It’s ok, feed back from Dr is generally quick. Only issue is it’s never the same Dr, it’s a team, so if you are sent a message and reply, it’ll be someone else getting it, and then it’s almost like explaining it all over again. A calorie counter would be a nice addition

such a bad app. does not function well to track weight loss. its function is to streamline signing up for subscriptions, but it fails there as well. you will see options advertised and when you select them it funnels you to a completely different treatment. buggy, bad, kind of useless app.

Hims nailed really effective treatment for me from the start. When they needed updated medical information from me to renew my program they responded very quickly even though I was late to deliver. I can’t imagine any better service.

The app makes it nearly impossible to reach the support needed for inquiries.
