I’ve been using MadFit: Workout At Home, Gym for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that’s got tons of home workout videos and fitness tracking. Pretty solid if you’re into getting fit without going to the gym.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of 7-minute workout routines you can do at home, like HIIT, strength training, yoga, and more. It’s got personal trainers leading the workouts, which is cool. And the workout tracker lets you log your progress – took me a while to figure that part out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re trying to get in shape and don’t want to leave your house, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can be buggy sometimes and the music gets old after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
