I’ve been using IAM Yoga Nidra™ for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that guides you through these body, breath, and awareness techniques to help you relax and destress. Basically drops you into a super chill state of awareness.
There’s a bunch of different sessions you can do – some are shorter 10-15 minute ones, others are longer 30-45 minute deep dives. The app walks you through the whole thing step-by-step, so it’s pretty easy to follow along. Honestly, I’ve found it really helps me unwind after a long day.
Look, if you’re into meditation and mindfulness, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit confusing at first and the voice guidance isn’t the most engaging. But overall it’s a solid option for getting in some relaxation and stress relief. Worth checking out for sure.
