It's ok, feed back from Dr is generally quick. Only issue is it's never the same Dr, it's a team, so if you are sent a message and reply, it'll be someone else getting it, and then it's almost like explaining it all over again. A calorie counter would be a nice addition
Reviews for Hims: Telehealth for Men
← Back to Hims: Telehealth for MenThe cost of the medication I need is a little pricey through here but they do have many cheaper options for other medications and a variety of different treatment plans ranging from sexual health, mental health, testosterone therapy, hair loss, and weight loss
this product is a scam. after canceling the continued to bill me and send medication I stopped taking 7 days in as it did not help, in fact it caused more problems than it was ever worth. don't use this app, go to your doctor. they don't even assign you a doctor through the app just a nurse that only sends you and email.
such a bad app. does not function well to track weight loss. its function is to streamline signing up for subscriptions, but it fails there as well. you will see options advertised and when you select them it funnels you to a completely different treatment. buggy, bad, kind of useless app.
Be warned: this company claims the right to charge your card $200, even after canceling several times. When you try to get a refund, all they say is "we're sorry, but refunds are only available 48 hours before order is processed". They wont email you or contact you in any way, just charge your card whenever they like without warning or remorse. Terrible company and policy.
okay so the product was not working all that great for me. And because of cost I temporarily decided I'll just cancel everything for now and the app said that it had canceled when I went through the process. later on i got billed again. i go back to the app, it doesn't show where it cancelled anymore. I inquired about this after going through the process again of telling it to cancel. This time a rep made sure that it went through, but a new order had already gone through anyways with no notice
Hims nailed really effective treatment for me from the start. When they needed updated medical information from me to renew my program they responded very quickly even though I was late to deliver. I can't imagine any better service.
Not a good app. Hard to find what you need it just wants to push you to the lengthy help sections which just takes you off app and on to their site. horrible user interface. You can't see simple details like dates on your order history seems kind of important. And you can't change your address in your contact info.
I've tried hims before. well over 2 years ago. it was fine. I got the pills easily but didn't use the app anymore after buying from them 2 times. they worked alright. it but when I tried to use it again recently I was met with an unloading app and unloading website. I've tried their troubleshoot methods of restarting and clearing cookies and cache. nothing loads. it tries loading a consultant from a last session and it won't let me make any new ones. I can't do anything on neither app/site.
This app is pretty terrible. I am months into my treatment and it's still sending push notifications to ask if I've started it yet. I wish there was also a way to track weight progress and treatment doses over time so that I could confirm my dose rather than count the weeks every time. Lastly, the app logs me out constantly. These 3 things together make it feel like the app is a hindrance rather than a useful tool to help me get to my goals.
Would give it more, but unfortunately, if u have a problem with a package stuck in shipping or any other problem, there's zero customer service. I must have sent an email after email with not 1 response. Update: Canceled by subscription since no customer service. Last shipment was not sent amd I was charged. Go blue chew because they at least have a customer service they responds to there customers .
Beware! Even following the in app instructions to cancel and inactivate subscriptions they still send you with medications. The app makes it nearly impossible to reach the support needed for inquiries. Additionally if you want to cancel a subscription they maintain your credit card effectively preventing you from removing the payment information unless you call. I was lucky enough to get someone knowledgeable.
Well I tried the app everything is alright with it. Big problem having to go through it to cancel my subscription it's like they don't tell you rly how to. It says on website to go into your subscriptions and get help. When there should be an automatic button that does it for you. But you have to go through extra steps for something that should be simple and easy.
This might indeed be a complete scam. After 2 days of using the app, I was locked out. The app failed to recognize the correct password several times, before finally recognizing it... and then requiring that I continually enter a captcha code. Note that the app did not recognize any of their own captcha codes. As of now, I am still locked out of my account on the app and through the internet browser. Hope to get ahold of some sort of customer support so I can cancel my subscription immediately.
Don't do it. The products you will get are not the same as what you are expecting. And the customer service is horrible. The auto-refill feature will randomly charge you for a "monthly" subscription. Which will come directly out of your account on random days. And when you attempt to cancel, the cancelation is hidden in the back of the app and hard to find. Customer service is all automated too. So you get just AI answers with very little help. Go to a real doctor and get a prescription.
had faith in the product, ended up getting charged 5x the price, of course it boiled down to subscription pricing, but no where in the option I selected did the price go from $35 to $175. All of this could have been resolved, but their customer service definitely took their own pace to respond, and in that time I had completely switched. Make sure you can clearly see what your collecting and have researched what you choose I have lost trust though you should always be upfront about your pricing.
Getting established and getting medication was quick and easy, and the medication works. BEWARE - no matter what plan you pick, you're going to be automatically charged every single month! No way to cancel, no way to pause/delay refills, no way to get a hold of anyone. BEWARE. I had to change my payment method to a dead card, then cancel my main debit card and order a new one, to avoid being charged again. I'd give zero stars just for that if I could.
DO NOT USE You can't unsubscribe from the app, and if you can, its not in any way that's reasonable to find. When I try to cancel my subscription for hair loss product because I've been taking it for 7 months and it doesn't work, I get redirected within the app instead for ads for other products. Waste of money AND time, they just want to keep you paying.
App doesn't work. Fix the freaking app. It's insane you can't get a basic app like this yo work for people. I have a brand new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and your app consistently is frozen for me. Reinstalling doesn't work. Cleaning cache and data does nothing. I'm on stable fiber optic internet. It's the app that is the problem. Don't cut corners with dev work. You need to fix this ASAP you are losing money every day this goes unfixed.
keep a close eye on your subscriptions. If you pause one, you will not receive a notification before it ships again. Not doing business with them ever again and not going to say anything good to anyone I know about this service. I contacted support and they refused to help me/give a refund. But hey, everything is good because they "sincerely apologized" for the inconvenience. 🤣
