So here's my take on How We Feel. I've tested a bunch of mental health and wellbeing apps, and this one's pretty solid. The emotion tracking is simple but effective, and I like how it ties in your other health habits. And doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some apps, but it gets the fundamentals right. The suggestions and strategies can be hit or miss, but the core functionality is reliable. If you're looking to better understand your emotions, this is a good place to start.

Description

Been using How We Feel for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you understand your emotions better and find strategies to deal with them. Pretty solid if you’re into mental health and self-improvement stuff.

Here’s what you do: you can log how you’re feeling each day and the app gives you words to describe it. There’s also features to track your sleep, exercise, and other health habits. Helps you spot patterns over time, which is pretty cool. And it has suggestions for calming techniques and other ways to manage your emotions – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into mental wellness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the design is a bit basic and the suggestions can get repetitive – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to improve your emotional awareness.
