I did email on the matter. I will raise my stars if they fix the issue.

DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! This app is just another subscription!! I canceled my subscription, to find that it had still been coming out for three months. I log back onto the app and it said there was no record of me having an account, so I contact their text support for them to say they were sending a representative, just for them to tell me no one was available. I looked up a number and it was all automated with no way to talk to someone. Story short, I payed my bank $40 to cancel the payments.

Like many other apps in this category, they link to your bank account and make assumptions about payments. Listed my mortgage company as a restaurant. They missed most of my subscriptions. Those that were found were the ones I don't want to cancel. Worst of all, the app makes it difficult to discover ways to alter information, so I could not change the status of my mortgage company. After an hour of frustration, I disconnected from my bank and uninstalled the app.

I managed to add ONE account. That was it!! Tried multiple, multiple times to add more accounts. Clicked on add account. App froze after directing me to log into the account. Clicking on help was useless. Before I could even finish entering my problem, it would cut me off and ask me if that answered my question. WTH?Worst app I have EVER tried to use. I can't enter a ZERO (no star) rating, so.... Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
