This is a must have app and appliance. I received a message that a leak was detected. I looked all over and didn't find anything. I dismissed it as a false alarm. A week later I received it again. This time I opened up the crawl space and belly crawled my way across the extension. Lo and behold, one of the pipes leading to the washer was leaking pretty badly. I shut off the water supply and replaced the leaking section. This thing saved me a huge hassle and expense had it gone on any longer.

Unable to get the app to identify the WiFi network (on Android phone). So tried to restart the process. Now the app cannot connect to the device. Lack of info on the website as how to resolve this. Also very difficult to open device to remove and replace battery to reset device (I've not succeeded in opening it yet!). Exceedingly disappointed with the app and lack of helpful info on the website.

I found this to be one of the easiest setups ever! It was very easy. Each step was simple. Adding a photo confirmed I positioned the Leakbot correctly. With the number of pipes in my utility room, I was worried I would select the wrong one! I did it correctly the first time! I am so pleased as technical stuff always concerns me !

Cannot set up. Device connects to my router, but then gets 'stuck' with an error code of Have tried many times to install but to no avail. Seems to be no telephone support, have emailed for help. Update, support have emailed me with much more detailed instructions and device is now set up. It has now started monitoring.

Can be got to work with persistence. I was given a leakbot by my insurer but have yet to get it to work consistently. No manual setup process so all has to be done automatically by the app which fails often. You need to have the leakbot and your phone right by your router to have a chance. If it fails halfway through all progress lost. Never sure what it's doing - needs detail status info. Says learning for weeks and weeks and then says lost connection. No idea if/when it's actually working or not. Support don't phone back when they say then you get random emails and messages out of the blue. Can't log on to your account online only via the app. Nice idea but at the moment I wouldn't have paid for it (which I didn't).
