I wish I would have started using this watch before it was due back to be returned. I've never used a device this bad in my life. I don't recommend this app or device. Save your $ Was hoping after not using it for a while and downloading the app again there would be a change. Still same issues (not connecting, off sync with my workout calories, steps, heart rate ) I have sent an email directly to the company and no response At this point I'm done. Will notify BBB this is unacceptable!!!

The watch won't stay connected, so there's no low battery warning. When the battery dies, you lose all data since the last sync. No texts on the watch when you aren't connected either. Edit to add: I have not received a low battery warning when my watch is disconnected, and it disconnects randomly with no warning and functions as a watch until it dies with no warning.

Horrible interface, unclear instructions, data is not logging or syncing properly, the app asks for way too many permissions and won't function without the permissions. Claims made in my devices instruction manual are not available in the "APP." Buy a Garmin if you want something that will actually work. I thought this would be a good budget option but after 30 minutes of trying to record data only one measurements was made every 15 minutes - and doesn't log properly in other modes it claims to.

App has great potential but some things still need work. Sometimes records things as sleep when I am not sleeping. Also, the water intake is in milliliters even though I am on imperial measurements. Biggest issue is the reporting of the distance traveled. On one screen it says that I traveled a certain distance on a given day but on the other screen it gives a completely different distance for the same day. One is obviously wrong (unless) I was 8 ft tall.

Drained my phone battery running in the background. I have a brand new Pixel 9 Pro, and the battery life was significantly, negatively impacted by this app running in the background. It's also not a very good app, hard to find things in the settings, and overall rather primitive. Too bad, because I liked the watch well enough, but not at the expense of my phone's battery life.

After the latest update the app won't even let me scan for my device. I've un-installed and reinstalled the app, checked Bluetooth and app permissions. When I try to add a device, the app doesn't even scan. A window saying it can't detect any devices pops up and locks me out of the app. I have to close and restart the app to back out of that window. I even bought 2 new watches thinking mine was bad, but it connects to my sons phone just fine. I am running the newest version of the app.

For the price of the watch it works pretty well. Not the most accurate, but I've never used a fitness watch before. The accuracy of steps, exercises, and sleep can be improved. Other improvements I would like to see... 1. an ability to make notes on events. (Ex. When tracking your heart rate, if it spikes, you can add a note on the tracker as to why it spiked. This is important for when the watch fails to take accurate measures.) 2. A calendar for notes. Track symptoms, activities, etc....

Forgets some settings, yet remembers others. I edit and remove things like water tracking, sleep, etc. from the Health screen and they mysteriously reappear. It remembers I want imperial units and Fahrenheit. Also, when customizing the screen, choosing an image, rejecting it then going to select another causes you to start from the beginning rather than where you left off in the image list. More color choices on the custom screen would be nice, too.

It would be nice to able answer an in comeing call's, instead of only the option to hang up. And maybe have more options on customizable face plates as well. Otherwise, so fare I'm not having any issues. On the faceplate, would be cool to add something like the codec calls from Metal Gear Solid games. Showing a picture of a person who is calling on one side. And the owner picture on the other side. Or something along the line of. Also, would be cool to have an add on card of a camera.

Not syncing with arm device:( It was at one time, and now it is not syncing steps count from my device. The sleep tracker is reporting, but I question its accuracy. Says I've only gotten 10 minutes of REM sleep the last 7 nights in a row. Not happy with this at all. Also, although I have the settings toggled to share with Google Fit - it is definately not sharing. Also permissions have been granted with device and apps.

Never connects to Bluetooth. Doesn't keep track of steps correctly. Some how I can walk 3 miles having just gone 1000 steps. Trash app trash product. Do not bother with it. They will lie and say to just pull down your screen but then why isnt it changing?? Oh because it's a lie!! Had it like three months and already it's in the garbage. Thanks for nothing. I refuse to buy another thing from you. Rip offs.

WARNING!! Check out all the permissions this app has. Plus, there is no way to remove them. Most of the permissions are hidden so they can sneak into your phone and get your inforo, I'm assuming. It has the ability to change other apps, access everything, whether necessary or not, and permission to share all the info from all the apps on your phone to the network. Uninstall before you get hacked!!!

Everything on this works if I keep on the device linking refreshing thingy in the app, except for hours of sleep. My resting heart rate and BP are so low, and I'm up until 3-4, sometimes 5 am, so it will just say I'm sleeping, even if I'm awake and active. This feature used to just be spotty here and there but has somehow gotten worse over time.

Got this watch for cheap on amazon (~$10-15) and have never had a single problem with it. It tracks the weather, steps, distance, heartbeat, calories, and sleep (deep sleep, light sleep, falling asleep, and awake), and can also be used to recieve calls and messages! The battery life varies so I typically charge it every night. If you deleted the app, you can get all of your information back by going to "Me", "Account management", then "Synchronous cloud record", and it should recover everything!

This app works fine with my device, and it doesn't seem to excessively drain my battery or use data. It apears to sync on a schedule or when you open the app (rather than continuously sync). One quality of life change I would like to see is to have more control over watch face options. There is only one template for a custom watch face. More importantly, it would be nice to be able to lock the watch face. I'm constantly accidentally changing the watch face.

App is pretty good, but I have noticed some issues: I have it set to imperial units, but when I want to input water intake it only allows milliliters. Also it is impossible to edit things. For instance, when I relax in the evening, it gets counted as sleep and I can't correct it. Also, if I forget to wear the tracker, I can't input sleep later. Nor can I select the date to input water intake, if I forgot to record it the same day. Also I would like to be able to lock the watch. Always reverts.

Overall it's okay, but the watch and the don't do half of what it claims it can. I like the tempature, pulse and blood pressure. The sleep monitoring is hopeless. If I believed the watch, I've slept 2 hours over the past 72 hours. It doesn't sync with other apps and I can't get the weather to show.

Biphasic sleep was the absolute norm for millenia before the modern 9-5. People would go to bed for four hours or so, then get up in the middle of the night for an hour or so, then go back to bed. If you even wake up to pee and go RIGHT back to bed afterward, it still refuses to track the second half of your sleep no matter how deeply you sleep. The worst is that if you forget to sync your watch to the app daily, you lose all your data from the day, unlike other more popular fitness trackers.

For the most part I like the app. The only thing that seems messed up is the Sleep mode. the sleep mode doesn't work quite right. I think the awake is mixed up with sleep... it keeps showing me awake most of the night and asleep when I know I am awake. But that's the only thing I find wrong. It would be neat to have stress levels and breathing exercise but not a necessity.

My Fitness Tracker just stopped being able to charge. There is only one one way the magnets connect and absolutely no charging. I cleaned the contacts on both the Tracker and charging cable. I went to the app and just reset it and it did the job. Whew!! I thought it was a goner for sure. Sorry about the negative review - just scanned the bar code on the box and the light bulb in my brain came on.
