I want to cancel the auto-renew on my membership, but the app crashes every single time I try to select that. It’s the only page that seems to do that, which is awfully convenient.

I have been trying to log in for months so I can stop the subscription and it will not let me. Every time I try the forget password it takes me to an error page. All I want is to stop the 50 dollar payment please of anyone can help

Got the premium membership. I want to cancel but the app keeps crashing so I can’t cancel it. Emailed support, no response. I just don’t want to get charged again. Pretty angry. Great band, awful app.

Super cool concept but it can’t keep up with the amount of people logging in to play the contests. The last 3 days have been next to impossible to get in up to ten minutes after the notification for hints.

I’m still subscribed to the premium membership and yet the app tells me I’m not. And I can’t access anything. All while it still takes my money. Oh and let’s not forget that the contact email they have listed here for help doesn’t even work. Nice app guys.

So many bugs. Had a premium membership and didn’t have it set to auto-renew. well, it did on its own and now no one is getting back to me on a refund request. Also can’t even get the app to open anymore. Love the band. Hate the app.

I love the app but it crashes constantly. And everytime it crashes, it messes up my phone – I had constant battery drain, and when I had the phone checked out, they said it was the app that was causing the issues. I hope they fix the bugs.

App it’s self is nice minus the fact that it keeps crashing. Since that keeps happening I want to cancel my premium membership but can not. Everytime I go to view my membership the app crashes. I can not access my membership at all.

Love the app and INK is my fave band. The app use to work fine but recently it’s been force closing or saying error when I got to my page and select premium membership. I have reinstalled it cancelled it and then paid again for it. After everything it still does not work correctly.

I love the app, but it does have crashing issues. Navigation is ok, but could use some polishing. Specifically, the way the audio content is laid out. I haven’t had any issues accessing premium content. Also, it would be awesome to be able to play Merry Axe-Mas game through the app!

Love the app except for one thing. I joined the Psychos Only Club over 24 hours ago but I still can’t access it. My credit card was charged, I received a welcome email, but I’m having no luck getting in. Waiting on an email back from tech support. Other than that, great app!
