Needs a reward system. Give your customers a reason to come back (besides the food)! Reward your customers on their birthday. Your competitors offer a lot more. Finally, make sure you're advertising correct restaurant hours. A lot of your restaurants didn't get the memo that they're supposed to be open 24 hours according to the app. Good food, but it's not gonna keep me coming back more than once every four months... especially considering the pricing of fast food these days!

Totally useless app for ordering. No link to get help with problems. Only thing you can reliably do is view menu to decide what to order at counter/drive-thru
I was only able to use the app once. (It wouldn't let me remove the coupon or start a new order) After that first time it started looping between saying that the coupon was used a max number of times and when I tried to remove the coupon it said the basket was already submitted. Then I would delete all the items and restart the app and add food then go to checkout and it would give the coupon error then the basket was submitted error over and over again until I deleted the app and made a salad.
App is absolutely unusable. Can't add food to the cart, says try again. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Then app grey's out when you select a restaurant, so you can't even see the menu. Force stopped , and restarted. Was then able to add to cart. Went to checkout, keyboard wouldn't come up to enter card info. Force stop and restart again. Was able to trick the app to bring up the keyboard by cutting and pasting in the field. Then the submit button didn't work at all. Gave up, and drove to the r
So, if the restaurant does not have items that you order, the app does not remove said items from the list. If you order, pay for, and drive to the restaurant to pick up your food, (and the items are not available) you are out of luck. Keep in mind that you have already purchased them. The restaurant will not give you a refund... You will need to get someone on the toll free line..... Good luck.
Absolutely a miserable experience. Saved cards don't work a second time. Nightmare trying to enter in card information because the keyboard won't pull up. It's an app issue, not a phone/Android issue. It takes less time to drive to the restaurant, order food, wait, and drive home than it does to try and order in app.
I accidentally ordered from the wrong location, so I pressed the "Cancel Order" button in the app so I could get my money back. Instead, I got a pop-up that said that I had to go to the location to cancel it. That's not an option. The app's "Cancel Order" button should work. What would happen if someone accidentally ordered from out of state? They wouldn't be able to go to the store and cancel it in person. Fix the "Cancel Order" button.
It seems the app has broken more since the beginning of November, according to other reviews. I attempted to order through the app and as soon as the app opened it told me there was a problem. I tried again there's no luck as it would not let me place an order for pickup in the store nor pick up an order through the drive-thru. Since the best deals are on the app, according to the app's homepage, there is no way to get any type of deals. Please Google deactivate this app immediately!
First they say half off your first order then you go through all the trouble of placing the order and getting ready to pay and find out that the amount is not half so you go back and read the sign again that says use promo code so you put the promo code in then it says must spend $10 or more so I just spent 30 minutes ordering something that should have taken 2 minutes and I still didn't get what I wanted. On top of that you have to wait 14 minutes before your orders ready.
the app is terrible. constant crashes, can't enter valid coupons, tells you to sign-in constantly when you already did, tells you to enter your location for delivery because it's "required" when you already did and won't let you proceed until you do, it makes me want to bite someone's head off. please don't waste your time people. just get a carryout or go to the drive-thru.
Getting robbed. I just placed an order on this app and the total doesn't add up to what the prices are with tax krystal is charging for something they aren't telling you about. And there is no way to contact anyone about this. You charged me $1.99 to much according to the math on the receipt. What was that extra for??? Now the app shows I don't have an order pending and still have not received my food. Y'all stole $30 from me. I want my dam money back
I've reported Krystal to the better business bureau. This app has no way to cancel an order if something happens and the restaurant can't make your order. This has happened to me 4 times now. I order the food, get there and they don't have the items. I'm out my money and lunch. No one answers emails or social media texts. I finally just give up eating Krystal's. If y'all have to steal from us in order to stay in business, maybe go out of business then.
Changing ingredients is super clumsy for something like a pick 5, list gets so long The order summary screen just lists it all with no spaces between each of the 5 items; can barely tell where one item stops and next begins. That's probably why I never get my order correct. So hard to read. Also, when I switched apps to messenger to ask wife a question and switched back to Krystals app, it cleared my entire cart of 15 items.... that was almost enough to make me not even want anything anymore.
I've updated this app multiple times over the past 6 months and have only used it once because all other times, inside the app, the words are cut short. I can never tell what I'm attempting to order because either the word for the item is cut short or the text next to a checkbox is blank. I'd like to save some time and money by ordering through the app, but until it gets fixed, I'll just have to order in person.
Everything was going well up until checkout. That's when I saw what has to be a bug. The subtotal looked about right but the taxes applied was more than the order itself! The total was more than double the subtotal. Obviously I'm not going to trust that the correct total would be charged vs what was displayed. Deleted that order quickly. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Krystal desperately needs an app to better communicate custom orders.
I would really love to have a great app for this location, But this is not it! Get a new developer or fix this please? I've had problems since the time I've opened this app and I have tried so many times over so many days. Right now I can't even order breakfast because everything in my app cart is from my last purchase (the only one time it worked) And it won't clear. It won't let me remove things. It won't let me put in the items I want today. There is no contact us in the app!
I've used a great number of mobile apps for food, but the simple fact that this one links a credit card to a single location is trash as long as you keep going to the same Krystals over and over and over you don't have a problem with the app. But the very second you go to a new crystals you have to completely delete your credit card and put it back in for the new store.
This app malfunctions in some way every time I use it. Most recently it was saying I couldn't order from my closet location, but then let me do our whole online order, only to just then say there was an error. So I change locations.. Which empties my cart and we have to put the whole order in again. No option to pay for your order with Google, PayPal, etc if it lets you login or put in an order at all.
You cannot customize your order. It would not allow me to add cheese to a chick or take the mayonnaise and pickles off. On the five Lrystal combo it allowed me to customize but not for the chick combo. So I had to cancel the whole thing and end up going through the drive-thru and paying more for what I would have gotten. Had I been able to customize it in the app which is not fair to the consumer. Not to mention the fact that you're all food prices have skyrocketed. Definitely not happy.
App was very glitchy. Had to log out and back in multiple times for it to allow me to use a coupon code, and then would not allow me to submit my order. Closed the app and replaced the order 3 different times to no avail. When I went through the drive through they would not honor the coupon because " its only for the app" extremely unhappy and now realize again why I havnt been to a Krystalls in years.
