The app is great. The company, however, is dishonest, manipulative, and cares more about money than their customers. The leads are FAR from quality, we receive leads not even in our service area, and for services we do not provide. They were also supposed to run our website on their platform...it was up for a few days, and has been inactive for a while now. We reached out with zero response. Save your money.

Communication is great until they sell you the software, and then help is non-existent. You have to schedule help. It's a half hour with whoever helps you and you can't schedule more than one a week. At this rate it'll be a year before I know how to use this software. Very aggravating. Not worth it. I should have looked at these reviews before I bought it. I have this useless software because I can't get any serious help. They just leave you out in the wilderness to figure it out on your own.

Intrusive and unhelpful. Received numerous calls from the unconsentually. They refuse to delete my account with them after I have tried multiple times on the app(which is an option) and through their "helpline" Which they then try to force the use of the app or redirect to apple, which has nothing to do with the situation

Read the actual written reviews. Many more negative write ups than positive. Assume most 4/5 star reviews are bots/fake. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read fine print, they'll lock you up for one year with no way out unless you term in first month. And they'll still charge you a second month's payment if you cancel in first month. Not to mention the product itself is nothing you can't find elsewhere for much cheaper, if not free. Steer clear.

Not a very useful app for a general contractor. I could see where it would work for someone who does the exact same things over and over, but it is too much time to set up a unique project. Also, be aware that, although it is billed monthly, you are signing up for an annual subscription that cannot be cancelled until the end of the yearly term.

Extreemily hard to find what you need, time & expenses keeps moving to different places, no real good design aps, and the estimating for projects was made by a first grader.. nothing is simple..like build an interior wall. All the choices should pop up. Wood, metal, drywall 1 side, 2? Ect. I only use it for my subs to log time. Lost money on all the estimates I did. And now it says to update, guess what? Its set for auto and there is no way to manually update!

Does not work for me. Doesn't show invoices, po, or estimates. I contacted support and they were suppose to work on the issue. When I contacted them this week to see if it was fixed, the case was closed. And the issue was not fixed! The app only gives me contact info for my clients and messages from clients. ****Edit**** I followed up with Isaiah on Jan 4th via email and still have had no response. I have opened another support ticket hoping its fixed before it gets closed.

It is absolutely useless app. Dont recomend to anyone. I was fool enough to sign a contract with them which is for 1 year minimum. You cant stop it after few month unhappy usage. During a year I received very few leads, half of that contacts wasnt even pick up the phone. The rest wasnt work or for trades I didnt even discribe in my list. I just wasted my money with this company. Think 10 times before sign contract with them!!!

Very poor app and overpriced product. The app looks to have the features you'd want from this type of service but they usability is extremely poor. Can't send messages, by the time I've written my message and hit the send button, nothing happens and I have to force close the app. Overall not worth using and not worth paying the fees to use Houzz in my opinion.
