I have started using this app and the functionality is awesome. It can be best used as CRM for small business. It provides reminders on the calls and followup tasks to be done. It has really simplified managing sales funnel for me. I can manage the calender easily and take notes customerwise.

The only thing that was worse my time was the automatic text replies I don't need the CRM, I have my own company CRM and online business card so the only thing I see that was worth this app was the automatic text reminder now they are charging, for the service. it's not worth it Don't waste your money on this product it's not worth it I'm not paying for the service to have the automatic text reminder only when it's been free for years, so you just lost a customer

I stumbled upon this CRM app and gave it a try. Since then my life was waaaaaaay easier thanks to the one-tap to reply customer in WhatsApp right after any calls without the need to go through the hassle of saving the contact number first. There's a tasks tab to monitor your To-dos, you can even set reminders and send Price proposal directly from the app (business card too). Each lead/customer can be identify through customisable labels and you can add your own notes too!

I paid for the very expensive Pro version and it stopped working a few days ago. It claims permissions are missing and when I try to add those it says I need to download an extension. When I do so, I get a message that says Chrome will not install extensions downloaded from that location for my own safety, with no option to override. Pixel 3

The app is very useful and even you can know more about your lead if they have public profiles in FB and LinkedIn. Sometimes it pops out age, company they work for, profile photo. Sometimes it doesn't show anything, it depends on how they share their personal data. Great app to increase productivity, keep track of tasks and a record on your leads.

Wow. My review was really harsh!! Thank you Leader for making me realize I can express myself by making suggestions! I think the layout of the app was beautiful, and being able to group the contacts together for certain tags was AMAZING and VERY helpful, which is why I kept the app so long, but I WISH that I could actually kept track of texts and emails sent through the app IN the app like other CRMs and did not use my phone to send them. Or if it did, that it would send them as a group SMS text instead of as individual SMSs. Also, I would have liked to see the ability to create even the simplest of work flows, maybe even just 2 for free and charge for more. So I can get reminders to contact a certain team member about this on this day or bring a customer an AVON book on that day. Those are the things I was looking for in a CRM, and if you ever add workflows and in app messaging history, even for a monthly fee, please let me know, because the apps layout was pleasing to my eyes and easy to navigate. Simple Workflows and Messaging/Email History. But, you know what, I do miss it sending texts to every call I miss and to every new incoming call. I'll give it another shot lol!

Until now I feel it pretty good but I haven't checked it completely. I'm sure that I'll come back to give it a 5 Edited: 5 stars. The CRM is simpler and easier than even hubspot. The call tracking feature makes it among the top tier CRM. It also supports text and email integration. Extremely easy to use for sales with calendar and reminders to keep tag of meetings. You can use it's notes feature to keep track of the conversations with clients

Update: paid for one year subscription and app became completely non-functional. Trying to get refund per stated on their site. Responses are nil at this point. Don't waste your money.

Hi The app is good, but the export data need improvement to be useful. There are a lot of fields in form after export And opened up in excel, however these fields is not visible in app, so don't make sense. There are no options to select what label(vip, lead, other) you want export only default ones. Please make these improvement to be better.

Superb App. Much needed app for me. I do receive and make too much calls and i forgot what was discussed with whom, but because of leader i can make notes of each call and set reminder if required. One important feature is missing that we cant export leads and contacts with remarks in excel. Now This is going to be paid and that too very expensive. This is not fair. Surely this will decrease their popularity and will cause poor reviews.

Great app. Love the fact that it pops up with all the stats when on a call. Q: how do I create a new contact if their not on my recent call list. The only way I can move the contacts through the pipeline is if they are on my recent call list. Also, for calendar appointments you have to use another app. I think this should be integrated and not have to install another app. Also it would be good to have a KPI/Lead conversion stats. Also a visual funnel/pipeline. But apart from these, it's great.

I find this app to be exceptionally confusing and not user friendly and the text messages only send sometimes. And you need to download a weird extension from their site, not just this app for it to work. And when new calls come in or go out they aren't visible on the app like a normal call log. I needed this to automatically text message missed calls and calls from people not on my contact list.

LEADer is a breeze to use and a very intuitive app. It's easy to set tasks for your contacts, create and send sales proposals or just have notes to review when they call! I use it regularly! Solid app, inexpensive... what else can I say? 5 stars! Update.... Still using it more than 6 months later.... Even better now than when I first started using it. A must have for entrepreneurs, smbs, sales teams, etc!

I really like this app and want to keep it, but unfortunately it will not let me use my ported in numbers...For example: customer calls and I miss the call and want to send a follow-up email or my business card...the app will show my personal telephone number not the ported business number...It is great for the customers dialing in, but when I want to use the features like sending a proposal (which I love) I don't want it to show my personal phone number...Maybe you do, if so please help!

Solved so many problems for me!. If it's the grumpy moaner, send them to voicemail. Add a note to the contact directly. That is a lifesaver!! Now I know at a glance: who's calling, when I called them, where I got the lead, whether it's a new prospect. Unlimited tags and sorting methods. Integrates to your phone. Without forcing any changes. Every caller can either be "In the app now"or "leave it out" with just a click. Love it! Brilliant idea 👌👍

After trying so many different apps and software based CRM programs and this has been the easiest to navigate, has every type of tool I need(labels, reminders, etc) without having to use any additional apps to piggy back on. Keeps EVERYTHING right in front of you in a very clean interface. This app has it down to every detail in the contact section, you can schedule calls on your calendar right on the app. Also their customer service has always been prompt/pleasure to work with.

Just starting out with this but so far i think its great. It has all the things I've been looking for , for months in an app and after NUMEROUS free trials of various platforms. Though they were not bad services, they all seemed to lack one aspect or another that would require us to use a secondary program or software for what we need to do as a team. The goal was to have everything in ONE place. Simple, easy, effective. and I found it with LEADer it seems, plus BONUS that its free! We generate leads, track our progress with them, keept track of our customers, and our sales, and even helps with lead generation, all in one place. THIS is the app i have been looking for!!

It would be perfect if it had a section inside the customer profile maybe below "add notes" for something like "documents" where I could upload a picture to the app. It seems like this would be a function that the app already has but I just havent found it?? I am a roofing contractor and it would be great to have a picture of the paper contract as well in the customer profile folder. This app is great however, it's just that one thing that would be nice to have.

I like this app a lot... it allows you to manage your leads and customers to facilitate your sales pipeline and all without having to log into multiple websites. You can note the account with the Notes feature, schedule your follow up tasks to your calendar, and you are good to go! You can even set a reminder. This serves as a simple, easy to use CRM as well. Grab a LEADer app for your business!

Seems like a great app; I was very excited to use. I typically immediately pay for the Pro or Ad-Free version, so that's one of the first thing I checked here. It seems to be about $9 a month, billed annually. So over $100 EVERY year!?! I would much rather pay monthly, even $10 if it's worth it. I don't want to be locked in to $100 if I decide to stop using the app. Will only consider if I can pay monthly, or even better a one time upgrade fee.
