Very disappointed! After the latest update to version 3.2, Invoice titles now have a limit of 18 characters, for some stupid reason. Now this app is useless to me because I can't invoice with the required title. I used to give this app 5 stars but now I'm only giving one. Please fix this asap!

← Back to Invoice Maker - Tiny InvoiceI think ur developr un aware of coding, i've try to install and made some testing, whala,.. your paid tab function that should be decreasing the total payment, do something otherwise!! its increasing the total payment after its has a discount of taxs,.. i try to eliminate the tax but still ur paid tab input made the total payment increase!! this is the funniest result i've ever, after frustrating trying 6 other app that end up just free trial,.. Fix this then i'll use ur app !!
No lo recomiendo. En especial si necesitas realizar grandes cantidades de invoices y guardar la información para acceder a ella luego o desde otro dispositivo... - I do not recommend it. Especially if you need to perform large amounts of invoices and save the information to access it later or from another device. Every time I sign out and sign in I LOSE a lot of information and then I have to spend HOURS re-doing the invoices and checking everything again. It's really annoying. I'll try others..
Was free for a while, then it told me to upgrade for $5.99 a month now it's telling me I need to upgrade at $9.99 a month. Definitely isn't worth the money, it's not "in app purchases" it's now a paid app regardless, I have far better apps I use at $10 a month this Definitely isn't one, I'll look for a new invoice app for my business.
I have used this app for all my invoices for 3 years and I considered it reliable until I had to update my device. once I downloaded it on my new device a years worth of data went missing. I uninstalled and tried again, same data. I contacted the creators twice to find out what happened, on both occasions they insisted it would be fixed it was. Im screwed when the tax man turns up.
Love it but....when previewing and sending the invoice, when we go from every item line to the subtotal line there is comma that appears in the number but not when we look at subtotal and balance due.For example, subtotal and every other line the number will be written as $73,500.00 but when I look at the total and balance due this comes up as $73500.00. I think the comma makes this number easier to read and keeps with the consistency and professionalism that this app is going for. Please change
Up until the latest update it was great, no real complaints. However, the most recent update has changed so much, most of which are a step backwards. For example, the overall interface seems cluttered. In the expenses, the title(?) for each expense is the category instead of the vendor. This makes it much harder to see where my expenses have gone. It's still a free app & does what it does well, but the recent interface refresh is a step backwards
This app is nothing short of Brilliant. Perfect for my on the go business with no access to a physical computer. I Can do my estimates in the fly right as I'm talking to a customer without them having to wait for a quote. invoicing is as simple as ever with the inventory option which is a big bonus to me. few suggestions 1. case sensitive inventory makes it difficult to find items. 2. A deposit calculator would be a great addition for part payments. but to the developers. A job well done.
First I used the free version of this app, it was that good I upgraded. I have used many invoicing apps in the past, but this one as been the best. So I've stuck with it now for many years, it syncs fast so when any employee logs into send one it is always in number sync. Cannot recommend enough!! Keep up the good work 👌🏼
good, basic but for the last week it's stopped syncing and coming up with connection timed out error message. quick response from the company and they had figured out the fault and corrected it. then had problems getting logged out and signed back in. but again a quick email to support saw them send a new email link to get the app back up and running. can't ask more than that....great support, highly recommend.
I was in love with this app and have been using it for two years and hundreds of invoices, however, I switched phones and it synced all of my info in to the new phones version of this app, which was blank. :/ It was a great app, until they upgraded and made it mandatory to create an account and pay to use it, sorry tiny invoice but you've lost my love, it isn't me, it's you.
I have been using this app since last few years. Suddenly I got logged out and when I tried logging in again, no data was there!!! I have tried all possible troubleshooting and still no solution. I have even tried mailing them but no answer yet. Need urgent help. Its very important for me. Edit : Again same issue happened. Mailed support many times. No response.

You can get all the essential invoicing premium features without breaking the bank.
Worked great until an update around the beginning of the year. "Saving" an invoice is confusing as there is no button that says "save". Now my client isn't receiving my invoices in their mail since the update, even in their junk mail, even though my email shows it sent. To make it better, when I re-open my past invoices, all the dates are changed to the same day... On every invoice! But if I check my entered "time", the dates there still show the correct ones. Very close to uninstalling..
It was working great when i thought i started the free trial. Then they charged me 9.99 and 99.99. When i requested a refund for the annual fee 99.99 i got it back but then the app was messed up. It wouldn't let me make an invoice. It kept saying i need to renew my subscription. Then it would say i am subscribed and my next payment is feb 26th. I emailed them 3 times about this issue. No response. Can't get another refund through google for the 9.99 either. Ridiculous.
I use invoice maker daily for my company. Easy to use. lots of benefits for keeping track of everything. wish it was more instant for syncing all my devices so they all matched. but other wise solid app. devices eventually sync. but if I made an invoice on my phone, and then took my tablet to a client within the same hour. the new invoice wouldn't have synced to my tablet. I'd like to be able to log on and off multiple devices at once and have every device be instantly updated to be the same
This app stores component pricing information along with your detailed descriptions. That feature alone saves hours of work because I don't have to type in an items price each time. I also like that discounted pricing is built into the app. The "discount field" is a simple toggle and the switch allows you to include any discounts expressed as percent or total.
I'm done with this app. everytime I fill out the note section, I come back and my notes are gone. I literally have to copy & paste it somewhere so it can save. it also isn't sending my invoices through email 90% of the time. I have to check my sent folder way too often. Do not pay for any subscription through this app. I don't know why I struggle to use it for Years. There isn't even a customer service.
I have been searching for an invoice app for long long time and finally found it!! I am so happy to find an app that is perfect for my one man wholesale business. My customers can be created quickly to write up a quick invoice and later can be edited with more information. items also can be created right there on the spot if not already created before. Price can also be changed quickly. It's got such a easy function like writing my old paper invoice, but convenience of mobile phone invoice saved product, customers when I want. Best part is that it is free! I had some trouble setting up printer wifi connection, but it was just my lack of connecting wireless issue. It even has purchase and expense section, which I will be using starting of the new year to keep track of all my business's finance in one tiny app. Only downside was when I changed the phone, all the product, customer information transferred over to new phone, but not the past invoices. Is there way for me to access my data with PC?
Been using Tiny Invoice for years. Very easy to use, multiple backup methods and syncing between devices. I had the app installed on my old phone and got a new one but didn't transfer my apps. I didn't realize I was in trouble till I had to write a new invoice. I went to the store downloaded the app and like magic all my invoices were there. A sigh of relief later and I was back to work. I had a small issue, contacted support and they fixed it immediately! They keep the updates coming in 2024!
