I was using the free version for a long time and the experience was good. yesterday I subscribed to the pro version. after that when I play song, it is getting struck after one minute. why

WORST UI.. Even after, I took 1yr subscription, I cannot remove songs directly from my playlist. I have to click edit then manually search the song I want to remove ( doesn't have search opt on edit) from all the songs in my playlist and then remove. Even the UI is too slow and laggy, sometimes the search bar on the playlist disappears and i have to scroll down continuously to get back the search bar and even adding songs to playlist so difficult because most of the time it doesn't update

I like this app even though when we want a really really nice we have to buy but for me the sound quality without is nice and even we can like the favourite song or like to a playlist and even we skip to next songs if they just give us a free nice super bro quality songs without being it will be nice compare to Spotify for me this one is nice than Spotify

I enjoy the wide music collection and user-friendly interface of JioSaavn, but there is one issue that affects my experience. While using the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, the music gets interrupted whenever notifications from other applications appear. This breaks the flow of listening and becomes irritating, especially when multitasking. If JioSaavn can fix this issue and improve smoother background playback, it would be a much better music experience.

I am giving only 3 stars because people usually download this app hoping to set any song of their choice as a caller tune. But the reality is different — first, it’s very difficult to even find the desired song, and second, only a limited number of songs are actually available to set as caller tunes. If you are downloading this app to listen to songs, then it’s fine. But if you are downloading it just for HelloTunes, then honestly, it’s not good

How is this app even a thing? This is a genuine review by a premium user, this app sucks... It's only good for Hindi songs there are no lyrics even for most Hindi songs, not one lyrics enabled English song. There are a lot of artists missing like Radiohead (it shows in search but that's not the artist page), and the ui is laggy, I have good internet but artists aren't loading, I added many things to the library only to see nothing's been registered... Such a disappointment...

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately only giving 1 star that too for giving feedback else it doesn't deserve even one star. Since I have paid a premium, I'm barely able to play any song. It just keeps on buffering while having a good internet connection. when I was using it for free it had no network issue but right after getting a premium, I'm literally fed up.

The app itself is easy to use, and even on the free version, I can find and play almost any song I want, which is perfect for when I'm just casually listening. The paid "Pro" subscription is a great deal, too, since it gives me ad-free listening and the ability to download songs for when I'm on the go.

Worst app ever. U won't get the songs u want to listen. Doesn't have the diversity n also u can't do anything about it.so i don't recommend this app to u guys. Go for spotify as 99.99% song u will find it there. additional problem is u can connect desktop app with Facebook . my number shows free version when added n when I connect facebook in mobile it connected with premium but when u do this desktop app. it's useless. won't connect with facebook

"I really like JioSaavn for music, but the ringtone selection feature has become very disappointing. Earlier, we could choose from multiple parts of a song to set as a caller tune. Now the app gives only one random segment, and it doesn’t let us select the exact portion we want. This makes the feature less useful and frustrating. Please bring back the option to choose specific segments like before." i don't know these people are doing it wantedly or not

The worst app I have ever used. If you do not have a subscription; you get only 5 free skips of songs for a day and after a few songs it forces you to open the app and skip the advertisement and if you don't open the app to skip, the whole time music will be paused.

very very less collection of songs especially for Kannada, I have a pro subscription of JioSaavn But I'm so disappointed as the collection is very less and recommendations of songs are also very bad. please add many more kannada collections and improve the song recommendations. If you solve these issues then you do not need to ask the customers to take a pro subscription, they will only buy your pro subscription. Concentrate on the problems the subscribers are facing and solve it asap.

I have a paid membership and I have been using jio saavan for the past 6 years, it's been a month and I am unable to play any songs. Once I click on the play button it keeps loading indefinitely. I have a good/stable internet connection as well so, that's not the issue. I tried to uninstall and install the app again but still no luck. I urge the Saavan team to help me fix the problem. I started to use other platforms as I am left with no other option. Please find a solution to this issue.

This app deserves 5 stars because of the good quality of the music and we can play as much songs as we want which is the main reason for me to love this app. Thankyou JioSaavn for giving us a new update of playing unlimited songs.

If i could give less i will . The app have been pausing a lot lately . While I drive while I workout. Its pointless to have it if I have to unpause it every 2 mins . I reached out to the customer service. All they can tell me is that there is an update available and please update. Which is really pissing me off because the app is upto date on my phone. I paid for a year's worth of service . I need a refund . I stopped using this app in July so I need a refund starting then. Worst music app.

While, yes, the app does let you listen to many songs for free, a lot of songs are marked as "Pro Only" outside of India, but is available to listen for free in India. Additionally, it has some underdeveloped designs, such as when you want to listen to a podcast, it clears out your entire queue and replaces it with all the podcasts on a specific channel.

Have been a Pro subscriber for nearly two years, and had no trouble with this app. Then I got a new phone, and can't access Pro. I messaged JioSaavn, and they were particularly unhelpful, just telling me to sign in with my Facebook account, which I had already done. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times to no avail. I synced my phone number this time, and that may be the problem, but there is no way for me to unsync it. Three days, and still can't access what I paid for.

It stop after every song. Sometimes you can't even finish one song. Sometimes I feel like I made a mistake by taking subscription. I could listened non stop song on free version. I know you guys would say delete the apps and reinstall the apps. Yes! I have done so many times still facing the same problem. Now I am thinking not to listen anymore . Because it so frustrating when it stops every few minutes.
