So here's my honest take on Loóna: Bedtime relax & Sleep. I've tried a bunch of these sleep/relaxation apps and this one's actually pretty good. The interactive coloring and breathing exercises are a nice touch, and the variety of sleep stories, sounds, and meditations means you won't get bored. It's not the most advanced app out there, but it gets the basics right. The only real downside is the occasional ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, if you want a simple, easy-to-use app to help you wind down and get better sleep, Loóna is definitely worth checking out.

Been using Loóna: Bedtime relax & Sleep for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you wind down and fall asleep faster with all sorts of relaxing content – interactive coloring sessions, breathing exercises, sleep stories, meditation, and tons of soothing sounds like nature, white noise, and relaxing music.

There’s a bunch of stuff you can do in the app. You can pick from different sleep stories and bedtime stories to listen to, do some calming breathing exercises, or even play little sleep games. And it’s got this cool interactive coloring feature that’s actually kind of addictive. Took me a while to figure out all the different sections but it’s pretty intuitive overall.

Look, if you struggle with falling asleep or just want to unwind before bed, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of Loóna. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying. And the sleep stories can get a little repetitive after a while. But overall it does a solid job of helping you relax and get to sleep faster.

I agree the app needs some fixes. Specifically, a time on sleepscapes is crucial. I need to know approximately how long each one will run. Also, would you please create...

Decided to cancel my subscription because they only put out new soundscapes a few times a year now. I've memorized the existing stories to the point that it's just not...
