Very good idea. I love the concept of getting to know other Jewish guys from all around the globe for any reason it may be. The only problem which this app is having right now is that there is a bug: When there is a match and I get notified of it, once I open the app, the matching doesn't show up. That's how unfortunately I missed lots of matches. And I don't think it have nothing to do with members unmatch by themselves. I hope this issue will be fixed soon. Thanks

The worst experience Ever. The app doesn't let me update info, doesn't tell me when I received a message. And I try to cancel my premium subscription and create a blank profile to start from zero,and now I can never use it again. It has been 5 days that I am trying to contact customer service in order to start my profile blank, so I can write it all over and NOBODY returns to my emails. Just an automatic customer service message. Do not waste your money.

You can't do anything in this app for free except swipe and send superswipes. Their algorithms recommend women who are far away from your location more often than women who are local. You can't contact anyone about this, even the community moderators.

Awful app that isn't debugged. The matches and messages aren't always refreshed automatically and I don't get notifications. This means that I have to periodically open the app and drag to refresh inside the app to find out if I have anything. I've complained months ago and it's still an issue that they are "supposedly working on and it takes time". Not only that, it's now constantly "loading" so I can't see any profiles with which to swipe. I've tried logging out and back in and reinstalling it

Glitchy and outdated, a Facebook account is absolutely needed to use this app. The app won't let you update your job, your education and a few other prompts. The interface is mostly outdated but at least most functions are not pay-walled and you can definitely meet other Jews in your area!

Don't understand when I decrease the searching distance it says 'no one around you'. Surely there must be males within 200 miles from my location. Biggest waste of money upgrading to put myself in a different country. No one within 10 miles of me being in North London. It only gives me new people when I search worldwide. Won't be continuing with my subscription. And yet again it says no one around me when I decrease the mile radius and I'm in New Orleans!!! Keeps saying adjust settings.

The mechanics are the same as two three years ago. With the premium you really got the advantage of looking in the areas where you want. Nice touch for the preferences filters. There is little done for real matchmaking or even presenting yourself. What is more perturbed is the lack of interest given my women to present themselves or put some pictures with themselves. I got each day at least one match, which is a good stat, but none would respond. Even the basic salut is too much it seems. Bots.

awful app. really buggy and messages don't get delivered. I had to pay to see people that like me and even then it held back profiles after I paid. I saw a page full of people that liked me but when I clicked on the first person they all disappeared. this app is a scam and only want money from people without offering a functioning app in return! don't waste your money!

why am I getting thus "app not active: this app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. you will be able to log in when the app is reactivated"

Currently not accessible (only one option to connect through FB 🤦). Charging tons of money. Almost every option in app is for money.

Android notifications Work! You need to go to app settings and set the battery to unrestricted. This will allow the app to properly send you notifications, doesn't work properly on default battery settings. The app needs to change the permissions for you, its possible as i have done this in apps I made.

It has become a horrible useless app! Even on a 100 miles radius, the choices have become very limited, the pictures do not update and the app malfunctions! Worst part, their cust service is absolutely non existent even for paying members. Waste of time :( UPDATE: now down to 1 star and that is too much for it! This app has become ridiculous & useless! It does not send messages, matches do not match correctly & selecti. The daily star & email option no longer working & everyone is leaving app!

I read a lot of reviews before installing this app and...with guarded optimism, I gave it a try. The filters are worthless, especially where it comes to distance. I have tried all up to 50 miles and seem to only get matches that are over 100 miles or more, none less than that. Do not get me wrong, there are some beautiful women up in the LA area, but the distance is too great. So disappointing that such a basic function does not work. Time to get new programmers!

Requires FB login now. I also uses your profile data from FB and won't allow you to change that information in the app. If you want to change things like languages, current city, interests, etc. you have to change it on FB and press an update button. I don't use my FB and the app is a hassle to use. I never had a good experience with the app anyways.

Glitchiest app of all time. The idea is great and even the layout, but I messages sometimes don't send for over a week, I need to log in every time I open the app, and the preferences always reset. Plus, just now it's not even letting me sign in, it's just bringing me to Facebook home page and not doing a thing! Right when I had a few new matches too 🙃🤦‍♂️ Edit: not as bad as it used to be, but still randomly logs me out, and doesn’t adjust the settings until I try again a few times.

Biggest issue I have is that the distance choices are inflexible. It gives you a choice of 20 miles away and then jumps straight to 50. That's a huge difference! To give you and example, for me that brings in NYC, which is too far from me and increases the potential matches to sort through tenfold. Why not do 5 mile increments? Or 1 mile like most apps?

Terrible Service. I'm logged out every time I close the app. My messages sometimes don't send. No notifications. I kept thinking I was being ghosted by women after 24 hours. Turns out I'm actually just not getting their messages! Confirmed that they never arrive after 1 day of chatting. I paid for premium and am extremely disappointed with the lack of development for simple features. Absolutely terrible service. Uninstalling and reinstalling does absolutely nothing.

Edit June 19 Keeps crashing. My criticism from years ago still applies. Its like no one ever read it XX I like the concept, but this needs a lot of work. I've selected a 50 mile radius and sometimes get matches 2000+ miles away. I'd like to see the option of kosher at home added. And whether or not someone has kids or wants kids, etc. And whether or not someone is a smoker. It would make it easier to select a potential match from the get go rather than waste each other's time.

full of bugs. messages will seem like they sent, and then you come back hours later to find out they never went through, leaving your matches hanging. constantly have to refresh your messages and matches to get them to show up, app assumes you don't have any. Will show you the same profiles several times over. honestly, everything about this app is pretty pathetic in terms of UI/UX. it's no wonder it's fallen by the wayside. honestly an offense to our community

I paid for an entire month of premium, because alot of features are pay walled by a subscription. Which is more expensive than netflix! It's been down nearly a week and this is not the first time this has happened! What a waste of my money! I can't even log in because it relies on facebook integration to log in. Users have begged to get rid of facebook integration because of how often this happens. Save your money and Get a dating app that actually works!
