I want to cancel the auto-renew on my membership, but the app crashes every single time I try to select that. It's the only page that seems to do that, which is awfully convenient.

I have been trying to log in for months so I can stop the subscription and it will not let me. Every time I try the forget password it takes me to an error page. All I want is to stop the 50 dollar payment please of anyone can help

Overall a great app for an amazing community! The only issue is that I need to contact support to reset my password and the email on the store doesn't exist. Would love to be able to fix this. Edit: Seems like there is a typo on the email on the Store. They spelled Psycho as "Pyscho"

Got the premium membership. I want to cancel but the app keeps crashing so I can't cancel it. Emailed support, no response. I just don't want to get charged again. Pretty angry. Great band, awful app.

Great app for the band. Love the idea. However it needs to be worked on there are so many bugs. I use it once and it works after that every time I try and click on anything it either crashes, flickers, or just loads up the home screen again. Very frustrating for a fan trying to enjoy the benefits of being a premium psycho.

Super cool concept but it can't keep up with the amount of people logging in to play the contests. The last 3 days have been next to impossible to get in up to ten minutes after the notification for hints.

I'm still subscribed to the premium membership and yet the app tells me I'm not. And I can't access anything. All while it still takes my money. Oh and let's not forget that the contact email they have listed here for help doesn't even work. Nice app guys.

So many bugs. Had a premium membership and didn't have it set to auto-renew. well, it did on its own and now no one is getting back to me on a refund request. Also can't even get the app to open anymore. Love the band. Hate the app.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP and had to give it 5 stars even though I've had some problems when I joined back in January, but since the update , I haven't had any problems at all. If you're a die-hard fan of INK, all things horror and wanna belong to something thats more like a family then this app is for you. We are a family of PSYCHO'S that's made up of so many wonderful, caring, supportive, creative, talented, and non-judgmental ppl.

I love the app but it crashes constantly. And everytime it crashes, it messes up my phone - I had constant battery drain, and when I had the phone checked out, they said it was the app that was causing the issues. I hope they fix the bugs.

App it's self is nice minus the fact that it keeps crashing. Since that keeps happening I want to cancel my premium membership but can not. Everytime I go to view my membership the app crashes. I can not access my membership at all.

Love the app and INK is my fave band. The app use to work fine but recently it's been force closing or saying error when I got to my page and select premium membership. I have reinstalled it cancelled it and then paid again for it. After everything it still does not work correctly.

Would be good, but you can't reset your password. The option's there but when you click it, it asks you to re enter your email, which is fine, but it keeps stopping and resetting the page so you can't type anything. I don't remember the password and I can't make a new account because I only have one phone number.

I am no longer on this app. I closed everything in 2022. Today my bank account was charged 66.66. The phone number that my bank gave me to contact the app is no longer in service. The email address I have is invalid. Tomorrow I have to call my bank again to open a case to get my money back. This is very unfortunate because I really like INK. I pretty much have stopped buying everything because I have gotten stung more than once. Just Don't get me started on what a scam Kleaver Klothing is too.

I love the app, but it does have crashing issues. Navigation is ok, but could use some polishing. Specifically, the way the audio content is laid out. I haven't had any issues accessing premium content. Also, it would be awesome to be able to play Merry Axe-Mas game through the app!

The community is amazing on this app, but paying for and accessing the premium subscription just doesn't work. I've paid for a subscription but I log into the app and it says no subscription found. I emailed the developer and I've not had a response for 2 days. I wish the band would just start a Patreon or something, would be easier.

I was logged out and now it won't even let me log back in. I know I'm using the right password and it gives me an error message when I try to reset the password as a way around. Contacted support like six times over the last 3 weeks and haven't heard back at all. Very upset and would not recommend at all

I LOVE ice nine kills, when the app works it's a hell of a lot of fun, but I'm now locked out of my account even though I'm using the correct login info and there's no developers to be able to contact about getting my situation fixed. Pretty displeased with that portion, I just want to get signed back in because I enjoy it so much

Love the app except for one thing. I joined the Psychos Only Club over 24 hours ago but I still can't access it. My credit card was charged, I received a welcome email, but I'm having no luck getting in. Waiting on an email back from tech support. Other than that, great app!

Love the app and the community. Only wish that with the paid premium psycho membership that we would be the first to hear about new updates with the band. Lots of times I get more information on social media first. Also I've been a premium member for 3 years now and still haven't received the physical perks that was supposed to be sent. Community alone makes this app 5* 🪓🤡🗡️
