Until now my experience has been good but currently the app is not opening for some reason. I use the paid version and now neither I can access it nor uninstall it.

Download it. It worked fine for a day, and It stopped working the next day. Not even loading the front page. Disappointed. I guess that's a result of the new update.
I take subscription of 3 months it was working very nice but after 1 week . I am not able to open the app it's only showing buffering,I am very disappointed with this.

The application has no notifications, even though the application has been set to On and the language settings always return to English, which is not what was selected.
The worst application for weight loss. and its food capture features is even more terrible.it never recognises the food .i regret I took a subscription. i wasted my money.
Good functional app, but HAS DARK PATTERN OF UI/UX. Every four or three clicks, there are un-close-able (for a few seconds) payment page. It sucks. Really sucks. I really hate what you are doing. If you want paying users, just reduce the features, not doing this dark pattern stuff.

after a day of taking subscription, the app has stopped working. It doesn't load and will be at the initial page. i tried to uninstall and install, cleared cache and all. it doesn't work. is my subscription money waste now?
I paid for 3 months subscription.After 2 days I am not able to even open the app.Trying to sing in but its not working.I want to cancel my membership and request to refund the amount I paid.The app is not working so I don't know where to contact.Also there is no response to email
The App Excellent but my only issue is when I'm connected to My Home WiFi it launches easily but when I'm using Cellular Data when I'm not home it doesn't Opens like no matter how many times I try it doesn't Opens.
This is a terrible app. I'll advise anyone not to download it at all. I downloaded it just yesterday and paid for a year subscription. The app is no longer opening just a day after, it keeps loading and loading.
Havent finished setting my account up yet but it doesnt let you have weird hours. i work overnight shift so my breakfast is around 1pm and my dinner is around 3am. It WILL NOT let me select this as an option :/
Really bad. I payed for this 1 year subscription and after that this app isn't even working. I want my money back if it's not going to work. First you bait with large amount then make 12 month subscription 199 rupees then you lock out a user????? Is that how it works!?
I thought this app provides you with a proper diet plan with proper instructions when to take and all but this app is just a tracker. thats it. there are plenty of free trackers but this one charges you for tracking your meal.
The subscription arrangement is bad. I subscribed to the 3 month plan: 360 naira and some fractions PER WEEK, but 4999 naira was debited from my account at a go. Please know what you are subscribing to. I couldn't even get customer service to talk to

The app was very useful for tracking fasting and calorie intake according to my workouts, so I bought a yearly subscription expecting full access and proper support. However, the app now either doesn’t open or gets stuck on the loading screen for hours and then crashes repeatedly. Notifications also don’t work—they turn off automatically every time I try. I’ve reinstalled it many times but nothing helps. There’s no customer support contact. I want a full refund immediately.
I have used this app for a while and I even subscribe to it but I am so mad and disappointed at the app even though I spent good money in it. the app always glitch, sometimes it appears too big on my screen that I can't see, sometime I will not be able to login the app at all and see only the orange screen for minutes and instead of logging in, it suddenly throw me out. It's hard to keep track of thing normally when you can't even enter the app!
