Not responded to countless messages about resetting my pin as I cannot get in to my app. Not going to Contin paying. Tried reset pin... put in email address, but STILL no email and no response from online chat

App is a life saver able to manage all my invoices and reminders. And easy to use as well thanks to dev.

It wont let you put in a date for start and due date for payment of invoice very frustrating but other than that great app if u could fix this be great

Unable to retrieve PIN when reset. Your customer support is useless too. My subscription is still active and currently unable to login.

Won't let me set dates- makes it completely useless! Someone else has commented the same and the reply was how to do it, and the developers have completely missed the point that its a bug and it wont let you set the dates!!! So cancelled subscription and deleted.

I cannot to tell you guys how much rapidbooks has helped my business. As a new business owner I didnot know the first thing about invoicing, creating estimates, and also tracking my invoice payments. Rapidbooks make that process to simple. I am able to create client profiles, items and I am able to send them directly from my phone.

Impressive and easy to use, it rapidly sends invoices and payments and invoices at click of a button, thank you Rapidbooks for your visionary app. My only concern or wish is for accounting integration.

The app is wonderful I love it the only thing is I paid for a year already and it keeps asking me to choose a subscription every time I have to do an invoice as if I need to buy it again I hope I don't have to call customer service about this. Also and maybe the most important is I'm unable to get it on my laptop as it is a mobile app only. Disappointing had I known before purchasing I probably wouldn't have.

Easy to use and does the job. Makes my billing simple and quick. Keeps all your clients info stored which is super convenient. It's worth the low price. I've been using this app for a year now happily.

The apps is terrible and has charged me. I never wanted the app. It is very basic, no ability to add on mark up, the templates are cheap and tacky looking, it's only benefit is single item discount that I wouldn't ever need. I want a refund 😕

unpaid reminder invoices aren't automatically sent like advertised. you have to remember and send them yourself. you also don't get a notification when invoice has been opened by recipient. you cant write in paragraphs separated by gaps, you just have to write many sentences. there's no lock for the app so anyone can access your invoices if on your phone. writing on invoice is quite buggy as extra letters are involuntarily added when typing in "description" part of "items". app nt great yet. This app is no longer free at all. I've used it for about 18 months and it was perfect for my mini hustle. Totally perfect. Suddenly no warning I was blocked and told to pay per month just to use it. Minus extra features. Really really not on, sooo disappointed 😩😩

This is the best app in this category. Simple, easy-to-use, complete with clients and items management. The developer completely understand what business owners need in their invoice. But there is a slight problem when using Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard, 1.When fill in new details It will copy entire words from previous row into new row, 2.Sometimes can't even type anything. This two problems happened when the suggestion words like drop down box appeared after typing the first key on that row

I love this app! It made my job so much easier and I can be anywhere doing the invoices like in my bed, in the office, anywhere really. I strongly recommend it especially if you can keep track of your earnings like what used to happen to me in the past. Thankfully I have all my old invoices and it helps me keep track of all incomes 😍😍😍😍😍

Says in the description "You can create and send invoices and estimates free of charge forever." Well you can make as many as you like but it won't let you email, share, print or send them in any way without a paid subscription. So the free version is basically useless and the quoted statement is a lie. Very disappointing.

good app, use it for all my invoicing and estimates. it does have a weird glitch were it doubles your words if you try and go back to fix a word. and I wish it would separate the years earnings into individual years so i can click back to each year instead of it being 1 total. but other then that a great app for small business.

I've been using this app for a couple of months now and it's really changed how I do business for the better. I'm able to send professional invoices to clients ( I was using a google docs template before!) and have noticed I'm beeing paid on time more now too. I don't have the hassle and stress of chasing so many invoices now and that's really great. It's so easy to use. Great for invoicesp
