It worked great until the last update, but now it won't save data. Just gives a Website Error. *update* I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now it won't re-pair with scale and still gives Website Error when trying to upload data from blood pressure cuff. Don't waste your money on iHealth devices if connectivity is important to you.

I’ve been dealing with constant issues for weeks now. Every time I try to upload my readings, I get a “Website error (500)” message. The app never syncs properly, which defeats the whole purpose of tracking my data. Really frustrating and unreliable.
I accidentally deleted the memory on my IHealth device. when I reconnected to the device it erased all the history on my app. even though I selected save in the app. There is no option to see history in the app. I haven't used the blood pressure device in a while but based on the app pictures the app has had Items removed from the original as there are no Options to see history. everything is just gone. A frustrating app. the app really needs an update to make it easier to save history. ,😡
Just started using and so far its working great! the date & time sets automatically and super easy to connect to your phone. You must get your blood pressure first and then link the Bluetooth for it to register the readings. No complaints yet and will update later if anything changes. would definitely recommend!
Works great when it works, but the app will no longer connect to the network. Tried on both Android and Apple, getting errors on both when trying to save readings to cloud account. Even getting a 102/502 network error when trying to send a help request via the app. And, no, it's not our network because phones are connecting to internet just fine both before and after network reboot. From reading the reviews, this does not sound like a new issue with this app.
i have used this app with a kn-550bt bp monitor for over a year. it is very easy to use, transfers data to the app seamlessly. i like that it has a place to make notes with each entry bevause diet and emotions have an effect on bp and i like to make notes on the higher readings. HOWEVER, I just discovered when doing my first data export that the ao does NOT export the notes, only the readings. notes are important, somebody should fix this, thats the only readon I did mot rate this app 5 stars
Misleads people to believe something is wrong and needs to be resolved on their phones. You'll be prompted to Allow Notifications, which is pretty standard, but they chose to word it with an "Allow Immediately" button. There is no immediate need to allow this access—through first hand experience, it allows the developer to spam you with marketing. 👎🏻 Otherwise it seems to be a stable app, and tracks your data while integrating with Google Fit.
I like the app, I only just found the ability to export the data for my physicians. I was really disappointed that the exports do not include the notations of which readings were manually added, and any notes added. there is a massive space on the right in the PDF, that data could absolutely fit there. In the CSV that's just basic data results, so why not include it?
The "new" app doesn't function. It locks up during the "select device" set up. Also, height and weight cannot be entered. General all around fail. I uninstalled and tried again. Same result. I uninstalled again and installed the "legacy" version. I could at least enter height and weight, but it can't find the BP "Track" version cuff no matter how many times I try. I'm savy techwise, so it ain't me. Disappointing. These are basic functionality issues that should have been solved in alpha.
The synced data log (green, yellow and red) indicators don't match up to what the machine and book displays. For instance I have yellow readings in the log that should be green. Other than that this simple and easy to use app for keeping a record of your readings. It's easy to email the readings to yourself or someone else. This could definitely be a 5 star app if the minor bug gets addressed.
Includes ads it can't be disabled, right now with the Labor Day sale. It also includes notification ads and there's only one notification setting for everything including the ads so you're only alternative is to disable all notifications. Then when you go into the program forces you to turn on notifications. I already have the product, not using the app cripples the product.
For the last month was providing the numbers for my Blood Pressure, including the average for the last 3 days, the week and the month. All of a sudden the app was unable to communicate with the network and I lost the BP readings for that day (12-13-24). I uninstalled and later re-installed the app, but still is not providing the average numbers. I try to use the help under "Contact Us" but it is a total waste of time and is totally impossible to communicate either by email or by phone.
like the size, weight and portability. However. "Walk on water" instructions. You'll darn near drown before you figure out where the rocks are instruction. Not for us older folks who need these things. Font too small and light for mobile phone use. Certainly no need for personal information "required" to set up app. Hopefully the product is better than the app. I guess we'll see...
I had previously been absolutely thrilled and impressed with this app. it was consistently connecting and uploading very quickly! this morning, it decided it would not connect. I went ahead and updated the app, and it still will not connect. actually it says it's connected, but then when I click to upload the readings history it spins round and round and round and round and round. nothing happens. I closed the app open the app again and tried it again, same thing. I did that about five times.
App has worked great and is very easy to use! There was a website error one time, in a year of use, where it would not let me save my day's readings. I contacted vendor by email and received an immediate response that there was an error on their website and that it was being worked and would be resolved shortly. Received a follow-up email when the issue had been fixed! Very responsive!
I have enjoyed using this app up until today! All of a sudden my scale will not connect to my galaxy s22ultra. I have changed batteries, rebooted my phone several time, rebooted my router and no help. I have checked my Bluetooth on my phone and it is working fine. I almost uninstalled the app but I don't want to lose my history in the app. Please fix this app ASAP. Thank you.
update: Yes! This app is working perfectly now. This app worked well from Nov 24 to Jul 25. Now it won't save my blood pressure data and gives me a web error 500. I"ve been to the website and it associates web error 500 to their glucose app, not the blood pressure app. I deleted this app and reinstalled, same error. I only purchased this device because it had an app that would save my readings. Now I can't even send the readings I've accumulated to my computer. It keeps saying error 500.
horrible. this app has been a problem for months now. I keep getting website error 500. I cannot upload any of my BP readings. I keep getting error when I try to open option for 3rd party app withing the settings option. And, I reinstalled the app and now it does not recognize my email to sign me back in. when I go to create an account it won't allow as it then recognizes that I already have an account. Are any of the BP results to be trusted? Is this machine a problem or just the app?
Great app when working, but for the last few days all I get is the "Error 500" message. I have uninstalled it numerous times but still get the same issue after reinstalling it. Very disappointing as I bought this BP monitor specifically because I had heard the app was so good, but if it is not saving my readings, it is not much help. Please fix the issue!!
