Not responded to countless messages about resetting my pin as I cannot get in to my app. Not going to Contin paying. Tried reset pin... put in email address, but STILL no email and no response from online chat
App is a life saver able to manage all my invoices and reminders. And easy to use as well thanks to dev.
It wont let you put in a date for start and due date for payment of invoice very frustrating but other than that great app if u could fix this be great

Unable to retrieve PIN when reset. Your customer support is useless too. My subscription is still active and currently unable to login.
Won't let me set dates- makes it completely useless! Someone else has commented the same and the reply was how to do it, and the developers have completely missed the point that its a bug and it wont let you set the dates!!! So cancelled subscription and deleted.
I cannot to tell you guys how much rapidbooks has helped my business. As a new business owner I didnot know the first thing about invoicing, creating estimates, and also tracking my invoice payments. Rapidbooks make that process to simple. I am able to create client profiles, items and I am able to send them directly from my phone.
Impressive and easy to use, it rapidly sends invoices and payments and invoices at click of a button, thank you Rapidbooks for your visionary app. My only concern or wish is for accounting integration.
