So here's my take on Hybrid Calisthenics - Fitness. I've tried a bunch of home workout apps and this one's a pretty solid option. The guided progressions are great for beginners trying to build strength, and I like that most of the exercises don't require any gear. The app design is clean and the workout tracking features work well. But it does have some issues - the occasional glitches can be annoying, and the music selection gets repetitive. Overall though, it's a well-rounded calisthenics app that I'd recommend checking out.

Description

Been using Hybrid Calisthenics – Fitness for a couple months now. It’s basically a home workout app that focuses on bodyweight exercises and building strength without needing a gym. Pretty solid if you’re into fitness but don’t wanna deal with equipment or going to the gym.

Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of guided workout routines you can follow, like chest, arms, back, and core. It’s got progression levels so you start simple and work your way up. And there’s also a movement library with tons of exercise demos – that’s been really helpful for learning proper form. And the rest timer features makes it easy to track your workouts.

Look, if you’re trying to get in shape at home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be glitchy sometimes and the music gets old after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna build strength without equipment.
