So here's my honest take on Life Time Digital. I've tested a bunch of health/fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. The on-demand workout classes are great, with a ton of variety. And I like how the app gives you personalized plans and an AI assistant to help guide you. The only downside is the premium subscription is a bit expensive, but you can still get a lot out of the free version. Overall, it's a great app if you're trying to be more active and healthy, especially if you can't make it to the gym regularly.

Description

Been using Life Time Digital for a couple months now. It’s basically a health and fitness app with all kinds of workouts, nutrition plans, and wellness content. Pretty solid app if you’re into getting in shape and living healthier.

Here’s what you do: there’s a ton of on-demand fitness classes you can do at home or at the gym. It’s got personalized workout plans too based on your goals. And the app has this AI assistant called L•AI•C that gives you custom recommendations and tips – took me a while to figure that out but it’s actually really useful.

Look, if you’re trying to be healthier and more active, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the premium subscription is a little pricey – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to level up your fitness without having to go to a gym.

It's been a really good thing. The only problem I have had is not always being able to get through when I've needed to cancel a class. I txt the...
