Very bad experience. I ordered something from this app from the known restaurant. It showed me the price double than actual. Before placing the order it showed me discount coupons. At the time of finalizing the order, it says coupons not available. Also, delivery time is even worst. It takes 40 minutes to deliver from the restaurant which is hardly 1km away from your delivery location.

Exceptional delivery service, with great attitude from delivery personnel so far. The food is always delivered hot, without spills or damaged packaging, and most of the time before the estimated arrival. Many vouchers, %discounts (applicable to most orders without order limit) & zero delivery charges on almost all restaurants, which make their service unbeatable in the market. Great service & delivery, please keep it up. Looking forward to see you in the market of Groceries delivery.

Has many flaws: 1- sometime you wait over an hour then they tell you no curriour has accepted the order. The process and confirmation has to be optimized for vetter user experience 2- No possibility to change the order location after you submit the order. This happens to me because the location was not updated when I ordered, which supposed to happen automatically. 3- Very bad customer service

they have put ETA which is not being followed. you need to contact the customer service just to check what happened to your order and they have no significant action at all. they just keep on telling sorry and just wait. I have waited more than an hour for one order only. job well done! 👏👏👏 I stopped using their app

First order is 20 mins late, and I cancelled and requested for a refund. also the delivery time mentioned for the restaurant was 35 mins, and after I ordered, the delivery time showed as 1 hour. The app reminds me of Temu and Ali express. the number can't be called as it's always busy since they don't have a proper customer service platform. Extremely disappointed.

This might just be a personal experience, but the delivery here barely has any effort in it. My first delivery took an hour to come, and my second took an hour and 30 minutes. This delivery was so frustrating because the carrier barely had any direction and went to the wrong side of where I asked. Customer service isn't great too, as the service immediately proceeded to refund instead of taking this into consideration.

I had a terrible experience with this food delivery service. My order was significantly delayed, and when I tried to contact customer support, I was met with unhelpful responses and long wait times. To make matters worse, they cancelled my order without my consent and didn’t even bother to offer a proper explanation or compensation. What’s even more frustrating is that I tried to reach out through the chat multiple times, and they ended the chat abruptly without resolving anything.

Im very much disappointed with my order. When the order arrived it was melted already as well as I had a missing item. I tried to contact the customer service through the app but they are not helpfull and they didnt respond with empathy as well. Its been more than 30 min im still waiting for them to respond 😒. Very very disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Keeta application. I placed an order, but when it was delivered, one of the products I paid for was missing. When I raised the issue with their support team, their justification was that the merchant is “unreachable” and therefore they cannot take any action. This response is unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted Keeta to ensure that my order was fulfilled.

I would have rated it minus but unfortunately that's not available. Horrible experience & pathetic customer service. Delivery time mentioned for the restaurant was 35 mins. However, after placing the order & payment, they showed 1 hour and there's an "On-time Promise" for voucher attached if delivery is late. Now after the food is picked up and they were sure that there will be delay, they conveniently changed it to 1:30 mins. Ordered crispy but soggy & cold when arrived. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Worst experience with this app. Customer care is useless, no proper support at all. Delivery is always late and the ETA keeps changing again and again. You can’t even cancel the order once placed, which is very frustrating. On top of that, prices are higher compared to other apps. And what’s the point of a refund policy if the order comes super late and the time keeps changing? Not worth it at all.

My first experience was very bad. Just a few minutes after confirming my order, I saw on the app that it was marked as “delivered,” but I didn’t receive anything. I tried to contact the driver, but he didn’t answer. After waiting 45 minutes, I contacted customer service, and the result was that they cancelled the order and told me to wait 7 days for the refund.

The app gives you a %50 off for first order voucher, but when the payment failes and you resubmit the order, the app strips away the voucher. Customer service is useless and frustrating. It was a condescending interaction where the customer service just says "you got a good deal and just accept it" with no help whatever. This was my first and last order. Deleting this app for the bad service.

Very bad experience and poor customer service. Twice they sent my order with missing items. They refused to take the food back or refund fully — only the missing items. What can I do with appetizers without the main dish? Totally unacceptable. I will delete this app from my phone.

Missing items and they didn't even refund for all the missing items. They put money in my wallet which i did not request nor approve and they are not allowing me to delete my account unless i spend money to empty the wallet. This is literally blackmail. They are the worst support i have ever talked to and useless.

Deliveries are really really late. They wait until 1 minute before they have to give the coupon to deliver. Plus, when you add customizable options, you can't even modify them. Fries and drinks? Sure! Take whatever we send you.

awful customer service. the prices for the food in the bill are higher than the menu, when I asked the customer service, she told me that it was the delivery fee which was hidden in the food price, in the bill was not mentioned as delivery fee. the difference was 50 aed food supposed to cost 87 but the bill was 137. and the restaurant was just 15 minutes far from me.

I made an order and picked the only location I have saved on my account, for some reason it turned out to be a different location that I've never seen before! I called the courier to change their direction, they say they have to follow the location they received on the app, only after finishing the order they can go to the original location, so now I want to cancel the order but I can't do that either! What a waste of everyone's time over stupid rules that are helping no one.

initially, I thought the app is good. given its many good discounts and good customer service. After some time, I found out that they are charging platform fees disguised as food. So even if you don't order the food in your receipt, you are being charged for it - "platform fees" they said.

it's a good service. however, I still use Talabat even if it's more expensive because of the customization option. In keeta there is no customization or a section to leave notes if you want to remove an ingredient. while in Talabat you can. I will definitely use the service once they allow that option. Delivery prices are better but no point if I'm not able to remove ingredients which i'm allergic to. I hope they fix this issue soon.
