Reviews for Lazy exercise at home

Great way to get into shape. Best part it's free, for real. Thank u for that developers appreciate that.

I've learned a lot of exercises on this app. It's definitely worth your time & it's a free app. I've had to answer a lot of questions concerning fitness, but I like it. You can never know enough & I like that. The level of exercise gradually gets harder as I expect it would. I would recommend this app 100%! 👍🏼💪🏼

like other reviews have said I opted out of notifications and within 2 minutes I received a notification. I opened the daily exercises and they had 30 days of sitting exercise. This is silly but I don't have a sturdy back chair to even do it. There is no option to choose a different 30 day exercise plan so I uninstalled it.

I started the 30 day challenge and love the food tracking chart. A lot of the recipes look very good and I can't wait to try some of them. Also a lot of choices as to how and what I want to eat. This is a very simple but powerful app and I'm liking the challenge part a lot! See you all in 30 days and hopefully 15 pounds lighter.☮️

great for me. need to lose weight, have tachecardia, dehydrated and have diabetes. this app is FREE and covers ALL my health issues!! I highly recommend it! it's really easy!!

This app is a good reminder to get your exercise in for the day. I also appreciate the water reminder. 💪🏾 Highly recommended for beginners or slow starters.

Excellent free app for couch potatoes and people crawling out of a completely unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. You're only given bite sized routines daily at a time you prefer and these exercises produce highly beneficial health, stamina, energy, flexibility, agility, weight loss and over all body strengthening and toning results if done correctly and consistently!

exercise portion is great, but I don't need to be reminded to drink water or do quizzes every 30min - 4 hours. I turned off notifications in Google for the app, but they still come through.

You can't turn off the notifications. I have it turned off I signed in today and a big box opened saying they need to send me notifications. trying to look around the app before I would make a decision to actually pay for it I kept getting ads.In the 5 minutes I had it open to look around I had to watch 10 ads. I have had it for 2 days and I'm deleting it. Please don't insult my intelligence by "Responding" to this review with one of your canned responses, I won't read it.

Constantly receiving notifications even though I have opted out both in the app and in my phone settings. Only just opened it to check it out, but the ads and notifications are too annoying to keep it installed.

I have tried so many different apps that claim they are free and this is the first one that truly is. I am very pleased with all the helpful meals and great exercises for those who may have a mobility deficit or are just starting out. I do recommend this app and the ads are not too intrusive. They are short and sweet and your back to the good stuff.

I've just started and I must say for a FREE app there's a LOT of info in here, especially the meal planning, etc. Yes, there are ads, but the developers have to make money somehow. Do something else for 20 seconds if it's that big of an inconvenience. it's still better than paying a subscription. My issue is, they all require the use of dumbbells or equip of some kind and that doesn't work for me. Can I remove that option?

This is a great app! First off it's free all you half to do is watch 1 ad before each workout! I love how you can pick a 28 or 30 day program and still have target areas separately! It starts you off as a beginner with 5 min workouts so that you can improve your endurance as it tracks your progress. Also it tracks your water and knowledge with reminders! I recommend this app you have Nothing to Lose but weight!

I was upset after loading this that it automatically launched sites that require payment. The app is free. It would be my expectation that anything in it would be free, unless presented with a large label that said additional features are available for a fee, and had you explicitly select those features with a price in large type. The walk-fit feature notified you that there would be a charge if you continue, and it is in small type. I'm afraid to use it and will be removing it.

This is a very great app with fitness tracking, calorie counting, meal planing, exercise planning and I'm sure many other helpful things I haven't learned about yet. I really like it, I just wish the free trial was longer or maybe a 2 tier subscription level with 2 prices, for a cheap person like myself 😊 lol sorry. But I really do like this app and will subscribe soon! Thank you everyone involved, Erin V edit--- Oops, I guess it can befree with the view of an ad or two. Yay, and thank you sm!

Like nearly all of my apps, I clicked NO when this app asked permission to send notifications. I got notifications anyway. I double-checked my settings. Sure enough, notifications are blocked just as I requested. Doesn't matter, it's still sending me notifications. My guess is that since this app is currently featured in the Play Store, Google is an active participant in breaking its own rules. I don’t use apps from companies that don't respect my wishes. You shouldn't either.

Downloaded the app today. Loved it for the first 30 minutes . I have ALL notifications BLOCKED. But every 20-30 minutes I'm getting ads pop up on my phone from that app and when I go into it, it's an ad playing on the app. Idk how they are doing this, when they are blocked, but if they can do that then probably can get other things off my phone. Do not recommend downloading. Unless you want your stuff stole. Deleting asap

Even if pausing the application or turning off the notifications of this app you will still receive notifications for this app. Every time I would pull down my status bar in the morning there was always a main notification reminding me to drink water or something else. I did all I could to figure this out before uninstalling. I only allow notifications for my phone calls and texts. So annoying to me. Maybe others don't mind.

I haven't had the app long, but you can tell right away that the workouts will be effective, and approachable for beginners. the issue is the ads. I hate ads. I'd pay a subscription to not have to see them, but there's no paid model that I can find. also, they inundate you with notifications. like 4 or 5 at a time. it's too much for me.

I saw other people commenting about how they kept getting notifications even though they opted out... but I thought "hey, maybe the last update resolved the problem". I've barely begun to interact with the app, and it asked me three times if I was sure I didn't want notifications. each time, I said no... but I'm very much receiving pop-ups that are intrusive to my experience on other apps. I've never uninstalled so quickly from this level of irritation before, holy cannoli
