Can't even get the test connection to work. It says failed connection, try another network. No other connection issues with any of my other apps on any device and from the fact that the majority of everyone else that has reviewed this app says it is a problem w/ the app, and not people's connection let's me know it's not on my end. What a joke. Will have to travel 45 minutes for a 30 minute visit because the app is scamming people and ICS doesn't care, cause they consider inmates disposable.

I was told they had to contact corporate and that I would hear back from them in regards to this problem. Two weeks later and nothing. The issues has not been corrected and I have received no call back from corporate in response to my complaint. Poor customer service.
You can add money, but the calls don't want to go through most of the time. The recordings to accept either don't play or the button to accept doesn't register. It's a shame that those wanting to hear from their loved ones that are in jail have to suffer because of poor service from this company. Plus we still get charged if it does go through and there is no connection. Same with visits. Glitches are horrible. you can hardly hear them even. the process we pay the quality should be way better.
I was able to do one video visit and the connection was terrible and I had to end the visit early. Then whenever I tried to log back into my account it wouldn't let me back in I reset my password numerous times and I even created another 2-3 accounts and it is still giving me problem after problem. Niagra countys system is awesome never had any issues and I wish they would use the same system.
Frequently SO FRUSTRATED with this app !! I'm trying to open it cause my visit started 8 minutes ago & it just keeps saying logging in & then failed to login . Ugh!! This app is constantly crashing & it needs SERIOUS work. Unfortunately I don't think anyone cares enough about A'sIC. I'd love to be able to do my whole visit. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I am very disappointed with the Video Visit part of this App ! Almost every visit I schedule it either freezes a minute or two into the visit or I have trouble getting it to pass the test required to be connected for a visit ! I get messages saying that ICS isn't responding and the visit either ends( if he even starts ) or doesn't connect at all. Even when it gives me the message that ICS isn't working they will still not credit another visit. I won't pay for a visit ,it's a waste of money.
waste of time. you need an additional app to even run the video or phone calls. not able to do anything but spend money trying to call... $20 later and an a bunch of files to "help" unable to download the additional app that im convinced doesn't exist.
Horrible! If you plan to use this app for offsite visits good luck! If you can even get it to connect, you then have a high pitch squeal that echos. I dug into the issue calling my internet provider thinking my upload signal wasn't strong enough, to find out that no it's a software issue. I then called ICS and they say it's weak bandwidth. I have no issues with any other video chat apps. ICS gets your money and you get a broken heart on both sides of the call. ICS fix your software please!
HUGE SCAM!!! . When you get ahold of icsolutions it's "your fault" that it doesn't connect. Even though everything connects just fine and I was informed I have top speed ... and to top it off no refunds for connectivity issues... which conveniently enough is the problem.. which draws my attention.. I've probably wasted about or over $100 for the year and half I've been unable to see my loved one in person. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Nothing but a joke.
This app is great! I love how easily i can deposit funds to his phone account, but my favorite feature is the video visits! Especially when COVID-19 was in full swing! I miss my guy sooo much! However, I often can't see him when using my cell, I only had a clear picture on the tablet. And if I don't use headphones, he hears a terrible echo!
this app need some serious work. half the time I cannot even log into my account to join a call. I have a call that starred 10 minutes ago but it keeps telling me "wrong password " like I dont know my own password. I never changed my password it's solely the app. I keep missing visits due to this issue on behalf of the app
this app is unbelievably terrible. twice ive tried to complete a video visit, with phenomenal internet connection (I work in IT) and a 2000$ mesh network on the latest Samsung Galaxy and this app freezes and crashes every time. BEYOND FRUSTRATING, makes me feel and look incompetent. Cant believe they charge money and cant even deliver a simple video call. UNREAL AT THE VERY LEAST they should allow you to "re-enter" the video visit unlimited times throughout your 30minutes. smfh
every other video visit/call app that you don't pay for works better than this one. I attempt to log on 2 minutes before only to be met with failed network tests. after closing ALL apps, restarting my phone logging in w right email also in your browser, it says I am logged in from another device. It has never succeeded to log in on time cutting visits in half if l/o hasnt left the visit. making for negitive visit w remaining time-EVERY TIME this is what is available & we pay so much. SUCKS
USELESS I am unable to log into the app... It says "Login Failed" yet I'm able to log onto the browser with the exact same login information with no problem. Called the support line and received ZERO HELP. It's crazy how my money can be taken but I can only use it to receive calls even though I'm approved for visits I'm unable to set them up.
App is pretty horrible. I give 2 stars instead of one becuase I can at least see that I have a visit scheduled. Like the other reviews yes you can't download that "visitor" app. You can't find it period. The links for the download/ instructions go nowhere. This is a company I know makes a lot of money. The outrageous fees for calls with that you should invest in app that works. My visit isn't until Sunday so I'm not sure if it will work. I downloading it to my computer just in case.
This app is ridiculous!! It won't allow me to do anything. It just keeps making me log in again. I get half way through scheduling a visit, and it reboots to the log in screen!! I've been fighting this for over a week, I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it just keeps doing the same shyt. Super frustrating when this is the only way to set up a visit with my loved one
This is the worst app I've ever had to deal with. Calls are ALWAYS choppy, robotic, echoing, or dropping. After the recording I can't hear the person for a number of seconds and won't unless he actually blows into his microphone. If he doesn't do that, I won't hear him the rest of the call. It drops at least one call almost daily. If the weather is anything less than sunny, anticipate problems. Ive never seen such a poorly developed app. 8mos and no improvement, wish I had another option
sorry excuse for an app. video NEVER works properly when going to join a visit, if you are actually able to. funny thing though, all network checks work before and after the scheduled appointment time, but go to join the visit, can't do it. network failed. tried it on multiple devices, Apple and Android, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. same result. an absolute joke. I hope this company goes out of business. do. better.
This app sucks!!!! I have had nothing but issues with this app since I downloaded the app. I cant log in with my correct password, the videos freeze, it takes forever to launch, it says network failed and my network is great. Its buggy, not clear and ridiculous. They charge you for the calls that do not work!!! They do not support you when you complain and they do not make it better, which is disappointing.
