So here's my take on JRNY®. I've tried a bunch of fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. The personalized workouts are great - it really does adjust based on your ability and how much time you have. The production quality of the classes is also top-notch. But it's not without its issues. The app can be buggy at times and the selection of workouts, while growing, is still a bit limited compared to some competitors. Overall though, I'd say it's a really good option if you want a convenient, customized home workout experience.

Cons

  • App can be a little glitchy sometimes
  • Workout selection is still growing, not as extensive as some
  • Membership costs add up if you don't use it consistently

Description

Been using JRNY® for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that gives you personalized workouts. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do – there’s a library of different workout classes you can pick from, like cardio, strength training, and whole-body stuff. It kinda gets to know your fitness level and recommends workouts based on how you’re feeling that day. There’s also real-time coaching, which is pretty cool. And you can stream entertainment while you work out, which is a nice touch.

Look, if you’re into fitness apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the app can be a little glitchy sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re looking to stay active at home.
