Keep updating this app thinking you are making it better. YOU are creating a more difficult interaction with this application then it needs to be. I have already verified myself with this app, I don't need 2 factor authentication no I don't need or want to re-register with my email. keep increasing the difficulty for the people this was made to help and simplify their lives. I will start telling my doctors that I no longer use this app because of the constant changes that making this impossible.
Reviews for LiveWell with Advocate Aurora
Whether you're a parent or you just have frequent appts/lab work I can't praise LiveWell enough, seriously! I rarely write app reviews but this app is 11/10 it seamlessly organizes all appts, results, reminders & all in between. Scheduling is too easy, no phone tag & the reminders are incredible. You can have the whole fam on one acct but it keeps everything separate so there's no stacked appts like a physical 📆 it's a game changer!!
impossible to find anything to reschedule an appointment. always. on my android. common sense would dictate the option to change an appointment would be under APPOINTMENTS!! But nope. it's a constant search to find. sick of it!
It's difficult to sign in, reportedly, issues with either my username or password. I've corrected these issues...sometimes the corrections work, other times not. When I stopped making those changes, the app "worked", but with a wavy, red line beneath my user name. The video call portion of the app has display issues...WHEN it functions at all! I have called the number given for help with these issues. The problems still exist.
before most recent update, it was slow to load, clunky, and unresponsive. now its glitchy, doesnt let me schedule an appointment with my primary care provider, and locked me out of my chosen appointment time after signing me out for switching to a different app, forcing me to redo the entire process for a different, *3rd* provider. apparently infections aren't a common enough situation for their "symptom checker" and not a serious concern for an "appointment request" 1wk after submission.
This app provides you with everything you need to keep all of your medical records information accurate and current. When I say everything, that is an understatement ‼️ Appointments, Test Results, Billing, and there's so much more. You can even link other Providers to this app and all of your Doctors, Hospital's, Technicians can all see each other's records which means less errors when it comes to issuing prescriptions or duplicate lab tests etc. TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT‼️
The Live Well App has been a tool that I couldn't imagine being without! Easy to use with access to virtually all my medical-related news. Appointments, direct messages, even prices are within a two-minute reach summery and notes for my appointments and procedures past and present are the most convenient communication and information tools on the App. Medication lists are easy to read, download, copy, and share with any I choose to share with at any time I need or want .100% 😀 HAPPY
I don't have an appointments tab to be able to see future appts or make appts. I've contacted customer support 3 times and still has not been fixed. I was the 89th caller waiting in que on a Monday, if 89 users are waiting for help maybe this is your cue that something is wrong with your service. I've tried the app and the website, talked 3x with a representative and even deleted my account to start over. still I don't have the appt tab. totally dissatisfied user.
The latest version of Livewell mobile app is a big step backward. This is the hunt and peck version. Select Appointments and you can only schedule "new" appointments. You have to back out to the main menu, scroll through a very long list of options, make a few wrong choices, and eventually find dates for appointments you've already scheduled. Then, good luck trying to find after visit notes from your last visit, or trying to message your doctor. EPIC fail. Pun intended.
The Livewell app is one of the most complicated and frustrating experiences I've ever had. Now, with the addition of the extra code that's 'required' takes 3 additional steps to remember to get access to the app for HELP or ADVICE if you're expeiriencing health issues while living alone BUT they don't care. Nice System!
