It's ok. I bought a cheap smart watch, and this was the app that was compatible with the watch. It was easy to connect and upload, but what I don't like is the backward date. It has the day the month. I wish there was an option to correct that because there are times I mix it up...lol. Other than that, it works fine. Sure, the steps are a bit off, but I expected that for a cheap smart watch.

This app is used for my ring. The ring's data is excellent, however the app has big issues. 1, in order to retrieve my step counts I have to open the app/close it/clear cache/force stop/reopen app and then let it sit for a few minutes. Ridiculous, but the data is good once it's returned. 2, I cannot sync with anything else. Not my Pixel watch, not Google Fit, not mySugr, not FitBit. I would love this data to be available because it is more accurate. No export option either. Fix & I'll re-review.

Pairing the watch was a struggle. Couldn't download apps to it or turn on notifications for ones I actually use instead of the list in this app. Accidentally left my watch at home when I went to work and have not been able to pair it with the app on my phone since. My Bluetooth says it's connected to the watch but the app only connects to the watch for a fraction of a second over and over and now I can't sync anything. Really disappointed. FAQ section in app is junk, lacks customer support.

App is very limited and either the app or the smart ring firmware are literally making up numbers for heart rate and blood ox sometimes. You can get valid looking readings without even wearing the ring, which means it either can't it's reading is wrong or it is making things up to make it look like it is bettwr at getting a reading then it really is. Either way it's not good. App also can't integrate with Google Fit, so it's rather limited and you can only read the data from the app.

So far, basic functions seem to be working fine. It took a bit of hunting to find th eright place to change the dial settings. would be nice if I could get the battery status on the custom face. Also need to be able to add more apps to the notification functions. I don't use any of the ones listed but need to know when a Teams message comes in.

At this point it is mixed review. As some of the features work fine when the app and the watch stay synced together. But that dies not happen unless I keep manually having to sync the two together constantly. They are supposed to have an 8 to 10 meter range but it will unsync with the phone in my pocket. I am beginning to think it's just more cheap Chinese garbage. As it is the second watch I have purchased that came out of China that has been glitchy and doesn't work as claimed.

I absolutely DETEST this G28 Smartwatch! It's NOT worth the money, but this app requires me to give it 1 star when it doesn't deserve 1/100th of a star! I've had it for 2 weeks and never could create an account. Have charged it twice and went to charge it the 3rd time, and it starts to charge, but then it vibrates and stops. Also, the blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate all read the same rates every time and aren't even close to the readings from other machines. I'm livid!

I have the smart ring, have tried it for a week. It doesn't seem to work. Last night it didn't do my sleep data. It isn't accurate on steps. Those were the 2 main things I wanted it for. Instructions in the manual and elsewhere are given in strange English. Like a non English speaker,so it's hard to understand. Not even sure it's connected to my phone. I don't recommend this smart ring and I'm returning mine.

Would really like to be able to see a chart of readings instead of only the last one or averages. Spo2 doesn't have a chart at all. Lots of room for improvement here. Can't yet speak to the accuracy. Updates: First night... app thinks I was asleep from 10:30 to 12:15 but... I was not. Really need a way to delete sleep that wasn't sleep. Battery life is a joke. 44% to dead in an hour last night. Auto b/p readings would be great.

It's good but the notification I can't get rid of gets really annoying, it used background data without permission, and I'm unable to stop it from running in the background. I only ever use this app for the watch, and it gets annoying when it either connects via Bluetooth without me knowing, or just says its connected without actually being connected. Please fix at least one of these issues.

I had a 20 dollar watch and it worked better than this one this one doesn't stay connected to my Bluetooth. Was disappointed I thought it would be way better than the other since the price tag was more but boy I was wrong. Thinking about sending it back n getting n my money back for it honestly. Wished there was a different app you can use or something. My other one was easy to use easy to connect and it stayed that way.

Hard to pair but good once it does. For a basic experience, its just fine. You do hav to sync ea time, unless u want to leave it running in background, which will kill ur battery. The bp readings are too low so I dont use that feature. The walk feature seems to cut out, but that not a big deal 4 me as i just use my othr walk app for that. I'm not picky & don't need everything to be located in one spot. This tracker & app are fine for basic use.

Inconsistent. The UI doesn't have a consistent graph layout for heart rate so every day you look at it, it may show on a graph of 0-100 or 30-120 or 65-110. Only way to see your heart rate day-by-day is in a week view with little functionality. Ring quits tracking for periods of time despite it being charged and in a correct position, have to sync to remind it. Automatic heart check only runs every hour despite setting it to 30 or 15 minutes.

I got the smartwatch from Temu as a free gift. I had a little bit of trouble getting connected to the app but once connected, no issues. The battery life is great. The notications are good. I use the weather, calendar, steps, sleep, pulse and call functions. The call function is very loud and clear. Several people didn't know I was speaking via the watch. I was only able to add my favorites to my call list, but I'm unable to access my whole contact list. The voice assist works pretty well.

You get what you pay for, for real. I bought the smart ring to track steps and sleep. I don't like smart watches. The battery life is great but the app is just the worst. It doesn't sync with anything like Google Fit or MyFitnessPal even though it claims to. And now there is apparently a firmware update that won't download and I can't sync any data as a result.

The app available didn't have all of the features as advertised, specifically the heart rate feature, which is why I purchased the smart ring. And I could never get the app to sync with the ring after following the given instructions exactly multiple times and reinstalling it multiple times. I contacted support via email but have not heard back. I would not recommend buying any products associated with this app or company. From now on, I will make sure that what I purchase is in America.

It refuses to connect to my phone. I returned one because I thought it was defective. Now the new one they sent will not connect either. The app keeps coming up telling me to "connect to Bluetooth" but no matter how many times I click on it just comes back up again. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Spend a little more & get a better watch maybe. This one is junk!!!

I am discovering that your phone app doesn't work. It doesn't track my walks. It gives inaccurate results. If the app didn't sync with my smart watch, I would not get the information I need. It doesn't give splits on times. I track 3 miles most days. My goal is to complete at a pace of less than 20 minutes per mile. Your app does not break the times down. Next, the app records my walks at less than a mile, while my watch syncs over on a different page showing the accurate view of my pace.

Works with-in reason. I would like to be able to have it measure my blood oxygen level periodically at least while I sleep. The issue is, you have to ask for it by pressing the option. As far as readings, most are good but some are off a bit, don't know if it's the app or device when they are incorrect. My health ring is an inexpensive one so hard to know. I'm content and the readings are not far off.

Adequate When It Works Basic tracking of steps , heat and blood oxygen levels. Sleep Tracking is a nice feature....when it works. Seems to be hot or miss, tracking on some nights, but not every night. Blood Oxygen level has to be manually run, and not on auto schedule like heart rate. It's a simple fitness tracker that may work for a basic user who wants general health information.
